1.Process management research of standardized residency training based on information management platform

To explore the process management strategies of standardized residency training based on the development of information management platform, combining with the management practices, this study has sorted out and analyzed process management contents, and integrated process management concepts and contents into the development of information management platform. The development of information management platform taking the process management as the core has contributed to the update and implementation of standardized residency training policies, building of a multi-role interactive bridge, guarantee of information accuracy, and promotion of the construction of quality assurance system, thus providing an effective tool to ensure the quality of training, which is of great significance to cultivate outstanding physicians.
2.Study on effect of vimentin glycosylated mutant plasmid on differentiation of PC12 cells

Objective To construct a vimentin glycosylated mutant plasmid,and to study its impact on rat adrenal chromaffin cell (PC12) cell differentiation.Methods The vimentin glycosylated mutant plasmid was constructed,and the gel electrophoretic was performed and the sequencing identification was performed. The empty plasmid pcDNA3.1b (control group),vimentin plasmid (Vim group) and vimentin glycosylated mutant plasmid (Vim mut group) were used to transfect PC12 cells,which were cultured for 0,3 d in the con-dictions of treatment and non-treatment of exogenous oligosaccharides (Cyclo-ManN pro) respectively,and the cell differentiation records and quantitative analysis (the cell average neurite length and differentiated neu-rite cells percentage) were performed.Results A recombinant plasmid containing a glycosylation site muta-tion site 19(T-G),97(A-G),100(T-G) was successfully constructed (about 1404 bp in size).Before and after Cyclo-ManN pro treatment,the average neurite length of PC12 cells and the percentage of differentiated neu-rite cells in the Vim group were greater than those in the control group and the Vim mut group[(61.98±19.03)μm vs.(51.09±14.45)μm,(51.49±14.78)μm,(6.60±0.25)% vs. (4.27±0.18)%,(4.76±0.33)%;(78.01±18.31)μm vs. (69.98±12.85)μm,(68.45±13.84)μm,(10.62±0.25)% vs. (8.11±1.22)%,(5.89±0.60)%],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The glycosyla-tion modification of vimentin could be used for PC12 cell differentiation.
3.Clinical efficacy of LISA technology in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and its influence on blood gas analysis

Objective To investigate the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome by less invasive surfactant administration(LISA)clinical efficacy,complications and influence on blood gas analysis.Methods A total of 100 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome requiring pulmonary surfactant(PS)tracheal injection therapy and admitted to the Jinhua Central Hospital between December 1st 2019 and August 1st 2022 were randomly assigned into treatment group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The treatment group of children received PS treatment using LISA technology,while the control group of children received PS treatment using tracheal intubation tracheal instillation PS extubation followed by intubation-surfactant-extubation technology.The clinical treatment effect,blood gas analysis,non-invasive ventilation time,length of hospitalization,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group;After 1 hour of PS treatment,the oxygen partial pressure and blood oxygen saturation of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,while the carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than that of the control group.The non-invasive assisted ventilation time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group.The incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia was lower than that of the control group.Their difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of LISA technology for PS treatment of NRDS can improve blood gas indicators,shorten non-invasive ventilation time,improve diagnostic and therapeutic effects,reduce the risk of bronchopulmonary dysplasia,and do not increase the incidence of complications such as tracheal mucosal injury and pulmonary hemorrhage in children.
