1.Protective effect of Huoxue-Dingxuan capsule-medicated serum on mouse brain microvascular endothelial cell line bEnd.3 with hypoxic injury

AIM:To investigate the protective effect of Huoxue-Dingxuan capsule-medicated serum on mouse brain microvascular endothelial cell line bEnd .3 with hypoxic injury .METHODS:The Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and Huoxue-Dingxuan capsule group .The serum was collected at the 7th day after drug administration . The bEnd.3 cells were divided into normal group , hypoxia serum model group and Huoxue-Dingxuan capsule serum group . After administration of the medicated serum , bEnd.3 cell were treated with hypoxia for 6 h.The cell morphology was ob-served under microscope , the apoptosis rate and cell cycle were detected by flow cytometry , and the activity of superoxide dismutase ( SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde ( MDA) were detected by ELISA .RESULTS:Compared with other groups, Huoxue-Dingxuan capsule-medicated serum significantly resisted the injury caused by hypoxia , obviously improved the morphology of bEnd .3 cells, significantly reduced the number of apoptotic cells induced by hypoxia , and effectively in-hibited the occurrence of hypoxia-induced G1/S phase arrest in the bEnd.3 cells.At the same time, the medicated serum inhibited MDA production , and increased SOD activity .CONCLUSION: Huoxue-Dingxuan capsule attenuates hypoxia-induced bEnd .3 cell damage by enhancing the antioxidant capacity of cells and inhibiting cell apoptosis .
2.Investigation and exploration of online medical education carried out by Oral and Maxillofacial Deformity Group of Shanghai Ninth People′s Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic

As the national key discipline and the initiator of oral and maxillofacial deformity group, the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery persisted in teaching, designed a novel teaching form combining theoretical knowledge and online software practice according to the characteristics of our discipline and carried out "cloud training" via the National Oral Telemedicine Education Platform. Ten lecturers, 325 theoretical students and 50 practical students were investigated by questionnaire in the present study with questions focusing on the geographical distribution and composition of personnel, etc. The results showed that the online course covered a wide range of students and achieved high acceptance and satisfaction rate. The first online software operation course was conducted in an orderly manner, with timely interaction between teachers and students. The students were able to master the design process skillfully. This "cloud training" has achieved good results, but there are still a series of problems that have yet to be resolved, such as network stalls and protection of intellectual property rights. Under the new form, the exploration and analysis of the new mode of online telemedicine specialist education will provide some practical reference for the National Clinical Research Center for Oral Diseases to carry out online telemedicine teaching in the future.
3.Thoughts on improving comprehensive risk assessment method of occupational disease hazards of employers

The National Disease Control and Prevention Bureau and the National Health Commission jointly issued an announcement on Notice on Carrying out Pilot Work of Occupational Health Classification Supervision and Law Enforcement, which presented a method of comprehensive risk assessment method of occupational disease hazards of employers. This method embraces relevant factors at full scale and is simple in operation, but its applicability and accuracy of assessment results need further practical study. Based on the steps of occupational health risk assessment and proven occupational health risk assessment methods available at home and abroad, this paper proposed improvements and discussed the comprehensive risk assessment method of occupational disease hazards of employers, so as to provide a technical basis to implement the occupational disease hazard classification management of employers for relevant government supervision departments.
