1.Determination of Dexamethasone Acetate in Compound Tretinoin Ointment by RP-HPLC
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for determination of the content of Dexamethasone acetate in Compound tretinoin ointment by RP-HPLC. METHODS: The separation was performed on C18 column with methanol: water (70∶30) as a mobile phase, wavelength of UV detector at 240nm. RESULTS: The linear range of Dexamethasone acetate was within 0.028 3~0.849 0?g(r=0.999 9). The average recovery of Dexamethasone acetate was 101.13%, with RSD at 1.28%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and capable of producing good separation results. It can be applied to the quality control of Compound tretinoin ointment.
2.Utilization of Proton Pump Inhibitors in 19 Hospitals of Hangzhou Area during the Period of 2004~2008
China Pharmacy 2005;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate situation and trend of proton pump inhibitors in 19 hospital of Hangzhou area and to provide reference for the research, production, sales and clinical application of this kind of drugs. METHODS:Utilization of proton pump inhibitors in 19 hospital of Hangzhou area during the period of 2004~2008 were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC. RESULTS:Both consumption sum and DDDs of proton pump inhibitors increased quickly in recent five years. Amount of oral omeprazole(capsule and tablet)was the greatest among those categories and increased steadily. Amount of rabeprazole and esomeprazole as new type of proton pump inhibitors increased rapidly. CONCLUSION:Proton pump inhibitors have great potential for development. Omeprazole are widely used in the clinic as mature proton pump inhibitors.
6.The clinical significance on typing of hyperplastic gastric pits
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(6):982-983
Objective To explore the clinical significance of gastric hyperplastic polyp pits under magnifying endoscopy. Methods Summary confirmed by magnifying endoscopy and pathological examination gastric hyperplastic po]yp's performance of magnifying endoscopy,Hp positive and the results of pathology during February 2004 to De-cember 2006. Results 55 patients found 116 gastric polyp,41.4% (48/116) with type A,26.7% (31/116) with type B,19. 8% (23/116) with type C,8. 6% (10/116) with type D,2. 6% (3/116) with type E,one case gastric pits blurred(type F) 0. 9% (1/116). 4 cases with type E and type F found moderate-severe atypical hyperplasia. Conclu-sion Gastric hyperplastic polyp pits with type E and type F ,their results of pathology to display atypical hyperplasia.
7.Clinical research in controlling infusion rate during nasal feeding by infusion pump
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(14):40-41
Objective To investigate and improve the methods of nasal feeding to reduce the occurrence of complication such as diarrhea and vomiting. Methods We separated 140 patients with heavy craniocerebral injury into the control group (50 patients) and the experimental group (90 patients) according to different nasal feeding methods. For the control group traditional method was used. For the experimental group infusion pump was used to control infusion rate. The incidence of complication was compared between two groups. And within experimental group, the same nutrient solutions in respect of type and volume were infused during 10 hours, 16 hours, and 18 hours respectively. The relationship between infusion rate and the occurrence of complication was observed, analyzed and compared to seek for the most suitable enteral nutrition route which incurred the least complication. Results The incidence of diarrhea and vomiting in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. And there were no significant differences in the occurrence of complication by using infusion pump at three different infusion rates within the experimental group. Conclusions The application of infusion pump in nasal feeding can reduce the incidence of complication and infusing nutrient solution at a slow rate was not necessary.
8.Effect and safety of titanium zirconium niobium tin alloy and nichrome for dental defects
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(25):4012-4016
BACKGROUND:Titanium zirconium niobium tin al oy (Ti-Zr-NB-Sn al oy) has good tissue structure, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and biocompatibility, which is an ideal dental material. OBJECTIVE:To explore the efficacy and safety of Ti-Zr-NB-Sn al oy in dental restoration. METHODS:A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 87 cases of dental defects, including 43 males and 44 females, aged 22-41 years. Of the 87 cases, 43 cases were repaired with Ti-Zr-NB-Sn al oy as observation group, and the other 44 cases were treated with nichrome as control group. After 36 months of fol ow-up, the therapeutic efficacy, dental restoration conditions, dental prosthesis conditions and patient satisfaction were observed and compared. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al the 87 patients were fol owed up for 36 months. After the fol ow-up, the total effective rate and patient satisfaction were higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). In the control group, there were four cases of swol en gums, four cases of bleeding gums, four cases of al ergies, three cases of gum gray line, and six cases of mucosal pain;in the observation group, there was only one case of swol en gums, and the dental restoration was better in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). For the dental prosthesis, there were 10 cases of dental stent damage and 20 cases of dental stent loosening in the control group;and only one case of dental stent damage and one case of dental stent loosening in the observation, and the observation group was superior to the control group in the dental prosthesis (P<0.05). Experimental findings suggest that Ti-Zr-NB-Sn al oy for repair of dental defects has good biocompatibility and security.

10.Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Puerarin Combined with β-aescine Sodium in the Treatment of Patients with Postoperative Edema of Hand Trauma
China Pharmacy 2015;(20):2843-2845
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of puerarin combined with β-aescine sodium in the treatment of pa-tients with postoperative edema of hand trauma. METHODS:118 patients with postoperative edema of hand trauma were random-ly divided into observation group (n=59) and control group (n=59) by number. Both groups were taken infrared physiotherapy and appropriate physical treatment such as hand functional exercise;patients in control group was added β-aescine sodium 10 mg based on the physical treatment,iv,once a day;observation group was added puerarin 200 mg based on the treatment of control group,iv,once a day. Both groups were taken 10 days for one course of treatment. Compared the swelling scores, perimeter of suf-fered limb and edema scores, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of patients between the two groups before and after treatment. RESULTS:The symptoms of hand limb swelling in 2 groups were obviously improved(P<0.01 or P<0.05),however,observa-tion group was better than that of control group, with significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment, the swelling, perimeter of suffered limb and swelling score in observation group were lower than control group, with significant differences(P<0.05);the to-tal effective rate in observation group was 94.91% and control group was 83.05%,with significant difference(P<0.05). No ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Puerarin combination with β-aescine sodium has obvious efficacy and safety in the treat-ment of postoperative edema of hand trauma.
