Objective To analyze the lipid levels in liver damage. Methods 82 patients with liver damage were divided into the study group(41 patients)and control group(41 patients),the control group patients were given treatment of atorvastatin, while the study group patients were given treatment of Zhibitai, the lipid metabolism of the two groups were compared. Results In the study group, levels of TC (5.16 ±0.8)mmol/L,TG(1.90 ±0.08)mmol/L,LDL(2.03 ±0.11)mmol/L were significantly lower than before treatment TC(5.82 ±1.26)mmol/L (t =4.38, P <0.05),TG(2.16 ±0.85)mmol/L (t =6.37,P <0.05),LDL(3.67 ±0.09)mmol/L (t =6.42).The HDL level (1.39 ±0.26)mmol/L was significantly increased (0.86 ±0.21)mmol/L (t =7.52,P <0.05)after 4 weeks treat-ment(P <0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group (7.3%)was significantly lower than the control group (17.1%)(P <0.05).Conclusion Zhibitai is safe and effective with use value in the treatment of liver dys-function.
2.Suprachoroidal space drug delivery C
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2017;33(2):209-213
The suprachoroidal space (SCS) is the potential space between the sclera and choroid.Drugs delivered through SCS can bypass the sclera, avoiding clearance by conjunctival and scleral blood vessels and lymphatic circulation,so that more drugs can reach the disease tissues such as choroid and retina.SCS drug delivery does not disrupt the ocular integrity,is safer than the intravitreal drug injection and more effective than trans-scleral drug delivery. In addition,SCS delivery only needs a very small volume of drug, which makes it possible to be carried out in multiple parts of the sclera, and the specific disease area can be more precisely targeted.SCS drug delivery is suitable for the treatment of choroidal and retinal diseases. However, currently SCS drug delivery is still a novel field and many aspects need to be more in-depth studied, including its safety, delivery methods, drug formulation and effectiveness.

AIM: To establish a method for the determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Oiluyishen Tabletes(Radix Astragali, Herba Pyrolae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Poria, Radix Codonopsis, etc.) by HPLC-ELSD. METHODS: Chromatography was performed on a 5?m HIQsilC 18 column(4.6mm?250mm) at 25℃. The mobile phase composition was acetonitrile-water(34∶66). The flow rate was at 1.0mL?min -1. An evaporation light-scattering detector (ELSD) was used as detector with gas flow rate of 2.6 mL?min -1 and drift tube temperature at 100℃. RESULTS: The linear range of Astragaloside Ⅳ was in the range of 2.288~ 22.88?g, r=0.999, the average recovery was 98.8% and RSD was 1.2%. CONCLUSION: This method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Oiluyishen Tabletes.

Objective:The main purpose of this research is an experiment on the application of a comfort nursing model to a stem cell collection of peripheral blood procedure. Methods: The comparison method has been applied in this research. 178 cases have been selected as a whole research group. Then 88 cases are the observed group who will adopt the comfortable nursing model and 90 cases are the control group who will adopt the normal model. Results: The result of the comparison method shows that the observed group has lower mental pressure during the stem cell collection progress. Furthermore, the satisfaction feedback of the observed group is 90.9% but the control group is 67.8%.Conclusion: This research found that the application of the comfortable nursing modeling in stem cell collection of peripheral blood will ensure the collection process is completed smoothly. More importantly, an improvement was made in medical treatment quality and patient satisfaction.

Objective To analyze and evaluate the joint teaching of subspeciahy teachers in the application of diagnostics probation. Methods 293 clinical medical undergraduates of Grade 2009 were randomly divided into experimental group(the joint subspeciahies teaching group,n=153) and control group(traditional teaching group,n=140).The two groups of students were divided into the 14-16 study group. The diagnostics probation teaching content(all general physical examination and ECG examination)was decomposed in the experiment group and students were taught by different subspecialties teachers while the students of the control group were taught by a teacher of internal medicine. The final examination grades and operative performance of the two groups were compared, evaluated and U tested. At the same time the questionnaire smvey was conducted to the students in the experimental group. Results The experimental group's theory examination score was (75.2 ± 8.9) and the operative assessment score was (88.5 ± 6.2),higher than that in the control group(70.9 ± 10.7 and 84.6 ± 5.5),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The questionnaire results showed 92.8%(142/153)medical students improved their clinical skill,86.9%(133/153) medical students were satisfied with the joint teaching of subspecialty teachers. Conclusions The subspecialty teachers' joint teaching can improve students' clinical practice ability. It is a valuable teaching method in diagnostics teaching.

Objective To explore the associations between interferon induced helicase C domain 1 (IFIH1) gene single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) rs1990760 C >T and polymyositis/dermatomyositis (PM/DM) in Chinese Han patients from Jiangsu area. Methods A total of 183 PM/DM patients and 400 healthy controls were included. SNP typing was performed by Taqman MGB probe method. The distributions of genotypes and alleles and Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (HWE) were examined by χ2 tests or Fisherˊs exact tests. Results The distribution of IFIH1 rs1990760 genotypes of all patients group and the control group were consistent with HWE. The frequencies of T and C alleles were not significantly different between the PM/DM group (20.8% and 79.2%, respectively), the DM group (20.9% and 79.1%, respectively), the PM group (20.5%and 79.5%, respectively) and control group (18.0%and 82.0%, respectively). In recessive model (TT vs CT+CC) and additive model (TT vs CC), the frequencies of TT genotype in PM/DM group (6.6% vs 2.8%; χ2=4.8 and 4.54, respectively; both P=0.03) and in DM with interstitial lung disease (ILD) group (8.3% vs 2.8%;χ2=4.84 and 4.41, respectively; P=0.03 and 0.04, respectively) were significantly higher than those in the control group. In recessive model (TT vs CT+CC), the frequency of TT genotype in PM without ILD group was significantly higher than that in the control group (9.8% vs 2.8%, χ2=5.56, P=0.04). The genotype and allele distributions of rs1990760 were not significantly different between the anti-MDA5 positive group and control group. Conclusion The rs1990760 TT genotype of IFIH1 gene may be associated with the susceptibility of PM/DM in Jiangsu Han Chinese population, and the associations may differ based on the ILD status.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
Using hybridoma technic, we prepared a group of hybridomas by different immunization procedures with(?)B erythrocytes, B erythrocytes plus B blood group substances or B blood group substances alone as antigens ,respectively. Three of them: 3-3-D9(IgG1) , 3-5-D1 2 (IgG1) and 6-1-G11 ( IgA ) which secreted high level and high specific monoclonal anti-B blood group substances were established. The agglutination titers of their tissue culture supernatant were 4096, 4096 and 16 384 by Takatsy microtitration assays. It was demonstrated that they were only specific to B blood group by hemagglutination specificity tests, hemagglutination inhibition assays and antibody dilution tests. They will be very useful in blood grouping to replace the human poly-clonal anti-B sera. Studies to determinate their combining site structures will be possible by these monoclonal antibodes.
