The status of health care for elderly in 110 community health service (CHS) centers of Bao'an District was surveyed.Data were collected from directors,health care managers and health workers in CHS centers by questionnaire.The results showed that the establishment of health file was satisfactory.but the management of health file needed to be strengthened,particularly for those required special care.The nutritional and psychological counseling should be specially focused.

Of these, TREK are highly expressed in human CNS. TREK can be regulated by both physical and chemical factors. Objective To investigate the effect of ketamine on the delayed rectifier outward potassium currents (IK) using whole-cell patch clamp technique. Methods Pyramidal neurons were enzymatically isolated from Wistar rat hippocampus. The effect of ketamine on the IK was assessed using whole-cell patch clamp technique. We measured the amplitude of the delayed outward rectifier IK by activating depolarizing pulse from -50 mV to 40 mV. Different concentrations of ketamine were added and potassium currents were measured. Results IK was inhibited by ketamine in a concentration-dependent manner. The five concentrations of ketamine (10, 30, 100, 300, 1000 ?mol/L) reduced peak IK currents by (10 ? 4)% , (19?4)%, (31 ?5)%, (50?7)%, (54?8) % respectively, with a mean IC50 of (100?18)?mol/L and Hill coefficient of 1.33?0.48. Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial cell growth factor-C (VEGF-C) and its receptor--vascular endothelial cell growth factor receptor-3 (VEGFR-3) in breast cancer tissue and its correlation with metastasis of lymphonodi axillares.Methods Fifty-eight cases of breast cancer samples and 10 cases of tumor adjacent non-carcinomatous tissue were measured by immunohistochemical staining for expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3. Their expression rates were compared between axillary lymph node metastasis and non-metastasis groups.Results The positive rates of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 as well as the number of VEGFR-3 positive vessels were significantly higher than those in lymph node non-metastasis group (87.5% vs 55.9%; 83.3% vs 38.2%; 8.54±2.54 vs 4.73±2.46, respectively).Conclusion The high expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 as well as the increase in the number of VEGFR-3 positive vessels are related to lymph node metastasis of human breast cancer. VEGF-C/VEGFR-3 system may be a new specific target which contributes to blockage of lymphatic metastasis in breast cancer.

Objective To discuss the preventive and curative effect of Kanghuier transparent dressing on prevention of vascular and local tissure injury induced by continous dripping of 5-fluorouracil.Methods Patients(128 cases)were divided into the observation group and the control group with 64 cases in each group.Cleaning of the local skin around puncture point and use of Kanghuier transparent dressing were adopted in the observation group.The control group receivecl no vascular protective measures.The effect of phlebitis prevention was compared between the two groups.Results Statistical difference existed in the incidence rate of phlebitis between the two groups(P＜0.01),the rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Kanghuier transparent dressing can prevent the vascular and local tissure injury caused by chemotherapy for tumor patients.

A metabonomics method based on gas chromatography_mass spectrometry ( GC_MS) was developed for detecting the significant differences of root exudates of the Cd hyperaccumulator Sedum alfredii under different treatments and study the effect mechanism of S. alfredii tolerating or accumulating the heavy metal Cd. The root exudates were collected after treatment for 4 and 8 days with 0 and 40μmol/L Cd. The collected solution was lyophilized and dissolved with methanol, and after derivatization with methoxyamine hydrochloride and N_methyl_N_trifluoroacetamide, the samples were analyzed by GC_MS. Principal component analysis ( PCA) and orthogonal partial least_squares discrimination analysis ( OPLS_DA) were carried out for pattern recognition and a clear separation among the different treatments was achieved. Twelve compounds which caused the separation among the different treatments were found and identified. With the change of treatments, the relative amount of these 12 compounds revealed different trends, which indicated that the Cd hyperaccumulator S. alfredii could adjust the secretion of root exudates to tolerate or accumulate the heavy metal Cd.

Autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease (ARPKD) had a low incidence, and mainly in neonates or infants. It is caused by mutations of the polycystic kidney and hepatic disease 1 gene (PKHD1). The pathogenesis of ARPKD is still not clear. The principal of treatment is focused on the control of complications and slow down the progression. In this article, the research advances in the pathogenesis and treatment of ARPKD was reviewed.

Objective To determine the urine lead level in school_age children under conditions of environmental lead exposure and evaluate the effects of the presence of body lead on IQ, academic achievement and behavior in school of these children. Methods The concentrations of urine lead and IQs for 118 children aged 7～12 were measured. The academic achievement, behavior in school and the correlated factors were derived from the questionnaires given to their teachers and parents. Results The urine lead level of 118 children was (7.04?3.53)?g/L. In children who lived in city central area the urine lead level was (7.71?3.52)?g/L. It was significantly higher than that of children who lived in a suburban area [(6.37?3.45)?g/L]; No significant differences were observed in IQ between children in city and suburbs.
