Methods Summary confirmed by magnifying endoscopy and pathological examination gastric hyperplastic po]yp's performance of magnifying endoscopy,Hp positive and the results of pathology during February 2004 to De-cember 2006. Results 55 patients found 116 gastric polyp,41.4% (48/116) with type A,26.7% (31/116) with type B,19. 8% (23/116) with type C,8. 6% (10/116) with type D,2. 6% (3/116) with type E,one case gastric pits blurred(type F) 0. 9% (1/116). 4 cases with type E and type F found moderate-severe atypical hyperplasia. Conclu-sion Gastric hyperplastic polyp pits with type E and type F ,their results of pathology to display atypical hyperplasia.
3.Immuno response and side - effect following BCG vaccination in infants at Thanh Tri district 1997
Journal of Preventive Medicine 1998;8(2):83-89
The study was carried out in Thanh Tri district on 109 infants aged 0-3 months who received a dose of 0.05mg of intradermal BCG vaccine. The result showed that: the tuberculin conversion rate in infants was satisfactory (96.33%), the rate of non-suppurative adenitis was 3.67% and the rate of suppurative adenitis was 0.917%.

4.A comparative trial of BCG vaccine intradermal doses of 0.05mg and 0.025mg in newborns and infants aged 1-90 days
Journal of Preventive Medicine 1998;8(3):5-10
The study was conducted in 796 newborns and infants aged 1-90 days. The newborns were randomly divided into three groups receiving different doses (0.05mg and 0.025mg) of Nha Trang BCG vaccine and 0.05mg of Pasteur BCG vaccine, intradermally. The results showed that the tuberculin conversion was satisfactory in both groups (receiving 0.05mg and 0.025mg dose of Nha Trang BCG vaccine), while the percentage of suppurative adenitis was found significantly higher in the group receiving 0.05mg BCG vaccine

5.Advances in chemotherapy for upper gastrointestinal tumors
China Oncology 2001;0(05):-
The aim of this review is to evaluate the recent advances in chemotherapy for upper gastrointestinal tumors (esophagus, stomach, pancreas, liver). The role of both the neoadjuvant, adjuvant and palliative chemotherapy regimens, efficacy and side effects will be discussed,as well as its future development.
6.The survival analysis of patients with Paget's disease and underlying invasive breast carcinoma
China Oncology 2017;27(8):655-660
Background and purpose: Paget's disease (PD) of the breast is a rare disease. The survival of PD was reported to be related to the characteristics of the underlying carcinoma. This study aimed to investigate the char-acteristics and survival of PD patients with underlying invasive breast carcinoma (IBC). Methods: Fifty-four patients diagnosed with PD and an associated IBC in Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center from 2002 to 2007 were re-cruited in this study as study group. Since most PD overexpress HER-2, 72 patients with HER-2-overexpressing breast cancer were randomly recruited as control group. This study compared survival between these two groups. Results:Twenty-five (46.3%) patients in study group had no clinical manifestation of PD and were diagnosed unexpectedly by a histologic examination. Thirty-five (64.8%) patients in study group had tumors larger than 2 cm, twenty-six(48.1%) patients in study group had chance of axillary lymph node involvement. Compared with control group, patients in study group tended to have more events (5-year relapse-free survival: 76.4% vs 48.5%, P<0.01). In the control group, most events occurred in the first 3 years after operation, while recurrence might happen all along in the 5 years after opera-tion in study group. Patients in study group also had a poorer overall survival than in control group (61.0% vs 80.6%, P=0.01). Conclusion: Patients with Paget's disease and underlying invasive breast cancer tend to have poorer survival than those with HER-2-overexpressing breast cancer.
7.Study on the alkaloids in Huanglianjiedu Decoction
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(11):-
Objective: To study the content of alkaloids in Huanglianjiedu Decoction and its disassemble prescription. Methods: The contents of four alkaloids such as berberine, jatrorrhizine, coptisine, palmatine in Huanglian jiedu Decoction and its disassemble prescription were determined by HPLC. Results: The content of four alkaloids extracted by tranditional decoction had a tendency to low. On the coutrary, when Rhizoma Coptis and Cortex Phellodendri were decocted together the quantity of alkaloids was additive, and when two herbs above decocted with Radix Scutella and Fructus Gardeniae the quantity of alkaloids decreased obviously. Conclusion:This study can provide a basis for establishing rational quanlitative standard for Huanglianjiedu Decoction.
8.Association between single nucleotide polymorphisms of BRCA1-A complex genes and susceptibility ;of triple-negative breast cancer
China Oncology 2016;26(11):881-887
Background and purpose:The mutation of BRCA1 gene is widely acknowledged to be related to the incidence of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The aim of this study was to investigate the association between TNBC and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of BRCA1-associated genes. Methods:This study investigated the associations between the BRCA1-A complex genes and risk of developing TNBC in a case-control study of Chinese Han Women population including 414 patients with TNBC and 354 cancer-free controls diagnosed in the Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center during 2008-2011. This study also detected 37 common variants in Abraxas, BRE, Rap80, NBA1 and BRCC36 genes encoding the BRCA1-A complex and evaluated their genetic susceptibility to the risk of TNBC. An additional cohort with 652 other types of breast cancer (non-TNBC) cases and 890 controls were used to investigate the associations between TNBC-speciifc SNPs genotype and non-TNBCs susceptibility. Results:This study found that rs7250266 in the promoter region of NBA1 confers a decreased risk to TNBC (P<0.01). Compared with CC genotype, women with the GC genotype (OR=0.70, 95%CI:0.51-0.97) and GG genotype (OR=0.48, 95%CI:0.21-1.07) had a lower risk of developing TNBC (P=0.03). In addition, the haplotypes containing two polymorphisms rs7250266 and rs2278256 were associated with a lower chance of TNBC development. In the second part of the study, the result showed that there was no difference in rs7250266 expression between non-TNBC and normal people (0.19 vs 0.18, P=0.85).Conclusion:Genetic variants in NBA1 may be an important genetic determinant of TNBC susceptibility in Chinese women.
9.Effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on unilateral spatial neglect
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2016;38(8):580-583
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on unilateral spatial neglect (USN).Methods One hundred stroke patients with USN were randomly divided into a treatment group (n=50) and a control group (n=50).Both groups were treated with routine rehabilitation training for 4 weeks, while the treatment group was additionally treated with acupuncture. Before and after the treatment, the degree of USN was evaluated in both groups along with the Fugl-Meyer assessment, the modified Barthel index and the incidence of shoulder pain. Results No significant differences were found between the 2 groups in any of the measurements before the treatment. After the treatment the incidence of shoulder pain in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. All the other measurements were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the symptoms of unilateral spatial neglect, improve motor function in a hemiplegic limb and improve performance in the activities of daily living.
