1.Investigation and analysis of patient factors in identification error events
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(30):9-11
Objective To analyze the characteristics of patients involved in identification error events, try to recognize patients group who had high risk of being wrongly identified. Methods 68 patient identification error events in 64 hospitals in Liaoning province from 2007 to 2011 were investigated. The results were analyzed from four aspects, which were education, age, consciousness and sensory disability state of patients. Results 68 identification error events were investigated.Among these events, patients who graduated from middle school or less constituted 79.41% ;patients older than 60 years old constituted 55.88%;patients with hearing and speaking inability constituted 41.18%;patients without clear consciousness constitutes 14.70% Conclusions Patients who graduated from middle school or less, older than 60 years old, with heating and speaking inability constitute the group who has high risk of being wrongly identified.Enhancing the education of patients, promoting the use of wrist band, and decreasing the dependence on hearing and speaking ability during identification process constitute the main reformation aspect of new patient identification rules.
2.Bifunctional law in acupuncture theory.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(4):398-400
Taking the basic theory of Chinese medicine as the instruction, through the bidirectional features of clinical manifestations, the relative etiology and pathology, acupoints and treatments, the bifunctional law in acupuncture theory is discussed. And it is held that after the confirmation of bidirectional symptoms of some diseases or syndromes, acupoints which have special functions in the bifunctional theory of acupuncture with a narrow meaning can be taken as major acupoints. And at the same time, other proper acupoints and flexible treating methods can be selected under the instruction of the bifunctional law of the broad meaning, so as to get the best therapeutic effect.

3.Analyzing the position of gynecological tumor humanistic care from the ethical level
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(36):2816-2819
With the deepening of professional nursing, refinement will be the development trends of nursing in the future. This thesis proceeds from the angle of ethical relations, focus on the special characteristics and specific social relations of clients with gynecological tumor diseases on the basis of ethics of Chinese traditional culture and Maslow′s theory. This thesis digs deeper into intrinsic ethical relations from gynecology clinical nursing to seek the key to solving gynecology tumor patients′ humanistic care, position accurately to determine the perspective of health care providers, deepen the connotation of humanistic care.

Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(9):671-674
In recent years, the abnormal expressions of BRAF,Runx2,Runx3 and S100A4 genes in thyroid papillary carcinoma have been found in many studies. The abnomal expressions of those genes are closely related to the tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis, mulifocality of thyroid papillary carcinoma, which may be valuable in clinical diagnosis and treatment.

8.Effect of Administrative HDL-C Level on Adverse Cardiovascular Events After Discharge in Elder Patients With ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Chinese Circulation Journal 2014;(9):674-677
Objective: To investigate the effect of administrative HDL-C (high density lipoprotein cholesterol) level on adverse cardiovascular events after discharge in elder patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).
Methods: A total of 325 STEMI patients treated in our hospital from 2010-04 to 2012-07 were retrospectively studied. According to administrative HDL-C level, the patients were divided into 2 groups as High HDL-C group, n=139 and Low HDL-C group, n=186. The basic and clinical conditions, in-hospital treatment, death and the medication, adverse cardiovascular events during 6 and 12 months follow-up period were compared between 2 groups.
Results: The patients with in-hospital reperfusion therapy was higher in Low HDL-C group, and Low HDL-C group had the higher ratio of emergent PCI treatment, all P<0.05. During follow-up period, High HDL-C group had less patients with β-receptor blocker treatment, less non- fatal MI, adverse cardiovascular events and re-hospitalization, all P<0.05. Cox regression analysis showed that low HDL-C level (HR=0.558, P=0.024) and diabetes mellitus (HR=1.528, P=0.040) were the risk factors of adverse cardiovascular events, while emergent PCI (HR=0.47, P=0.001) was the protective factor in STEMI patients after discharge.
Conclusion: The lower administrative HDL-C level in elder patients with STEMI had the higher risk of adverse cardiovascular events after discharge.

China Pharmacy 2001;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE:To understand the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)for their rational use in clin-ic.METHODS:242ADR cases had been collected from July1,2002to June30,2003in our hospital. All the cases were analyzed in respect of drug species, categories of anti-infective drugs, involved organ systems, ways of administration and ages of the patients.RESULTS:Among the242cases of ADR,the reasons were found to be related to use of anti-infective drugs, the quality of injection fluid of traditional Chinese medicine, ways of intravenous administration, the older age of the patients,ADR were mainly manifested as skin and local lesion.CONCLUSION:Rational use of anti-infective drugs and the good quality of the traditional Chinese medicine injections should be emphasized to decrease the occurrence of ADR.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(47):7672-7676
BACKGROUND:Recently, the biodegradable materials with good biocompatibility and with no adverse reaction have been widely applied in the clinical treatment and care of gynecology and obstetrics. The development of the biodegradable material is very rapid. OBJECTIVE:To summarize the application of biodegradable materials in gynecology and obstetrics. METHODS: The first author searched PubMed and CNKI databases for articles related to biodegradable materials in gynecology and obstetrics using the keywords of “degraded materials, biodegradable materials, gynecological care, surgery” in Chinese and English respectively. This article has an outlook of the potential application in gynecology and obstetrics based on clinical experience. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Biodegradable materials with good biocompatibility and biological security play an important role in biomedical materials. Their polymers and degradation products show smal adverse reactions to the body, and have good biomechanical properties, physical and chemical properties and good workability, which have been widely used in gynecology and obstetrics, such as absorbable stylolite and tampon tape. Although we have made a great progress on the biomaterial research, it stil has the limitation and safety flaws in the clinic. As the biomaterial research is further developed, the biomaterial application prospect wil be more promising.
