Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(16):2473-2474,2475
Objective To analyze the lipid levels in liver damage. Methods 82 patients with liver damage were divided into the study group(41 patients)and control group(41 patients),the control group patients were given treatment of atorvastatin, while the study group patients were given treatment of Zhibitai, the lipid metabolism of the two groups were compared. Results In the study group, levels of TC (5.16 ±0.8)mmol/L,TG(1.90 ±0.08)mmol/L,LDL(2.03 ±0.11)mmol/L were significantly lower than before treatment TC(5.82 ±1.26)mmol/L (t =4.38, P <0.05),TG(2.16 ±0.85)mmol/L (t =6.37,P <0.05),LDL(3.67 ±0.09)mmol/L (t =6.42).The HDL level (1.39 ±0.26)mmol/L was significantly increased (0.86 ±0.21)mmol/L (t =7.52,P <0.05)after 4 weeks treat-ment(P <0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group (7.3%)was significantly lower than the control group (17.1%)(P <0.05).Conclusion Zhibitai is safe and effective with use value in the treatment of liver dys-function.
2.Suprachoroidal space drug delivery C
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2017;33(2):209-213
The suprachoroidal space (SCS) is the potential space between the sclera and choroid.Drugs delivered through SCS can bypass the sclera, avoiding clearance by conjunctival and scleral blood vessels and lymphatic circulation,so that more drugs can reach the disease tissues such as choroid and retina.SCS drug delivery does not disrupt the ocular integrity,is safer than the intravitreal drug injection and more effective than trans-scleral drug delivery. In addition,SCS delivery only needs a very small volume of drug, which makes it possible to be carried out in multiple parts of the sclera, and the specific disease area can be more precisely targeted.SCS drug delivery is suitable for the treatment of choroidal and retinal diseases. However, currently SCS drug delivery is still a novel field and many aspects need to be more in-depth studied, including its safety, delivery methods, drug formulation and effectiveness.

Objective:The main purpose of this research is an experiment on the application of a comfort nursing model to a stem cell collection of peripheral blood procedure. Methods: The comparison method has been applied in this research. 178 cases have been selected as a whole research group. Then 88 cases are the observed group who will adopt the comfortable nursing model and 90 cases are the control group who will adopt the normal model. Results: The result of the comparison method shows that the observed group has lower mental pressure during the stem cell collection progress. Furthermore, the satisfaction feedback of the observed group is 90.9% but the control group is 67.8%.Conclusion: This research found that the application of the comfortable nursing modeling in stem cell collection of peripheral blood will ensure the collection process is completed smoothly. More importantly, an improvement was made in medical treatment quality and patient satisfaction.

AIM: To establish a method for the determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Oiluyishen Tabletes(Radix Astragali, Herba Pyrolae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Poria, Radix Codonopsis, etc.) by HPLC-ELSD. METHODS: Chromatography was performed on a 5?m HIQsilC 18 column(4.6mm?250mm) at 25℃. The mobile phase composition was acetonitrile-water(34∶66). The flow rate was at 1.0mL?min -1. An evaporation light-scattering detector (ELSD) was used as detector with gas flow rate of 2.6 mL?min -1 and drift tube temperature at 100℃. RESULTS: The linear range of Astragaloside Ⅳ was in the range of 2.288~ 22.88?g, r=0.999, the average recovery was 98.8% and RSD was 1.2%. CONCLUSION: This method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Oiluyishen Tabletes.

Objective To investigate the expressions of cell phenotypes CD_8 and CD_(28) of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with colorectal cancer. Method CD_8 and CD_(28) of cell phenotypes were measured by flow cytometry in 50 patients with colorectal cancer (cancer group) and 30 nontumorous patients (control group). Results The expression of CD_8 in cancer group was significantly higher than that in control group [(32.24±8.38)% vs (22.18±7.55)%](P < 0.01). CD_(28) and CD_8~+/CD_(28)~+ were much lower than those in control group [(52.03±10.94)% vs (60.60±7.98)%,12.18±4.28 vs 16.38±4.94](P<0.01). CD_8~+/CD_(28)~+ in Dukes D stage patients were significantly lower than that in Dukes B stage patients (P<0.05). CD_(28) and CD_8~+/CD_(28)~+ in lymph node metastasis patients were much lower than those in lymph node negative patients (P < 0.01). CD_(28) and CD_8~+/CD_(28)~+ in serosa involved patients were lower than those in no serosa involved patients (P < 0.01). Conclusions The expressions of cell phenotypes CD_8 and CD_(28) of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with colorectal cancer are closely related to biological characteristics of the tumor. The assays of cell phenotypes CD_8 and CD_(28) might be useful for evaluating the immunal statement and prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.

This article was aimed to study the intestinal absorption about main active ingredients of pectolinarin and pectolinarigenin in Carboned Cirsium japonicum DC. The absorption rate and absorption rate constant were taken as indicators. The intestinal absorption of pectolinarin and pectolinarigenin were compared by everted rat intestinal sac method among different parts of the small intestine. The results showed that the absorption rate constant of pectoli-narin among duodenum, jejunum, ileum and colon parts were 0.505 1 ± 0.192 7, 0.936 0 ± 0.187 2, 0.732 0 ±0.133 5, 0.251 3 ± 0.027 6 (μg·h-1·cm-2). The absorption rate constant of pectolinarigenin among the duodenum, je-junum, ileum and colon were 0.059 1 ±0.008 3, 0.093 3 ±0.029 2, 0.112 3 ± 0.035 6, 0.029 4 ± 0.009 1 (μg·h-1·cm-2). It was concluded that the absorption of both ingredients increased over time. The absorption of both ingredi-ents in the jejunum and ileum was higher than other parts of the small intestine. The absorption rate of pectolinarin in the entire small intestine was much higher than the absorption rate of pectolinarigenin.
