Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Zoladex combined with Sanjie analgesic capsule in treatment of endometriosis. Methods 80 patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The study group was given Zoladex needle and Sanjiezhentong capsule treatment; The control group were given Sanjie Zhentong capsule.Prostaglandin F2a(PCF2a), CA125, visual analogue scale(VAS), clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the PCF2a and CA125 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.167, t=3.533, P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(t=0.961, P>0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 90%, and the control group was 75%, the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.741, P<0.05)., there were 4 cases of adverse reactions(10%)in the study group, and 10 cases in the control group(25%), the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.792, P<0.05).Conclusion Zoladex needle combined with Sanjiezhentong capsule, can effectively relieve the pain caused by endometriosis, reduce adverse reaction, improve the clinical efficacy, suitable for use in clinical research.

Objective To prevent unplanned extubation, reduce complications caused by restraint, improve satisfaction degree of patients′relatives, and to lower nurses′work stress. Methods Transparent restraint protection gloves were developed, within which fingers could move freely and with the help of which unplanned extubation could be prevented.A total of 1 00 ICU patients were selected and divided into intervention group and control group randomly, each with 50 cases.Patients in the intervention group used the new type restraint gloves, while patients in the control group used traditional ones.Restraint effects of the two groups were compared. Results Unplanned extubation happened to non patient in the intervention group, while it happened to 6 cases in the control group,Fisher′s exact test was used in comparison between the two groups (P <0.05). Scores of satisfaction degree in the intervention group were (3.1 4 ±0.639)points,while the scores in the control group were (2.20 ±0.756)points (t =6.71 4,P <0.01 );scores of nurses′work stress on accident extubation of patients in the intervention group were (2.1 2 ±0.761 )points, lower than that in the control group with (t =-8.696,P <0.01 ).Conclusions Transparent restraint protection gloves can effectively prevent unplanned extubation, reduce complications caused by restraint, improve satisfaction degree of patients′relatives, and lower nurses′work stress.

ObjectiveTo construct a quality evaluation index system for continuous aspiration of subglottic secretion(CASS), in order to provide references for clinical objective evaluation of the quality of this technology. MethodsBased on the theory of "structure-process-outcome" model, through literature review, expert meeting, expert consultation and principal component analysis, the quality evaluation index system and the index weights of all indicators for CASS were finally determined by 23 intensive care unit experts from 5 provinces (autonomous regions)and 11 cities through two rounds of consultation. SPSS 18.0 software was used in statistical analysis. ResultsThe effective responsive rate of the questionnaires in the two rounds were 92.0%,87.0%; the expert authority coefficients were 0.887, 0.895; Kendall's idea coordination coefficients were 0.13, 0.09 (P< 0.01).The final index system consisted of 3 first-level indicators, 8 second-level indicators, and 23 third-level indicators. ConclusionsThe process of the construction of nursing quality evaluation index system for CASS is scientific, and the contents of index entries are reasonable, which can ensure the effective implementation of the technology.

Objective To investigate the effects of shoes type (barefoot, ordinary running shoes, minimalist shoes) and walking speed (jogging, walking at normal speed) on biomechanical parameters of knee joint, so as to provide theoretical reference for scientific fitness. Methods Vicon three-dimensional (3D) motion capture system and Kistler 3D force plate were used to collect biomechanical parameters of lower limbs from 10 subjects during walking at different speed with different shoes. Two-way (2 walking conditions × 3 shoe conditions) repeated measures analysis of variance was used to statistically analyze each dependent variable. Results Compared with jogging, the lateral excursion of plantar center of pressure (COP) was greater, the moment arm in frontal plane, the adduction moment and peak loading rate of knee joint were smaller, but the angular impulse of knee joint in frontal plane was greater. Compared with ordinary running shoes, the stride length was decreased, the lateral excursion of COP was greater, and the moment arm of knee joint in frontal plane, the knee adduction moment, the peak load rate and the angular impulse of knee joint in frontal plane were smaller. Conclusions In order to reduce the angular impulse and peak loading rate of knee joint in frontal plane, it is recommended to jog with small strides for ordinary people with minimalist footwear.

Anti-seizure medications (ASMs) are the main therapy for epilepsy. There are many kinds of ASMs with complex mechanism of action, so it is difficult for pharmacists to examine prescriptions. This paper put forward some suggestions on the indications, dosage forms/routes of administration, appropriateness of usage and dosage, combined medication and drug interaction, long-term prescription review, individual differences in pathophysiology of children, and drug selection when complicated with common epilepsy, for the reference of doctors and pharmacists.
