Objective To understand the production condition of Chinese medicinal materials in Dingxi City during 2004-2014 from the aspects of planting area, yield of per unit area and total product; To provide technical guidance for future research on Chinese medicinal materials in Dingxi City. Methods Statistics like planting area, yield of per unit area and total product in counties (districts) collected by Dingxi Municipal Statistics Department were adopted for analysis. Results During 2004-2014, planting area of Chinese medicinal materials in Dingxi City reflected an upward trend, and Minxian County had the largest planting area, followed by Longxi County, Weiyuan County. Lintiao County showed the most obvious increase in planting area, followed by Zhang County. Planting area in Anding County and Tongwei County reflected a downward trend. Minxian County has the highest average per unit area yield of Chinese medicinal materials, as the 3.10 t/hm2. Total product of Chinese medicinal materials in Dingxi City showed great changes, and decreased in Anding County. Conclusion Conclusion During 2004-2014, the planting area, yield of per unit area and total product of Chinese medicinal materials showed an upward trend in general and differences in different counties (districts).

Objective To test the changes of lymphocyte subsets and anti-GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲa,anti-GP Ⅰ b/Ⅸ specific antibodies in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP),and discuss the related factors involved in pathogenesis of ITP.Methods The changes of lymphocyte subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+CD8+,CD19+ in 72 patients with ITP (ITP group) and 50 healthy controls (control group) were measured by flow cytometry (FCM).Expression of anti-GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a,anti-GP Ⅰ b/Ⅸ specific antibodies were tested by monoclonal antibody immobilization of platelet antigens assay (modified MAIPA).Results Optical density of anti-GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a,anti-GP Ⅰ b/Ⅸ specific antibodies in ITP group was much higher than that in control group (P ＜0.05).In changes of lymphocyte subsets,the number of the CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in ITP group were obviously lower than those in control group (P ＜0.01),but CD8+ and CD19+ were much higher than those in control group(P ＜0.01).Conclusions Expression of lymphocyte subsets and platelet specific antibodies can reflect the pathogenesis of ITP well.The abnormal function and ratio of lymphocyte subsets,as well as the immunologic mechanism disorder of lymphocytes play important roles in the pathogenesis of ITP.

Objective To investigate the effect of Montelukast Combined with Symbicort in severe asthma treatment and intervention. Methods The treatment according to different interventions will be January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital 80 cases of severe asthma groups:control group with routine nursing intervention for a letter form treatment, the observation group with high quality nursing the intervention of montelukast Symbicort treatment; detailed records of patients in the two groups of experimental data, and the data for comparative analysis, to explore the combination of montelukast and Symbicort in severe asthma treatment and intervention effect. Results The high quality nursing intervention meng montelukast Symbicort (observation group) for the treatment of severe clinical the effect of nursing intervention in patients with asthma is better than conventional Symbicort (control group) clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms improved better than the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing intervention of patients with severe asthma montelukast Symbicort treatment effect significantly, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, nursing satisfaction is high, it is widely used in clinical treatment of patients with severe asthma intervention.

The mechanism of long chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is diverse. LncRNA can regulate the expression of genes at multiple levels and is closely related to some pathological process, such as tumor formation, viral replication, inflammatory damage, etc. The abnormal expression of lncRNA is involved in the patho-physiological changes of the disease, and plays a key role in many links, such as the stability of mRNA, the regulation of translation level, protein transport, RNA processing and modification, and so on. The development of sepsis inflammatory injury is a complex process involving multiple genes and pathways, in which the abnormal structure and expression of many encoding genes or non-coding genes exist.This paper review the research progress on lncRNA in the regulation of chondriokinesis, pro-inflammatory cytokines, calcium ion transport, nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) in signal pathway and other inflammatory lesions, which may provide a new method for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.

Objective To study the effect of external application of Wuwei Shuangbai Powder on relieving primary liver cancer pain and to observe its effect on hemorheology indexes.Methods A double-blind,randomized and controlled trial was carried out in 60 primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients with cancer pain.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given external application of Wuwei Shuangbai Powder and oral use of placebo capsules,and the control group was given external application of placebo powder and oral use of celecoxib capsules.The treatment for the two groups lasted for 7 days.Before and after treatment,pain was scored by Numeric Rating Scale (NRS),and the peripheral blood hemorheology indexes of both groups were observed.Results (1) After treatment,the NRS pain scores of both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01),and the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better effect on relieving cancer pain.(2) After treatment,the indexes of hemorheology of treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences of the indexes except the hematocrit were significant between the two groups(P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Wuwei Shuangbai Powder is effective for the treatment of primary liver cancer pain.The mechanism may be related to the improvement of hemorheology of liver cancer patients.

Objective To study the real-time gait behavioral changes in rat models of experimental diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Twenty-five SPF Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into experimental group ( 6 males and 7 females) and control group (6 males and 6 females).Diabetes was induced in rats by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin ( STZ ) in a dose of 45 mg/kg.The gait behavior in all rats was tested at 12 weeks after diabetes modelling.Results Compared with the control group, the rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy showed statistically significant different walk cycle extension, walk speed, average print intensity, balance and coordination.The abnormal gait behavior of the rat models was mainly reflected in the increased average and each foot walk cycle extension ( P<0.01 ) , average intensity (P<0.05), absolute average body rotation (P<0.01),and shortened both homologous coupling and homolateral coupling( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions Experimental rat models of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can exhibit obvious changes of gait behavior, and may provide a reference for related clinical and basic research.

BACKGROUND: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has been considered as an effective therapy for prevention and cure of cerebral infarction traditionally.However, some scholars suggested that hyperbaric oxygen therapy could also result in cerebral infarction, although the mechanism is unclear.OBJECTIVE: To investigate the cause of cerebral infarction due to hyperbaric oxygen therapy.DESIGN: Case-control trial with patients as subjects.SETTING: Department of Hyperbaric Oxygen, Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Area Command of Chinese PLA.PARTICIPANTS: From December 1996 to March 1998, 192 inpatients receiving hyperbaric oxygen therapy were recruited into the trial from the Department of Hyperbaric Oxygen, Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Area Command of Chinese PLA. There were 127 males and 65 females aged 9-78 years. Patients admitted to the department of hyperbaric oxygen were eligible if they had hypoxia or ischemia induced disease and had no contraindication to hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Patients were recruited into the study regardless of the gender, and all patients and their family gave informed consent before enrollment. Patients were excluded if they did not receive hyperbaric oxygen therapy. According to the Diagnosis and Curing Criteria of Clinical Diseases, 6 patients developed into cerebral infarction during hyperbaric oxygen therapy, 3 males and 3 females, at the age of 51-76 years.METHODS: Patients were exposed to oxygen at 0.2 MPa in hyperbaric chamber used for many persons, and inhaled oxygen with a facemask once a day for 80 minutes with an interval of 10 minutes at the 40th minute. Ten days was considered as one course. Background and risk factors were analyzed in 6patients with cerebral infarction and 186 patients without cerebral infarction.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Analysis of distribution of risk factors among cerebral infarction patients, and risk factor levels in patients without cerebral infarction.RESULTS: Among the 6 patients with cerebral infarction, hyperlipidemia was in all 6 cases, hypertension in 5 cases, primary cerebral infarction or hemorrhage in 5 cases, ≥ 60 years old or hyperviscosity in 4 cases, and diabetes mellitus in 1 case. Risk factor aggregation existed in the patients with over four risk factors. Of the 6 patients with cerebral infarction due to hyperbaric oxygen therapy, 5 cases had 4 risk factors and 1 had 5 risk factors. Of the 186 patients without cerebral infarction, 25 cases had 4 risk factors, and no case had 5 risk factors. The risk factor aggregation was relatively impossible (x2 = 54. 37, P ＜ 0. 05 ).CONCLUSION: Risk factor aggregation was found in all cerebral infarction patients, which is closely associated with the probability of cerebral infarction resulting from hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Objective To understand the core competence of the community backbone nurses,to provide effective and reliable basis for training and enhancing core competence of the community backbone nurses.Methods By simple cluster sampling method and the use of The Core Competence of Chinese Registered Nurse Scale,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 165 backbone nurses with community nurse practicing qualification.By analysis of ANOVA and LSD,the difference of general score of CIRN and score of every dimension among different age,different working years,different positions and different education degrees were compared.Results The average score of the core competence of community backbone nurses was (165.97±20.89).All dimensions from high to low order:ethical/legal practice,interpersonal relationship,professional development,education/counseling,critical thinking/scientific research,leadership ability,clinical nursing; Age group:31 to 40 years old group earned the highest score (168.09±20.90);Working years group:group with above 20 working years earned the highest score (167.78±19.72),which compared with other age groups was of statistical difference.Professional title group:co-chief nurse group earned the highest scores (172.67±13.20),which compared with other professional title groups was of statistical difference; Education degree group:associate degree group earned the highest score (166.63±20.81).Of which,bachelor degree group compared with other education degree groups in critical thinking/scientific research dimensions was of statistical difference.The other dimension of the comparison among groups was not significantly different.Conclusions Community nursing managers should carry out post arrangement and the professional development training according to individual situation of community nurses,to improve commumty backbone nurses' core competencies,thus promote the development of community nursing career.
