1.The Forensic determination of Post-Traumatic Epilepsy in 21 Patients
Journal of Forensic Medicine 2001;17(1):25-27
To evaluate the forensic determination of post cerebral traumatic epilepsy. Methods In 21 patients, traumatic history and previous history were analysied combined with the demonstrations of electroencephalogram(EEG), X-ray, CT and MRI. Results Post-traumatic epilepsy, manily in late stage, usually occurred following serious cerebral trauma. The type of traumatic epilepsy was determined by the traumatic location and extent. Abnormal epileptic wave in scalp EEG and 24h dynamic EEG and medical image examinations were helpful for qualitative analysis. Conclusion The forensic determination of post traumatic epilepsy must be on the basis of traumatic and previous history combined with EEG, CT and MRI analysis.

Objective To investigate rhein on podocyte nephrin gene expression and nephrin on glomerular in diabetic nephropa-thy (DN)rats .Methods DN rats mode were made by Intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) 60 mg/kg once .the DN model was divided into 2 groups:rhein treatment group (A) ,model group (B) ,and in addition ,set up a control group (C) .body weight ,kidney weight ,relative kidney weight ,24-hour urinary protein excretion ,serum creatinine ,blood urea nitrogen of rats were detected after 8 weeks of intervention .kidney pathological changes were observed by using light microscope ,electron microscope . immunohistochemical technique used to nephrin protein expression .Results Both the DN rats 24 -hour urinary protein excretion and podocyte nephrin gene expression of group A decreased significantly (P<0 .05) ,improvement in renal function .Conclusion Rhein on DN kidney has a protective effect ,which may be related to its podocyte nephrin gene expression.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(07):-
Objective: [WT5”,6BZ]To investigate the anti tumor effects of melittin in vitro . Methods: Melittin was isolated and purified from bee venom by gel filtration. The cytotoxicity of melittin against established cell lines(SMMC 7721,BEL 7402 and Hep 3B cell) was determined using by MTT assays. Mitomycin, vincristine and cinobu facini were used as control. The time effect relationship of melittin against SMMC 7721 cell line was studied. Results: Melittin showed the anti tumor effect in a dose dependent matter for tumor cells in vitro ,but there was no time effect relationship. The anti tumor effect of melittin was better than the control. Conclusion: Melittin has marked and quick anti tumor activity in vitro against established cell lines. [

Objective To investigate the influence of long-term blood purification on atherosclerosis(AS) in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients by measuring serum levels of homocysteine(Hcy) and carotid artery intima-medial thickness(IMT).Methods Seventy-two MHD patients visiting our hospital from June 2006 to December 2007,according to their blood purification mode, were assigned to three groups: hemodialysis(HD,n=25),hemodialysis+hemodiafiltration(HD+HDF,n=30),hemodialysis+continuous renal replacement therapy(HD+CRRT,n=17).Another 25 healthy subjects served as controls.Serum Hcy was detected before and after one-year treatment and meanwhile color Doppler ultrasonography was performed to check IMT of carotid artery and atheromatous plaques. Results The serum levels of Hcy,IL-6,MCP-1,hs-CRP in MHD patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P
7.Effects of Genistein on Inflammation and Apoptosis of Human Alveolar Epithelial Cell A549 Induced by Lipopolysaccharide
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(3):57-60
Objective To investigate the effects of Genistein (GEN) acting on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells induced by LPS;To discuss its action of mechanism for improving injuries of lung. Methods The activity of cell treated with different concentrations of Genistein was detected by CCK-8 method and/or LPS intervention for 12 h. The expressions of inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α induced by LPS were detected by RT-PCR. TUNEL was used to detect apoptosis, and Western blot was used to detect the changes of signal pathway. Results GEN (1, 5, 10μmol/L) alone had no effects on cell activity;LPS (1μg/mL) reduced cell viability significantly, while co-treated the A549 cells with GEN and LPS could reverse this condition in a concentration-dependent manner;RT-PCR results showed that LPS could significantly increase the level of gene expression of inflammatory factors, while GEN could inhibited this phenomenon in both concentration-and time-dependent manner;the results of TUNEL staining showed that GEN (10μmol/L) combined with LPS for 12 h could significantly decrease the apoptosis rate;the results of Western blot showed that GEN possibly inhibited the inflammation and apoptosis through inhibiting the phosphorylation of IκBα, p65 signaling pathways. Conclusion GEN has anti-inflammation and anti-apoptosis effects on A549 cells induced by LPS, so as to play a protective rate.
8.Effects of Genistein on Epithelium-Mesenchyme Transition of Alveolar Type Ⅱ Cells
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;23(10):63-66
Objective To investigate the effects of genistein on the epithelium-mesenchyme transition of alveolar type II cells; To discuss its mechanism of improving pulmonary fibrosis. Methods The activity of genistein with different concentrations and TGF-β1 intervention cells after 72 h were determined by CCK-8 method; epithelial and mesenchymal markers as well as the key regulatory factors in the transformation process were determined by RT-PCR; changes of p38 and JNK signaling pathways were determined by Western blot. Results The A549 cells were transformed into fibroblast phenotype stimulated by TGF-β1 for 72 h; mesenchymal markers increased and endothelial marker decreased. The results of RT-PCR indicated that genistein inhibited this phenomenon in a concentration-dependent manner. The results of Western blot showed that, genistein possibly inhibited the epithelial-mesenchymal transition through inhibiting the phosphorylation of p38 and JNK signaling pathways and its downstream transcription factors. Conclusion Genistein has anti-fibrosis effects through inhibiting A549 cells undergoing epithelial-mesenchymal transition.
9.Integration of MOOC and information literacy education in academic libraries
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;(2):43-46
The factors influencing the integration of MOOC and information literacy education in academic libraries were divided into objective factor, subjective factor and social factor according to their connotation and significance. Certain measures for their integration were proposed, such as strengthening network construction, perfecting literacy education systems, and carrying out systemic training.Integration of MOOC and information literacy education in academic libraries can improve information service, promote wide application of MOOC and information literacy ed-ucation in academic libraries.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2016;(2):137-140
Objective To summarize the clinical data of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), and improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment for patients with DKA. Methods The clinical data of 224 patients with DKA were retrospectively analyzed. Results After the positive diagnosis and comprehensive treatment including liquid-supplementing and small doses of insulin therapy, in 224 patients, 210 cases were cured, and the treatment success rate was 93.75%. Fourteen cases were dead, and the fatality rate was 6.25%. Conclusions Early diagnosis, liquid-supplementing and reasonable application of insulin therapy is the key to the success of DKA treatment.
