Objective To investigate the expression of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer (CD147), nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue and probe their relationship to invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma. Methods Immunochemical staining was performed to detect the expression of CD147 and NF-κB protein in 40 cases of esophageal carcinoma tissues and 40 cases of normal control. Results The positive rate of CD147 and NF-κB in esophageal carcinoma tissues and in adjacent noncancerous tissues were 77.5%/87.5% Vs 25%/42. 5%, P<0.05.The positive rate of their prophase and metaphase-advanced stage esophageal carcinoma tissues were 33.3%/90.3% Vs 55.6%/96.8%, P<0.05..The positive rate of non-metastatic and metastatic esophageal carcinoma tissues were 28.6%/87.9% Vs 42.9%/97%, P<0.05.Conclusions Our results suggested that the increased expression of CD147 and NF-κB contributed to tumor angiogenesis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, which might be through the common pathway.

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention combined with drug multimodal treatment on analgesic effect and stress reaction in Department of orthopedics.Methods80 cases of Department of orthopedics patients in Ruian City People's Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with drugs only, and the observation group was treated with psychological intervention combined with multi multimodal. The analgesic effect and stress response of the 2 groups were observed.ResultsThe satisfaction rate in observation group were significantly higher than the control group. There was no significant difference in heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between two groups before intervention, after group intervention, the changs in observation group were relatively small, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Visual acupuncture scores were observed at different time points, the pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionMultimodal therapy for analgesia in the Department of orthopedics and found psychological intervention combined with stress reaction the drug, compared with simple drug intervention, can play a good analgesic effect, at the same time to reduce the patient's stress response, so it is worthy of reference.
6.Changes in the drug resistance of E.coli induced by fluoroquinolones in vitro
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(06):-
Objective:The drug resistance of E.coli to fluoroquinolones is getting stronger in the recent years. This study aimed at the drug resistance of E.coli induced by fluoroquinolones in vitro,so as to provide a guidance for the rational use of antibiotics and effective control of nosocomial infections. Methods: Drug resistance was induced in vitro by a multi-step method in 10 strains of E.coli from clinical isolates with Ciprofloxacin,Levofloxacin and Gatifloxacin. The minimal inhibition concentration(MIC) of the E.coli was determined by the agar dilution method before and after the induction. Results: After in vitro induction, the E.coli acquired a high resistance(MIC ≥ 128 ?g/ml).And one drug could induce different degrees of resistance to the other two. Conclusion: The MIC of the E.coli induced by fluoroquinolones in vitro was increased by 8 to 8 205 folds compared with that before induction, which demonstrated a gradually developed resistance of E.coli strains to fluoroquinolones.
