In this paper, the concept, policy support and existing modes of transitional care in America were introduced in detail. It can provide reference for the development of transitional care mode in our country, provide continuous nursing services for the elderly, and improve the health status of the elderly.

The technology of artificial intelligence and the diagnosis of medical laboratory are combined to design a prototype of medical laboratory expert system.Adopting the present successful production rule to express the method as knowledge and using inaccurate inference engine,this prototype designs and realizes six major function module,such as "laboratory project meaning analysis",etc.It can be used as a clinical tool.

Methods The niuta-genieities of water samples from waste water canal, the fish-raising water(fish-pond water) treated by presedimenta-tion in oxidation tank were detected using micronucleus test of vicia faba root tip cells. Objective To evaluate the mutagenicity of mercury, cadmium, arsenic, chromium(Ⅵ)and lead in water on Vicia faba root tip cells. Methods The micronucleus assay of Vicia faba root tip cells were conducted to determine micronucleus rate of Vicia faba root tip cells induced by mercury (0.000 5-1.0 mg/L), cadmium (0.005-1.0 mg/L), arsenic(0.05-2.0 mg/L), chromium (Ⅵ) (0.05-2.0 mg/L) and lead (0.05-3.0 mg/L ) ,and pollution indexes were calculated. Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cyclinE in gastric carcinoma. Methods We detected the expression of cyclinE in different pathologic types gastric cancer samples by immuno-histochemical staining technique (SP method). Results In 59 gastric cancer samples the positive rate of cyclinE expression was 55.93 %(33/59) and significantly higher than those of normal gastric mucosa 11.11 %(2/19) (P 0.05). Conclusions The high expression of cyclinE are associated with the progression of gastric cancer and probably related to the behavior of cellular biology.

Methods The mutagenecity of organic extracts of uncooked meat specimens of fish raised in fishpond water mixed with sewage water taken from South and North Sewer Drainage Canals of Tianjin was detected by mice bone marrow micronucleus test. Results The organic extracts of uncooked fish meat specimens showed positive result for all of the 3 observed groups of fish raised in water of fish ponds with sewage, and negative result for fish raised in clean fishpond water in micronucleus test. Conclusion The results indicated that some kinds of organic mutagenic compounds ex-isted in the uncooked meat of fish raised in fishpond water containing effluent, which might have some potentially hazardous effects on human health through the food chains.

Psoriasis is a common autoimmune disease and mainly affects skin,joints,or both.Psoriasis is also a chronic relapsing disorder that can cause physical and psychological burdens to patients.Currently it is widely accepted that the immune system is involved in the development of psoriasis.Th17 cells,a subtype of CD4 +T lymphocytes,are characterized by its ability to secrete proinflammatory cytokine IL-17.Recent studies indicate that Th17 cells play a predominant role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis and other immune-mediated inflammatory diseases.Moreover,targeted therapies have been developed and approved for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis.This review summarizes the role of Th17 cells in the pathogenesis of psoriasis and several therapeutic biologics targeting this pathway in psoriasis.

Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of tutors' guidance satisfaction of medical postgraduates.Methods:Te satisfaction of tutors' guidance of 149 medical postgraduates from a class Ⅲ teaching hospital in Beijing who would graduate were investigated with questionnaires and statistically analyzed. SPSS 22.0 software was used for data statistical.Results:The rate of satisfaction of tutors' guidance was 92.62%. The satisfaction with the training of ideological ethics and academic integrity was relatively higher (94.97%), and the satisfaction with career planning guidance was lower (89.71%). The tutors' guiding frequency and contents, tutor's attention to postgraduates and the relationship between them, and so on had certain influence on the tutors' guidance satisfaction.Conclusion:The mechanism of tutor management should be strengthened and the management level of postgraduate should be improved.
