1.Research Progress in Anti-tumor Drugs Based on Microtubules Targets
China Pharmacist 2017;20(1):139-143
Microtubules are the important components in cytoskeleton, which are found in all eukaryotic cells. Microtubules can assemble with the other proteins to form spindle, centriole and neural tube structure. Microtubules play important roles in cell mitosis, intracellular transportation, cell shape maintenance and signal transduction process. Microtubules are the important targets in many drug discoveries. The antitumor drugs acting on microtubules are the most effective clinical drugs, which can inhibit the polymerization of microtubules, destroy microtubules dynamic balance and spindle, block cell cycle and induce tumor cells necrosis. The paper re-viewed the effects and action mechanisms of microtubules targeted antitumor drugs, and discussed their application prospects in clinics.

Objective To explore the relationship between Qi_stagnation with blood stasi s, Qi_deficiency with blood stasis and platelet activation. Methods Expressi on levels of lysosomal integral membrane protein (CD?63), alpha_granu le membrane protein (CD?62?p) and thrombospondin (TSP)were the specific index es of platelet activation. Te chnique of monoclonal antibody analysis and flow cytometry were used to detect the expression levels of CD?63, CD?62?p and TSP. Fifty_eight cases of Qi_st agnation with blood stasis syndrome were allocated to Group A and 60 cases of Qi _deficiency with blood stasis syndrome to Group B, and 30 healthy volunteers ser ved as the control (Group C). Results Expression levels of CD63, CD62p an d TSP were higher in Group A than in Group B and Group C (P

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2008;14(3):171-173
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of bilateral double Z plasties for correction of the webbed neck defects, and to explore its principle and superiority to other reported methods. Methods We designed a small Z plasty over the mastoid with a rhomboidal skin resection of infra-hairline, and another large Z plasty transposition skin flap in superior-acromion. The tight band of fibrous webbing was separately cut and undermined at infra-mastoid and midclavicular line, wherein the middle part of the band retracted medially. Results It involved narrow tunneled anterolateral skin undermining and minimal skin resections from the nape of the neck, and posterior rhomboidal skin excision avoided the unnatural and noticeable lateral scars with normal skin extended in the middle of the webbing. The resultant scar was hidden and mild with no hypertrophic scars. A total of 5 cases were repaired, in which 1 case was male, 4 others were females. Follow-up for 1 to 11 years showed that the appearance and function in the repaired sites by using the bilateral double Z-plasties for repair of webbed neck deformity were very satisfactory. Conclusion We propose the use of this technique for correction of webbed neck deformities with simplified manipulation and cosmetic effect.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of monitoring blood glucose in term infants with asphyxia. Methods The blood glucouse within 24 hours of admission and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed in full-term neonates with asphyxia admitted from January, 2011 to December, 2012. Results Among 256 term infants with asphyxia, 95 cases (37.11%) had abnormal blood glucose, 63 cases (24.61%) were hypoglycemia and 32 (12.50%) were hyperglycemia. The incidence of mild asphyxia and severe asphyxia, the number of damaged organ were significantly different among infants with hypoglycemia, normal blood glucose, and hyperglycemia (all P<0.001). Among 256 term infants, 206 cases were mild asphyxia, 50 cases were serve asphyxia. The incidence of abnormal blood glucose and hyperglycemia were significantly higher in infants with serve asphyxia than those in infants with mild asphyxia (P<0.01). Among 256 term infants, 227 cases (88.67%) had organ damaged. 96 cases involved one organ, 72 cases involved two organs, and 59 cases involved three or more organs. The incidence of abnormal blood glucose, hypoglycemia, hyperglucemia were significantly different among infants invoved one, two or threr and more organs. The incidence of hyperglycemia was the highest in infants with three or more organ damaged, and the incidence of hypoglycemia was the highest in infants with two organ damaged. Conclusions The term infants with severe asphyxia and more organ damaged were prone to with abnormal blood glucose.

Objective To determine the weight coefficient of the customer requirements of emergency infusion equipment. Methods Customer requirements were made clear using methods of literature research, personal interviews and expert meeting. Analytic hierarchy process approach was adopted to establish the hierarchical structure model, construct paired comparison matrix structure, calculate the weight coefficient and make logic consistency check. Results The weight coefficients were determined for 8 primary and 36 secondary customer requirements, which all met the logical consistency check (CR<0.1).Conclusion The research and development of emergency infusion equipment has to pay attention to such key requirements firstly as safety, efficacy and portability, and the intelligence has to be supported by the key requirements and intermediate needs.

AIM: To investigate the method for using semi-bionic extraction (SBE) on Simiao Yongan Decoction as an example. METHODS: Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction conditions of SBE with the evaluation markers such as chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid, glycyrrhizic acid, total polysaccharide, ethanol soluble extractives and dried extract. RESULTS: The optimized SBE conditions were as follows: The medical material was powdered through a sieve with 4 meshes) and extracted with 20% ethanol for three times, the pH of the three extractions were in proper order 3.50, 7.50, 8.50 ; the solvent volume was 10,8,8 times, respectively, and the extraction time was 1.5,1.0,1.0 h, respectively. CONCLUSION: The optimum extraction conditions are stable and practicable, and surpass the original SBE extraction conditions.

AIM:To investigate the effect of intravenous infusion of lidocaine on postoperative pain, return of bowel function and stress response after hysterectomia surgery. METHODS:Sixty patients scheduled to undergo hysterectomia surgery were randomly divided into two groups with thirty in each group. Group L received intravenous lidocaine bolus injection of 1.5 mg/kg at induction of anesthesia, then continuous infusion of 1 mg?kg-1?h-1 intraoperatively and infusion of 100 mg plus sulfentanyl 50 mg for 48 h postperatively. Group S received an equal volume saline and infusion of sulfentanyl 100 mg for 48 h postperatively. Postoperative pain score at rest and cough were recorded by VAS. The times of first flatus, enterocinesia were recorded and the levels of motilin, cortisol and serum glucose were measured. RESULTS:Lidocaine significantly reduced postoperative pain, nause and vomit scores. Times to first flatus, enterocinesia were significantly shorter in patients who received lidocaine. the levels of motilin were significantly higher, but the levels of cortisol and serum glucose were significantly lower in Group L than in Group S. CONCLUSION:Intravenous lidocaine relieves postoperative pain, improve bowel function through increasing plasma motilin levels and decreasing stress responses after hysterectomia surgery.

The main purposes of translational Medicine is to break the barrier among the basic medicine, clinical medicine and drug R&D in order to establish direct and close connection and cooperation between them. However,so far almost in the world wide, translational medicine is still at the exploration stage and far away from the real transformation. This article reviewed the difficult position of translational medicine cooperation from the three aspects of cooperative resources, sponsor and domestic culture, and then suggested to promote clinical medicine research, set up new assessment systems which focus on classified evaluation and representative work,as well as create the culture of cooperation.
