1.The influence of different dosages of atorvastatin in acute coronary syndrome female patients on vascular endothelial growth factor and brain natriuretic peptide
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(2):244-246
Objective To study the influence of different dosages of atorvastatin in acute coronary syndrome female patients on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP).Methods 60 female cases of ACS patients were divided into A and B group.30 patients in the A group were given atorvastatin 20mg per night, while the other 30 patients in the B group were taken 40mg per night. The patients were followed four weeks by evaluating serum VEGF and BNP concentration. Results After treatment for four weeks, the patients in the two groups showed significant reduction in VEGF and BNP,however, the therapeutic group showed significant difference between the two groups.Additionally, the B group further showed significant reduction in VEGF and BNP.Conclusion Using high-dose atorvastatin lowers VEGF and BNP significantly, which could reduce female cardiovascμlar events.
2.Clinical study on partial pulpotomy in the treatment of fracture of crown of permanent incisors with pulp exposure
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of par ti al pulpotomy in the dreatment of complicated crown fracture of permanent inciso rs with pulp exposure. Methods 44 soldiers suffering from compl icated crown fracture of the incisors with exposure of pulp as a result of injur y 46 during training were enrolled for study. Altogetber teeth were treated with partial pulpotomy, and they were followed-up for 1 to 5 years. Result One of the teeth was found fo have pulp necrosis one year after treatm ent dut to falling off of the filling. The treatment failed in other toeth dut t o polpitis 2 to 4 years later. The treatment was successful in 42 teeth (91.3%) . Conclusion Partial pulpotomy was an effective treatment for c omplicated crown fracture of permanent incisors with exposureof pulp.
3.Oxidative stress - mitochondrial dysfunction and the relationship with retinal ganglion cell apoptosis
International Eye Science 2015;(2):238-241
Mitochondria play an important role in energy ( ATP ) production through oxidative phosphorylation pathway and the regulation of cell death by apoptosis. Mitochondrial dysfunction has been implicated in the pathophysiology of a number of neurodegenerative diseases. Glaucoma as a neurodegenerative disorder, mitochondrial oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of glaucoma and the damage of RGCs has received close attention in recent years. ln this article, we reviewed the current evidences and recent advances in the relationship between mitochondrial oxidative stress and the RGCs apoptosis.

Objective To conduct the clinical and pathological evaluation on the conservative surgery in tubal pregnancy . Methods 513 cases of tubal pregnancy in this hospital from January 2006 to December 2012 were divide into the conservative sur-gery group(A ,314 cases) ,samlpintectomy group(B ,43 cases) and the medication conservative treatment group (C ,156 cases) .The hospitalization days ,HCG negative-conversion time ,cure rate ,re-pregnancy outcome ,pregnancy during 1-year follow-up were com-pared between the group A and C .In group B ,43 cases of tubal pregnancy and accomplishing fertility were firstly performed the tubal linear incision in the pregnant site ,then the biopsy was conducted after stopping bleeding and finally the salpingectomy in af-fected side was performed .The tubal electric injury degree by the unipolar or bipolar electrocoagulation and the pathological changes under light microscope were observed .Results The hospitalization days ,symptom relief rate ,HCG negative-conversion time ,cure rate and re-pregnancy outcome had statistical differences between the group A and C (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The tubal conserva-tive surgery has short hospitalization time ,high symptom relief rate ,high cure rate and few complications .The pathological observa-tion shows the localized electrocoagulation injury .The pregnancy rate after surgery is high .

Modern Clinical Nursing 2017;16(4):7-10
Objective To investigate the caregivers' difficulty in taking care of the elderly and the related factors. Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the difficulties in care giving among 1,517 caregivers. Results The total score on the difficulties was (16.16 ±5.79). The preventive factors were good care-related knowledge and family income and the risk factors were advanced age, poor health condition of the patients ( all P<0.01). Conclusions The difficulty in caring the elderly are varied. We should attach importance to those caregivers of advanced age, with lower income and lack of care-related knowledge. Meanwhile, we should provide consultation, education and training for caregivers according to their different situation, and carry out targeted and multi-level support services so as to solve their problems in care to the patients.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the safety and effectis of methylene blue photochemical inactivation of virus in red blood cell (RBC) by using animal models. Methods ①The effects of improving anemia was assessed by transfusing MB P RBC to Beagle’s dog. ②Duck hepatitis B virus(DHBV)was serially diluted and added into human RBC, and then one day old ducklings were inoculated with that treated RBC by intravenous injection. Sera from ducklings were collected and tested by dot hybridization. Infectivity of DHBV (ID 50 ) in RBC was calculated before and after the treatment. Results Dog RBC treated by MB P were not hemolysed after autologous transfusion. There were no changes in serum ALT, AST, BUN, and creatinine after transfusion. The ID 50 contained in RBC changed from 10 3.35 to 10 8.35 after treatment. Conclusion MB P viral inactivation of RBC is safe and effective.

Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2017;31(6):682-688
Fine particles, less than 2.5 micrometer in diameter (PM2.5),are the main components of inhalable particles.Because of their relatively small size and large surface area,PM2.5 can absorb and retain chemicals, bacteria, viruses and other toxic substances, penetrate deeply into the respiratory tract and easily reach the alveolar ducts, exerting adverse effects on the lungs.PM2.5 can also be absorbed into the bloodstream through alveolar capillaries, causing serious damage to human health. The biological effects produced by PM2.5 are frequently attributed to the oxidative stress induced by intracellular reactive oxygen species alterations and abnormal release of inflammatory mediators closely involved in the development of lung diseases. This review discusses the research advances in relationships between PM2.5 exposure and inflammatory responses and oxidative stress based on experimental researches,in vivo and in vitro studies.Recent epidemiologic investigations have shown associations between increased incidence of respiratory diseases and lung cancer from exposure to low levels of various forms of respirable fibers and particulate matter. In vivo experiments have disclosed the association between PM2.5 exposure and the exacerbation of asthma, bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and other lung damages.Cell damage mechanisms mainly include alterations of cell signaling pathways,DNA damage, immune injury, autophagy and apoptosis.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(7):49-52
Objective To understand the actual psychological conditions of pregnant patients with gynecologic malignancies during chemotherapy so as to instruct the nurses to provide individualized psychological care to the patients and their relatives. Method The in-depth interviews were conducted to 7 patients by implementing the phenomenological approach of qualitative study. The acquired data were analyzed. Result The patients experienced four psychological conditions: pessimism about prognosis, anxiety to know more about the chemotherapy and guilty to their family and hope for treatment effect. Conclusion Nurses should pay attention to the psychological conditions of pregnant patients with gynecologic malignancies and help them successfully live through the treatment.
