0.05).The cytological false negative rate was 23.58% for LSIL,17.57% for high squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL),0.00% for squamous cell cancer(SCC),and 50.00% for adeno-carcinoma(AC);the false positive rate was 14.29% for LSIL and 3.85% for HSIL.Conclusion Liquid-based cytology test is an effective method for the screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesion. The high-quality cervical cell specimen is important to ensure the diagnosis accuracy.

Objective To study the value of three dimensional dynamic contrast and digital subtraction MRI in diagnosing breast cancer. Methods 52 patients with breast diseases were enrolled in this study, including 27 malignant lesions and 36 benign lesions verified by histopathology.the morphologic features and enhancement kinetics of breast lesion on MRI were observed. The morphologic manifestation,early-phase enhancement rate, peak enhancement rate, peak time and time-signal intensity curve were evaluated. Results The benign lesions were mainly characterized by regular mass,well-defined border, internal septation, homogeneous enhancement, and the malignant lesions by irregular shape, speculated margin, rim enhancement, inhomogeneous enhancement. The early-phase enhancement rate, peak time and curve type were significantly different between breast benign and malignant lesions(P

Objective:To explore the relationship between ten‐eleven translocation 2 (TET2) Mutations and Expression of 5hmC in breast cancer .Methods :TET2 mutations in breast cancer tissues from 100 patients were detected by Sanger method . The expression of 5hmC in breast cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry . The relationship between TET2 mutations and expression of 5hmC was analyzed .Results :A total of 13 kinds of TET2 mutations were identified in 100 patients .Among them ,3 new types of mutations were identified in 4 patients . They were Ala341Val , Leu1622Phe and Pro1578Tyr .Pro1578Tyr was identified in two patients .And immunohistochemical analysis showed that there was a sharp reduction of 5hmC in breast cancer tissues with TET2 mutations than in breast cancer tissues without TET2 mutations . Conclusions :T ET2 mutations can lead to decrease of 5hmC level in breast cancer .
