Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods We randomly divided 143 patients into the experimental group(72 cases)and the control group(71 cases)and all received regular treatment and care,but the for-met was given additional nursing intervention.The changes in quality of life in two groups based on the concise health survey(SF-36)before and after intervention were compared.Results Life quality signify-candy improved compared with before as well as the control group in the experimental group.But the con-trol group showed no differences compared with before.Conclusions Effective nursing interventions can improve the quality of life in patients with ACS.

Clinical and experimental studies show that the onset of effect of acupuncture on depression is more rapid than selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, a class of antidepressants. Acupuncture treatment is characterized by controlling anxiety and gastrointestinal discomfort. The onset time of acupuncture treatment for various pains is a week or so, which is the same as the rapid onset time of antidepressant effect of acupuncture, and the main pathway of acupuncture analgesia is through endogenous opioid system. Opioid peptides can produce pleasure, and decrease anxiety and gastrointestinal discomfort, so opioid peptides are considered to have antidepressant effect. Accordingly, the main pathway of acupuncture analgesia-the endogenous opioid system, is considered a mechanism for rapid onset of acupuncture effects on depression.

To evaluate the mechanism,treatment and prescription acupoint of acupuncture when it was used for osteoporosis.The observation index,effect and outcomes were studied objectively.The characteristics and associated problems of acupuncture were discussed.

Objective To know about care experience and medical care demands of caregivers of retinopathy of prematurity children in order to provide reference for clinic. Methods A total of 11 caregivers were interviewed by qualitative research methodology. Data and subjects were refined by Colaizzi methodology. Results Totally 3 subjects about care experience were extracted, which were high psychological pressure, heavy caregiver burden, desire for medical and nursing support. Conclusions Medical care personnel should improve treatment system of retinopathy of prematurity and provide information and psychological support in order to improve quality of life of children.

Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) on the profiles of hippocampal whole-genome expression in depression rats so as to study its underlying mechanism in relieving depression.Methods Thirty male SD rats were randomized into normal,model and EA groups(n=10/group).Depression model was established by chronic unpredictable stress stimulation(forced ice-water swimming,electric shock,tail-clamping,etc.) and lonely raising for 21 days.EA(2 Hz,1 mA) was applied to "Baihui"(GV 20) and "Yintang"(EX-HN 3) for 15 min,once daily for 7 days.The rats' ethological activities(horizontal and vertical movements) were detected with Open-field test in Morris labyrinth,and 1% sucrose solution consumption was detected.After termination of the treatment,the rats were killed and their hippocampal tissues were taken out for analyzing the whole-genome expression with Roche-NimbleGen chips(Rattus norvegicus 12?135 Karray).Results Compared with normal group,the distance of horizontal movement,rearing times,and sucrose consumption at day 21 and day 28 of model group decreased considerably(P

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate drug utilization of inpatients in neurology department of our hospital.METHODS:Category of drugs,consumption amount,consumption sum and administration time for each person of 853 cases in neurology department of our hospital in 2008 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:Of total 853 inpatients,patients with stroke accounted for 82.8%.The first 3 drugs in the list of consumption amount were Nao'an capsule,folium ginkgo tablet and Shuxuetong injection.The first 3 drugs in the list of consumption sum were Shuxuetong injection,Monosialoganglioside injection and Cobamamide for injection.Aspirin tablet,Nao'an capsule and Cobamamide for injection took up the first 3 places in the list of DDDs.CONCLUSION:Inpatients in neurology department mainly suffer from cerebrovascular disease and are treated with TCM for activating blood and eliminating stasis and nervous system agents,They are also treated various complications such as infection,constipation,hypertension,diabetes and so on.Drug use in the clinic is rational.

Objective To explore the predictive value of plasma catestatin (CST ) and its influence factors for prognosis of patients with chronic systolic heart failure .Methods In a retrospective study ,the clinical data of 352 chronic systolic heart failure patients were collected from our hospital 2009 to 2013 .The patients were categorized into 4 groups (n= 88) according to CST (ng/L) quartile :≤ 60 .24 ,60 .25 - 76 .57 ,76 .58 - 86 .33 and ≥ 86 .34 ng/L .Blood pressure ,heart function ,blood biochemical index and renal function were compared among groups as well as the correlation with CST by Spearman correlation .According to the survival situation of follow‐up ,the patients were assigned into death and survival groups .The predictive value of CST for the prognosis of chronic systolic heart failure patients were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Cox survival analysis .Results Age ,sex ,body mass index ,red blood cell count ,red blood cell volume ,hemoglobin ,albumin ,total bilirubin ,serum creatinine ,blood urea nitrogen ,u‐ric acid and pathogeny among 4 groups had no statistical significance (P> 0 .05) .Patients with higher CST levels were more likely to had higher NYHA classification ,systolic pressure ,diastolic pressure ,high sensitivity C‐reactive protein (hs‐CRP) ,plasma N‐ter‐minal proBNP (NT‐proBNP ) ,left ventricular end‐diastolic diameter (LVEDD ) and right ventricular end‐diastolic diameter (RVEDD) ,and had a lower left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) (all P< 0 .05) .The CST was positively correlated with hs‐CRP ,NT‐proBNP ,LVEDD and RVEDD (r = 0 .452 ,0 .571 ,0 .536 ,0 .473) and negatively correlated with LVEF (r = - 0 .357) . Taken CST ≤ 60 .24 ng/L for reference ,the risks of death for groups of 60 .25 - 76 .57 ,76 .58 - 86 .33 and ≥ 86 .34 ng/L increased by 1 .471 ,1 .767 and 7 .822 ,respectively .The Cox survival analysis showed that NYHA classification ,LVEF ,cardiac arrhythmia , atrial enlargement ,heart failure history and CST were independent prognostic factors .Conclusion The mortality of patients with chronic systolic heart failure was associated with plasma CST .Elevated CST increased total mortality risk and were independent prognostic factors of these patients ,but the evaluation of the prognostic value of CST etiology factors should be considered .

[Summary] Pruritus is one kind of skin disease that has itching symptom with no primary skin lesions , may develop excoriation , crust and pigmentation secondary . Pruritus is a common skin complication affecting on patients with diabetes ,which is also one of the clues of early diagnosis .This article focus on the etiology ,pathogenesis ,clinical manifestation ,prevention and treatment of diabetes patients complicated with skin pruritus .

In patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic phase who have achieved complete molecular remission on imatinib therapy,whether and when to discontinue the drug become a hot topic.The famous clinical trials of discontinue tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) from France and Australia have demonstrated that long-term monotherapy with TKI is not curative in the majority of patients with CML.This has focused attention on strategies to eradicate residual disease in CML patients,which should result in cure and long-term treatment-free remission and leukemia-free survival.This review provides a brife summary of the 55th ASH annual meeting,focusing on the potential combination therapeutics in the era of TKI.

Objective: We aimed to investigate the clinicopathological features of desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT). Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis of the clinical characteristics of 7 DSRCT specimens collected from January 2012 to November 2019 in Beijing Shijitan Hospital, Capital Medical University. Pathological slides were further studied. Immunohistochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) were carried out to study the pathological characteristics. Results: The patients were all male with the median age of 29 years. All tumors were located in the abdominal cavity. The clinical symptoms were abdominal distension, abdominal pain, altered bowel habits, and dysuria. Gross pathology showed multiple grey nodules scattered on the omentum and mesentery. Histopathology showed well-defined nests of small round blue tumor cells separated by abundant desmoplastic stroma. Immunohistochemistry showed distinctive expression of paranuclear dot-like pattern of Desmin and Vimentin; expression of EWSR1-WT1 fusion gene was detected by FISH. At the median follow-up period of 15 months, six patients were alive. Conclusions: DSRCT is highly malignant, with distinctive pathological features of paranuclear dot-like expression of Desmin and Vimentin by immunohistochemistry, and the expression of EWSR1-WT1 fusion gene.
