2.Investigation and analysis on the oral health knowledge and behavior of 12-year-old schoolchildren in Chongqing

Objective:To investigate and analyze the oral health knowledge and behavior of 12-year-old schoolchildren in Chongqing.Methods:Based on"The Guidline for the Third National Oral Health Survey",a stratified equal-sized randomly sampling design was applied to obtain 359 objects aged at 12 years old who were responded to questionnaire on oral health knowledge and behavior.Results:Above 70% children had positive attitudes towards some oral health knowledges,while only less than 50% children could grasp knowledge about gingival bleeding.Most children could not take correct measure about gingival bleeding and toothache,and only brushed teeth once a day.Some children did not insist in brushing teeth everyday.The children living in the urban show higher percentages of positive attitudes to some basic oral health knowledge and toothbrushing than those living in the rural(P
3.Ethics Research on Physician′s Obligation of Informing-the Reflection on a Case of Medical Dispute

The realization of patients′right of informed consent depends on the physician′s description of the disease status, medical treatment measures and risks. Performing the obligation of informing according to the laws is conducive to effective communication with patients on the diagnosis and treatment of disease, thereby preventing and reducing medical disputes. Meanwhile, the informing content constitutes its own legal constraint. Based on a case of medical dispute, this paper particularly discussed the performance of obligation of informing, medical risk sharing, as well as the ethical requirements.

Objective To control the ambiguity of the CR image.Methods Effective controlling method is proposed after analyzing all the reasons for sharpness drop in CR image formation process.Results When appropriate IP board is selected and correct projection photography and X-ray bombardment quantity are used,the picture sharpness can be limited within the smallest permission scope drop so as to obtain the high quality of CR picture image.

9.The clinical analysis of 129 patients with uterine myomectomy

Objective To evaluate the effects of uterine myomectomy in treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods129 patients with hysteromyoma accepted uterine myomectomy were gathered and followed up. ResultsThe improvement rate of menstruation was 90.2% after operation.The pregnancy rate was 70.9% post operation.The recurrence rate was 8.5% after operation.There were no ectopic pregnancy and gravid uterus disruption occurred. ConclusionUterine myomectomy was the first selection to treat the yomg women who want to keep the uterine function.
