2.Exploration in the Hypo-morality Issues in Physician-Patient Relationship
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
The hypo-morality,also known as sub-morality,is an imperfect morality compared with the social mainstream morality.By introducing some "hypo-morality" phenomena in the current physician-patient relationship and analyzing from the two aspects including the diversity of interests main bodies and the market operational mode of healthcare institutions, this paper assures the rationality of the existence of hypo-morality in physician-patient relationship, and attempts to provide feasible suggestions for a reasonable direction of hypo-morality in physician-patient relationship.
3.Determination of Protocatechuic Acid in Xueniao Capsules by TLC-scanning
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(12):-
Objective: To establish a quantitative method for determination of protocatechuic acid in Xueniao Capsules. Methods: The capsules were extracted with alcohol acetic acid (10∶1) and then solved with absolute alcohol. The sample was applied on a silica H plate, developed and separated in the solution of chloroform acetone methanol acetic acid (7∶2∶1.5∶0.5). The separated spots were determined by TLC scanning at 530nm(? s). Results: The average recovery was 101.4%. Conclusion: This method for determination of protocatechuic acid in Xueniao Capsules was sensitive, accurate and specific. It could be used as quality control for Xueniao Capsules.
4.Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture plus Tuina Therapy in Treating Supraspinatus Tendinitis
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2009;7(2):94-97
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy ofacupuncture plus Tuina therapy in treating supraspinatus tendinitis. Methods:One hundred patients with supraspinatus tendinitis were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 50 cases was treated with acupuncture plus Tuina therapy and the control group of 50 cases, with simple acupuncture.Treatment was given once daily,10 times as a course. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after two courses oftreatment. Results:The total efficacy rate was 96.0%in the treatment group and 74.0%in the control group.x2 test showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus Tuina therapy is superior to simple acupuncture in treating supraspinatus tendinitis.
5.Significance of comprehensive evaluation in selecting maintenance & service plan for large-scale medical equipment
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
The contrast of technical force between hospital and society is astonishing in the maintenance & service of large-scale medical equipment. When the maintenance & service plan must be chosen to socialized service, all the plans must be seriously compared and evaluated according to the current situation of the equipments in hospital for an economical and suitable selection.A right selection is necessary in promoting maintenance and management of large-scale medical equipment, keeping good operation of equipment, prolonging service life, and creating better economic and social benefits.
6.Comparative analysis of blood electrolytes and glucose detection results in different types of specimens
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;37(16):2265-2267
Objective To investigate the difference in detection results of electrolytes and glucose among arterial blood plasma , venous blood plasma ,arterial blood serum and venous blood serum .Methods Arterial and venous anticoagulation blood and coagu‐lation blood were collected from 54 patients at the same time ,1 tube for each blood sample .The corresponding plasma and serum were isolated .The levels of K+ ,Na+ ,Cl-and glucose(GLU) were determined by using the Johnson VITROS 5600 automatic dry biochemical analyzer .The detection results were performed the comparative analysis by using the statistical method .Results When the sample was serum ,the concentrations of Na+ ,Cl- ,GLU and serum K+ had statistically significant difference between arterial and venous blood(P<0 .05) ,when the sample was plasma ,the concentrations of Na+ ,Cl- and GLU had statistically significance between arterial and venous blood(P<0 .05);but the K+ concentration had no statistically significant difference between serum and plasma(P>0 .05) .In addition ,the GLU and K+ detection results had statistical difference between arterial serum and plasma(P<0 .05) ,while the Na+ and Cl- detection results had no statistically significant difference(P>0 .05);similarly ,the GLU and K+ de‐tection results had statistical difference between venous plasma and serum (P<0 .05) ,while the Na+ and Cl- detection results had no statistical difference(P>0 .05) .Conclusion Some differences in the detection results of electrolytes and glucose exist among ar‐terial plasma ,venous plasma ,arterial serum and venous serum ,clinic should pay attention to make a difference among different types of sample and establish the suitable reference ranges .have certainly difference in different types of specimens even detected by the same system .So we recommend that appropriate reference range is necessary for various kinds of specimens .
7.Application of Nape Acupuncture in Treatment of Vertebral-artery Type Cervical Spondylosis
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2009;7(1):47-50
Objective:To observe the effect of nape acupuncture on vertebral-artery type cervical spondylosis. Methods:Eighty patients with vertebral-artery type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into nape acupuncture group and Jiaji acupuncture group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the nape acupuncture group were treated with the nape acupuncture plus Jiaji acupuncture, while the patients in the Jiaji group were treated with Jiaji acupuncture only,to observe the functional scale before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate in the nape acupuncture group was 95.0%,while the total effective rate in the Jiaji acupuncture group was 82.5%.By Ridit analysis,u=5.186,P<0.01.It indicated that the therapeutic effect in the nape acupuncture group was better than that in the Jiaji acupuncture group.Compared with Jiaji acupuncture group, the difference value of pre- and post-treatment about functional scale of vertebral-artery type cervical spondylosis and the post-treatment score have statistic differences (P<0.01).It indicated that the therapeutic effect of nape acupuncture group was more obvious in treating vertigo than that in the Jiaji acupuncture group. Conclusion:The treatment of vertebral-artery type cervical spondylosis by Jiaji acupuncture plus the nape acupuncture may enhance the therapeutic effect significantly.
8.Clinical Observation on Carpal Joint Sprain by Puncturing Juliao (GB 29)
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2010;08(3):196-198
Objective: To observe the effect of puncturing Juliao (GB 29) in treating carpal joint sprain. Methods: 99 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups, treatment, control 1 and control 2 groups, 33 cases for each group. Cases in treatment group were treated by acupuncture on Juliao (GB 29); patients in control 1 group were treated by acupuncture at Sanyinjiao (SP 6), and patients in control 2 group were treated by local application. The clinical effect was compared among three groups after the treatment. Results: The effective rate in the treatment group is 96.9%, which is over and above 84.8% in control 1 group and 75.8% in control 2 group (both P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture at Juliao (GB 29) has a precise curative effect in treating sprain of carpal joint. It is more effective than acupuncture at Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and local application.
