1.Knowledge Mapping Analysis of Tai Chi Chuan Based on Web of Science
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;17(4):907-915
Tai Chi Chuanis a traditional Chinese method of regimen and health care, which has attracted wide attention from countries in the world. This article was aimed to analyze the current situation and hot spots about Tai Chi Chuan for future research. A total of 1349 articles were retrieved from Web of Science from 1981 to 2013. CiteSpace was used to map knowledge domain of 1349 articles in order to explore the current situation and hot spots aboutTai Chi Chuan internationally. The results showed that the research onTai Chi Chuan showed a rising trend. The main research regions were in the United States and China. The research fields were extended from medicine and sport science to psychology, engineering and computer science. The hot spots were focused on physical control, psychology and cardiovascular diseases. It was concluded thatTai Chi Chuan was a method benefit to both physical and mental health. The focus of future Tai Chi Chuan research was on basic theory, action mechanism and strict evidences.
2.A elevated level of plasma reistin and microinflammation in maintenance hemodialysis patient
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(12):-
Objective:To investigate plasma resistin lever in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients and explore its relationship with micruinflammation. Methods:73 patients with MHD and 20 heahhy volunteers were involved in this study. Plasma concentrations of IL-6, TNF-?, resistin were measured by enzyme linked immunoassay(ELISA). The serum levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein (CRP), triglyceride, cholesterol, albumin, glucose and insulin were also detected. The homeostasis model assessment index(HOMA-R) was calculated as an estimate of insulin resistance from the fasting glucose and insulin. Results:The plasma lever of resistin in MHD was significantly increased compared with healthy controls(40.15?22.46 vs 11.78?6.29 ug/L, P
4.Release in-vitro of panax notoginoside micro-porous osmotic pump tablets
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(06):-
AIM:To study release rate in-vitro of the panax notoginoside micro-porous osmotic pump(MPOP) tablets.METHODS:To investigate the effects of different dissolution methods, paddle stirring rate and dissolved mediums on the release rate in-vitro of the panax notoginoside MPOP tablets.RESULTS:The delivery rate was not influenced by the dissolution methods, paddle stirring rate and when the pH of dissolution medium was between(3.5)-7.6,the delivery rate was not influenced, too. However, when the pH of dissolved medium was at 1.0,the release rate was decreased severely.CONCLUSION:Panax notoginoside MPOP tablets have a stable release curve except for in the condition of the acid dissolved medium.
5.The validity of experimental animal models of depression
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1999;0(09):-
Study of depression and antidepressant drugs mainly depends on animal models. Twelve animal models of depression related to some sets of validating criteria are reviewed. Of the 12 models, some traditional models (reserpine reversal, amphetamine potentiation) are rejected as they are devoid of selectivity, insufficient to predict antidepressant activity in the compounds tested. The models with the highest overall validity are the intracranial self-stimulation, chronic stress and learned helplessness models in rats, and the primate separation model. A combination of several models may be the best way to study depression and to screen antidepressant drugs. This combination can be used to detect compounds comparable to those antidepressants possessing clinically established antidepressant activity.
6.Action of progesteron on smooth muscles of isolated respiratory tract from guinea pig
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
Progesteron could significantly inhibit the contracted effect of strips of tracheal and lung smooth muscles isolated from guinea pigs, which induced by Ach His and 5- HT. It also inhibited the contractility of phase I caused by intracellular calciumefflux in the course of 5 -HT stimulating tracheal smooth muscles and the Schultz - Dale responsiveness of sensilized of tracheal smooth muscles guinea pigs.

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(05):-
Objective:To observe efficacy of Weichangshu in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods:96 cases of DGP conformed with the criteria were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated by oral administration of Weichangshu and Mosapride respectively for 4 weeks in addition to original treatment program for controlling blood sugar.Changes of clinical symptoms,FBG and P2hBG,gastric antrum-duodenum interdigestive period migrating motion compound wave(MMC)and electrogastrogram(EGG)before and after treatment were investigated. Results:Clinical symptoms were significantly improved in both groups. The markedly effective rate was 62.50% and the total effective rate was 91.67% in the Weichangshu group, and the corresponding index was 60.42% and 89.58% in the Mosapride group. After treatment,MMC significantly improved in both groups, with significant differences in lasting time of phase Ⅱ,and phase Ⅲ,and the contraction amplitude as compared with those before treatment(P

Chongqing Medicine 2013;(31):3732-3734
Objective To investigate rhein on podocyte nephrin gene expression and nephrin on glomerular in diabetic nephropa-thy (DN)rats .Methods DN rats mode were made by Intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) 60 mg/kg once .the DN model was divided into 2 groups:rhein treatment group (A) ,model group (B) ,and in addition ,set up a control group (C) .body weight ,kidney weight ,relative kidney weight ,24-hour urinary protein excretion ,serum creatinine ,blood urea nitrogen of rats were detected after 8 weeks of intervention .kidney pathological changes were observed by using light microscope ,electron microscope . immunohistochemical technique used to nephrin protein expression .Results Both the DN rats 24 -hour urinary protein excretion and podocyte nephrin gene expression of group A decreased significantly (P<0 .05) ,improvement in renal function .Conclusion Rhein on DN kidney has a protective effect ,which may be related to its podocyte nephrin gene expression.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the oxidative stress, microinflammation and their relationship in patients with MHD(maintenance hemodialysis)and to evaluate the effect and safety of vitamin E supplementation in patients with MHD.Methods Fifty-eight patients with MHD and 20 healthy volunteers were involved in this study. The patients were administered 400 mg/d of vitamin E for 6 weeks. The levels of oxidative vitamin E(Vit E),malondialdehyde(MDA),advanced oxidation protein product(AOPP),superoxide dismutase(SOD),activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),microinflammation cytokines C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-?)in plasma were measured at the beginning and the end of administering Vit E.Results 400 mg/d of Vit E supplementation decreased the levels of plasma AOPP,MDA,CRP,TNF-?(P
