The overall 1, 3 and 5 year survival rates were 81.80%, 31.80% and 16.80% respectively. The authors analysed the factors resulting in the lower survival rates and discussed the approach to improve the resuts of postoperative radiation
5.Construction of a phage-displayed library with cDNA ofhuman hepatocarcinoma cell
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To identify the human hepatocarcinoma cell line with the highest reactivity to hALR and to construct the phage-displayed library with its cDNA as the basis of the selection for special protein binding hALR from this library. Methods:The reactivity to hALR of HepG2,7701 and QGY was compared by 3?H-TdR methods in vitro. The mRNA of QGY with the highest reactivity to hALR was isolated with PloyATtract System 1000 kit.The phage-displayed library with cDNA fragments of QGY was constructed withT7Select10-30rient Express cDNA Cloning System and Random Primer kit.The quality of this library was evaluated by phage titer assay and PCR.Results:hALR could stimulate the proliferation of QGY,HepG2,and 7701 in dose-dependent way in vitro, but QGY showed the highest reactivity to hALR.The phage-displayed library with cDNA of QGY was successfully constructed and contained approximate 2?107 primary recombinants. It was indicated by PCR that the size of the cDNA inserts was from 0.2 to 2kb,the average 0.6kb.Thorough information about mRNA of QGY cells could be soundly represented by this library. Conclusion:The results show that QGY had the highest reactivity to the hALR among three strains detected. The high quality phage-displayed library is successfully constructed with cDNA of QGY.
6.Effect of the inside incision positions of clear corneal incisions of cataract on astigmatism after surgery using anterior segment optical coherence tomography
International Eye Science 2016;16(11):2136-2138
AIM:To analyze effect of the inside incision positions of clear corneal incisions of cataract on astigmatism after surgery was analysis using anterior segment optical coherence tomography.
METHODS: A total of 40 patients of 43 eyes of age-related cataract were chosen. All of them were done 2.8mm clear corneal incision and phacoemulsification with foldable intraocular lens implantation. Preoperative and postoperative 1wk, 1 and 3mo, the corrected visual acuity were examined. Postoperative 1wk, 1 and 3mo, the positions and lengths of the incisions were measured. Depending on the location of the incisions, the patients were divided into two groups. Group 1:the inside mouth of the incisions(22 patients of 23 eyes) were far from the corneal vertex central line> 3mm. Group 2: the inside mouth of the incisions ( 20 patients of 20 eyes ) were far from the corneal vertex central line ≤3mm.
RESULTS:One day before the surgery between Group 1 and Group 2 patients, there were no statistically significant difference(P>0. 05) in corrected visual acuity and corneal astigmatism. After the surgery, corrected visual acuity gradually increased, astigmatism and cut lengths gradually decreased. But, there were no statistically significant difference at 1wk, 1 and 3mo ( P<0.05).
CONCLUSION:The length of the inside mouth located within radius of the central cornea 3mm was rather longer than the length of the inside mouth located without radius of the central cornea 3mm. The SIA after surgery is greater, and postoperative visual acuity gained maybe less than the latter.
