Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasonic calcifications in differential diagnosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma in Hashimoto''s thyroiditis background,to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical data of 800 patientss with thyroid nodules who were examined by pathological examination were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent ultrasound examination,180 cases with Hashimoto''s thyroiditis were included in the study group,620 cases without Hashimoto''s thyroiditis were included in the control group.The gold standard was the result of pathology.The value of ultrasonography and calcifications for the identification of Hashimoto''s thyroiditis and thyroid papillary carcinoma was compared.Results The average diameter of the study group was (10.78±2.16)mm,which of the control group was (11.98±3.25)mm,there was no significant difference(t=2.153,P=0.083).The accurate rate of ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign thyroid nodules and papillary thyroid carcinoma in the study group was 76.67％(138/180),which in the control group was 80.81％(501/620),the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.898,P=0.098).There was no significant difference in coarse calcification rate and micro calcification rate of malignant nodules between the two groups(χ2=0.558,P=0.175).In the study group,the rate of micro calcification in malignant nodules was 12.07％,which was significantly higher than 53.13％ in benign nodules(χ2=32.142,P=0.001).In the control group,the micro calcification rate and coarse calcification rate of malignant nodules were 49.28％ and 12.08％,respectively,which were higher than 19.13％ and 6.05％ of benign nodules (χ2=67.368,7.056,P=0.001,0.009).The coarse calcification rate of benign nodules and malignant nodules in the study group were 6.25％ and 11.21％,respectively,there was no significant difference(χ2=1.098,P=0.062).Conclusion Whether associated with Hashimoto''s thyroiditis has no influence in the ultrasound differential diagnosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma,more micro calcification occurs in malignant nodules,but without the background of Hashimoto''s thyroiditis,coarse calcification can also be seen in malignant nodules.

Objective To investigate the combined biological effects of low dose radiation,carbon monoxide,benzene and noise on rats.Methods Sixteen male SD rats were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The experiment group was exposed to carbon monoxide,benzene,low dose radiation and noise daily,the control group was in common environment.Peripheral blood,organ index,and marrow DNA content were detected.Two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) was performed on serum protein analysis.Differential expressed proteins were identified by a matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MAIDI-TOF-MS).Results Compared to control group,the liver index,spleen index,thymus index,leukocytes,platelets count,and marrow DNA content of the experiment group were decreased significantly (t =2.732,4.141,3.053,2.211,2.668,11.592,P ＜0.05).12 altered proteins were detected and through identification,3 proteins were definite in terms of serum amyloid A-4 protein (SAA4),trichoplein keratin filament-binding protein (TCHP) and tubulin alpha-4A chain (TUBA4A).Conclusions The hematopoietic system and immune system of rats are damaged significantly with the changes of several serum protein expressions by the combined exposure of low dose radiation,carbon monoxide,benzene and noise.This study may provide new information for the mechanism of the combination effects.

Objective:To systematically describe and analyze the related factors of self-compassion in cancer patients.Methods:Observational studies on factors related to self-compassion in cancer patients were retrieved through computer on PubMed, CINAHL, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, PsycINFO, China Biomedical Literature Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP, and WanFang Data. The search period was from the establishment of the database to July 2022. Two researchers independently screened the article, extracted data, and evaluated the quality of the article based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Meta-analysis of related factors was conducted using Stata 15.1 software.Results:A total of 20 articles were included. Meta-analysis results showed that self-compassion was positively correlated with age, education level, and psychological resilience, while negatively correlated with body image, anxiety, depression, and pressure. The related factors for self-compassion in cancer patients included individual factors (such as gender, age, educational level, anxiety, depression, attachment type, body image and psychological resilience) , disease factors (treatment methods) , and environmental factors (marital status, social support, place of birth) .Conclusions:There are many factors related to self-compassion in cancer patients. Medical and nursing staff can identify low-level self-compassion patients in the early stage based on related factors and carry out intervention to promote positive clinical outcomes for patients.
