OBJECTIVE:To study the bioequiavailability of sodium/calcium folinate for injections in healthy volunteers.METHODS:By a randomized crossover design, trichloracetic acid was used to precipitate the protein in serum sample.Serum concentration of folinate was determined by RP-HPLC.The pharmacokinetic parameters and relative bioavailability of sodium folinate for injection vs.calcium folinate for injection were computed and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The pharmacokinetic parameters of single dose of sodium folinate for injection(trial formulation)vs.calcium folinate for injection(reference formulation)were as follows:tmax(0.292?0.096)h vs.(0.25?0)h;Cmax(31.973?4.337)?g?mL-1 vs.(33.332?3.312)?g?mL-1;AUC0~24(139.670?13.859)?g?h?mL-1 vs.(144.401?13.574)?g?h?mL-1;AUC0~∞(154.246?16.481)?g?h?mL-1 vs.(161.306?17.871)?g?h?mL-1;MRT0~24(6.795?0.73)h vs.(6.963?0.713)h;t1/2(7.183?1.469)vs.(7.316?2.045).The mean relative bioavailability of the sodium folinate for injection was(98.2?37.1)%.CONCLUSION:The two formulations are proved to be bioequivalent.

Objective:To explore the correlation between medication adherence and quality of life (QOL) in aged pa‐tients with hypertension from communities .Methods :Chinese questionnaire of quality of life in patients with cardi‐ovascular disease (CQQC) and Morisky medication adherence scale were used to investigate and analyze 197 aged pa‐tients with hypertension from communities .Results:Total score of CQQC was (78.69 ± 9.36) scores in the 197 aged patients with hypertension from communities .In which ,77 cases (39.09% ) possessed good medication adherence , and 120 cases ( (60. 91% )) with poor adherence to medication . Compared with those with poor adherence to medi‐cation, therewassignificantriseintotalscoreofCQQC [(75.73±8.52)scoresvs.(83.31±8.76)scores ,P<0.01] .Pearson correlation analysis indicated that QOL was significant positively correlated with medication adher‐ence (r=0.397 , P<0.01) .Conclusion:Community health staff should pay attention to influencing factors of med‐ication adherence in aged patients with hypertension ,take individualized and targeted interventional measures to im‐prove their adherence to medicationand quality of life .

Objective To observe whether strength training of a healthy limb can produce a cross transport effect on the affected side. Methods Thirty hemiplegic stroke survivors were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, each of 15,using a random number table. Both groups received conventional rehabilitation, while the experimental group was given training to strengthen dorsiflexion and the isometric resistance of their healthy ankles for 6 weeks. The maximum voluntary contraction (MVC) and surface electromyography were measured before and after the training. The lower-extremity section of the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale (FMA) was used to assess the subjects' motor function. Results After the training, the average FMA score of the experimental group was significantly better than before the treatment and also significantly better than that of the control group after the treatment. After the training, the average IEMGs of the tibialis anterior muscle and the gastrocnemius in the treatment group were significantly different from those of their ipsilateral side before the treatment and in the control group after treatment.Significant differences before and after the treatment were observed in the average MVC of both tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius muscles in the experimental group, and between the experimental group and control group averages. Conclusion Ankle strength training of hemiplegics' healthy limbs can strengthen the contralateral and antagonistic muscles, which indicates the cross transport of strength training.Isometric resistance training of the less-affected limb can improve the motor function of hemiplegics' lower extremities.
