Objective To investigate the moist healing dressing nasal packing for epistaxis patients′physiological comfort and complications. Methods 70 patients of epistaxis patients with nasal packing by drawing lots were divided into A, B two groups of 35 cases. Group A used Vaseline gauze, and group B used moist healing dressings of composite fillings. Comparison of the two groups of pain, nasal odor, sleep disorders, hemostatic effect, nasal mucosa reaction, fever, nasal adhesions were conducted. Results Patients when nasal packing group A pain, sleep disorders and nasal odor scores were (9.80 ± 0.12), (7.10 ± 0.33) and (9.44 ± 0.25) points, group B were (3.82 ± 0.16), (3.22 ± 0.16) and (0.37 ± 0.09) points. Group A scored significantly higher than group B, the difference was statistically significant (t=-179.97,-7.22,-7.33, P <0.05). Group A fever and nasal adhesions were 33 cases and 6 cases respectively, while those figures in group B both were 0, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=62.43, 6.56, P<0.05). Conclusions Nasal packing varying degrees of discomfort in patients, the use of moist healing dressings for epistaxis targeted composite filling, can significantly increase the patients ’ physiological comfort and reduce the complications of nasal packing.

Objective To analyze the typical and atypical X-ray findings and improve the understanding of the atypical features of breast cancer . Methods The mammographic manifestations of 61 patients with breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed . Results The X-ray findings were as follows: mass (n=39); microcalcification (n=30);localized tortuosity or disturbance of mammary gland architecture (n=4), star sign (n=3),asymmetrical and localized increased density (n=3) without mass and/or microcalcification. Conclusion Mass and microcalcification are very important and typical signs for diagnosing breast cancer, but some atypical X-ray findings can be found, including: localized disturbance of mammary gland architecture, star sign, asymmetrical and localized increased density, sometimes one of these X-ray findings is the only sign of malignancy. To recognize atypical X-ray findings of breast cancer is valuable for improving diagnostic rate.

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of quality of life among diabetes patients in Nanchang, and to explore the relationships between the quality of life and community health care demands. Methods Totally 292 diabetes patients were recruited by multi-stage sampling method from thee community health service centers in Nanchang city. They were investigated with Diabetes-specific Quality of Life Scale(DSQL) and a self-designed questionnaire of community health care demands. The results underwent analysis. Results The total score of the DSQL in Nanchang was(66.88±15.44) points, which was relatively poor. The main factors affected patients' quality of life were the complications of diabetes, diabetic macroangiopathy, diabetic foot, hypertension and patients' career. The total and the every dimension of the scores of the DSQL were positively correlated with the scores of disease nursing needs and community health care demands. Conclusions To improve diabetes patients' quality of life, community diabetic care should focus on the different affected factors of patients' quality of life and the demands of patients.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on gastric emptying in patients undergoing selective surgery based on velocity of gastric emptying by ultrasonography.
METHODSA total of 75 patients with selective operation of subarachnoid block at lower limb in the afternoon were randomly assigned to a TEAS group, a sham group and a control group, 25 patients in each one. All the patients were provided with semi-fluid diet at 8 a.m. The TEAS group was treated with TEAS 5 min after semi-fluid diets at bilateral Zusanli (ST 36) and Neiguan (PC 6) for 30 min, with frequency of 5 Hz and intensity which was 1 mA lower than the tolerance threshold. The sham group patients were stimulated at the same acupoints with current intensity which was 1 mA lower than the sensory threshold. The control group received no treatment. On the day of operation, and ultrasonography was given at time of empty stomach (T0), immediately after the semi-fluid diets (T1), and every 30 min after diets (T2-T6), respectively, to measure the gastric content and emptying time at semire-clining position and right lateral position.
RESULTSThe volume of gastric content in the three groups at T3-T6 was significantly less than that at T1 (all<0.05). The volume of gastric content at T4-T6 at semire-clining position in the TEAS group was significantly less than that in the control group and sham group (all<0.05). The volume of gastric content at T5-T6 at right lateral position in the TEAS group was significantly less than that in the control group and sham group (all<0.05). The gastric emptying time in the TEAS group was significantly less than that in the control group and sham group (both<0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe gastric emptying velocity could be evaluated by ultrasonography. TEAS could improve the velocity of gastric emptying and reduce the gastric emptying time.

Objective:
To evaluate clinical outcomes of autologous (auto-HSCT) and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) for angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) .
Methods:
From June 2007 to June 2017, clinical data of AITL patients who underwent HSCT in eight hospitals were assessed retrospectively.
Results:
Of 19 patients, 13 male and 6 female with a median age of 50 (32-60) years old, 12 auto-HSCT and 7 allo-HSCT recipients were enrolled in this study, all donors were HLA-identical siblings. Two of allo-HSCT recipients were relapsed auto-HSCT ones. There were 5 patients (5/12) in complete response (CR) status and 7 (7/12) in partial remission (PR) status before transplantation in auto-HSCT group, and 2 (2/7) in PR status and 3 (3/7) in progression disease (PD) status before transplantation in allo-HSCT group. The median follow-up for the surviving patients was 46.5 months (range, 1-100 months) for the whole series, two patients lost in auto-HSCT group. Three patients developed acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) and 5 chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after allo-HSCT. Three patients died of primary disease and 1bleeding in auto-HSCT group. One patient died of primary disease and 2 transplantation-related mortality in allo-HSCT group. The 3-year cumulative overall survival (OS) were 56% (95%

MiR-142-3p has been reported to act as a tumor suppressor in breast cancer. However, the regulatory effect of miR-142-3p on drug resistance of breast cancer cells and its underlying mechanism remain unknown. Here, we found that miR-142-3p was significantly downregulated in the doxorubicin (DOX)-resistant MCF-7 cell line (MCF-7/DOX). MiR-142-3p overexpression increased DOX sensitivity and enhanced DOX-induced apoptosis in breast cancer cells. High-mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) is a direct functional target of miR-142-3p in breast cancer cells and miR-142-3p negatively regulated HMGB1 expression. Moreover, overexpression of HMGB1 dramatically reversed the promotion of apoptosis and inhibition of autophagy mediated by miR-142-3p up-regulation. In conclusion, miR-142-3p overexpression may inhibit autophagy and promote the drug sensitivity of breast cancer cells to DOX by targeting HMGB1. The miR-142-3p/HMGB1 axis might be a novel target to regulate the drug resistance of breast cancer patients.
