Objective To study the effect improvation of lung function and prognosis of singulair and seretide for moderate to severe AECOPD . Methods 78 patients associated with moderate to severe AECOPD from January 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were researched. They were divided randomly into observation and control groups according to the order of admission, 39 cases in each group. In the control group, they were treated by conventional anti-infective, expectorant, oxygen, suction seretide. In the observation group, using singulair on the basis of the control group.Clinical data, clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms begin to improve time, hospitalization time, blood gas analysis (PaO2, PaCO2) after five days and pulmonary function after treatment forced expiratory volume in one second ( FEV1 ) , call gas peak velocity ( PEF) , forced expiratory volume in one second than the forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC), maximum mid-expiratory flow rate (MMEF) were compared with each other. Results Their clinical data of patients and other general information and basic condition had no significant difference between each other. The effective rate of observation group and control group were 97.44%and 87.18%, clinical effecicy of observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (u=2.2805, P<0.05).Postoperative hospital stay, time of symptoms began to improve of the observation group were shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), PaO2 of 5-day post-treatment of observation group was higher, and PaCO2 was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Lung function of two groups of patients had no significant difference before treatment, after treatment, pulmonary function in the observation group (including FEV1, PEF, FEV1/FVC, MMEF) was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Seretide combined with singulair to treat severe AECOPD has a good effect, it can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and improve the patient's lung function.

OBJECTIVETo establish a diet-induced obesity model in zebrafish larvae.
METHODSAt 7 days post-fertilization (dpf), 200 zebrafish larvae with normal development were randomly allocated to two groups with the feeding quantity of 30 mg per day (normal feeding group) or 180 mg per day (overfed group) for 20 days. The weight, length, BMI, triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TCH) of each group were measured. Whole-mount Oil Red O staining, frozen Oil Red O staining and hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining were used to estimate the rate of hepatic steatosis and liver histology of the zebrafish. The dynamic change of hepatic lipid droplets and distribution of adipose tissue were observed with Nile Red staining in overfed zebrafish in vivo.
RESULTSThe weight, length, BMI and TG of overfed zebrafish were significantly increased compared with those in normal feeding group. Whole-mount Oil Red O staining showed that the percent of hepatic steatosis in overfed group (89.4%) was markedly higher than that in normal feeding group (20.7%). Macrovesicular steatosis was observed in the liver of the overfed larvae. Nile Red staining visualized hepatic lipid droplets and the distribution of larval adipose tissue, which increased with feeding time in the overfed zebrafish. Starving larvae showed depletion of fat and hepatic lipid, and adipose tissue was induced after refeeding.
CONCLUSIONSWe successfully established an diet-induced obesity model in zebrafish larva, in which Nile Red staining allows in vivo observation of the adipocytes and hepatic lipid droplets.

Objective:
To observe the effect of action observation combined with occupational therapy on the upper limb function and ability in the activities of daily living after a stroke.
Methods:
Forty-two stroke survivors were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, each of 21. Both groups were given conventional rehabilitation training and conventional occupational therapy. The treatment group additionally performed action observation. The Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA-UE), a Hong Kong version of the functional test for the hemiplegic upper extremity (FTHUE-HK) and the Modified Barthel index (MBI) were used for assessment before and after 8 weeks of treatment.
Results:
Before the treatment there were no significant differences between the two groups. Afterward, significant improvement was observed in all of the measurements in both groups. Compared with the control group, the treatment group showed more significant improvement in its average FMA-UE, FTHUE-HK and MBI scores.
Conclusion
Action observation can improve the effects of rehabilitation and occupational therapy after stroke.
