Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2014;(11):1030-1032
Objective To evaluate the effect of the miracle questions in solution?focused brief therapy on memory tend and emotional stage in a non?clinical situation in college students. Methods A quasi?experimental design was adopted, and two kinds of materials for self?coaching( solution?focused, problem?focused) were devel?oped according to the previous researches. Seventy?two subjects were randomly divided into two groups, receiving the miracle questions in solution?focused brief therapy( The miracle question group, thirty?six subjects) or problem?focused coaching intervention(problem?focused group, thirty?six subjects).Exception memories number and positive and negative emotion level were evaluated between the two groups. Results The subjects receiving the miracle question group write more exception memories (3.67±2.07) than problem?focused group (1.61±1.18) ( t=5.178, P<0.01) . There was no significant difference in the positive and negative emotion level between the two groups(P>0.05) . Conclusion The miracle questions in solution?focused brief therapy can trigger the subjects to exceptional memories .This suggests that in practical application, questions order has impact on the effect of consultation. Be?fore asking exception question, miracle questions should be asked in the use of solution?focused intervention.

Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2013;19(12):955-960
Primovist is a newly developed hepatocytespecific agent that is transported into the hepatocyte through organic anion transporting polypeptides (OATPs) and excre ted into bile through canalicular multiorganic anion trans porters.Primovist uptake is usually reduced in HCC cells that present hypointensity on the hepatobiliary phase, there fore this agent may help differentiate HCC from other neoplasms and improve histological grading. This article will further explore the use of Primovist in liver cirrhosis and small hepatocellular carcinoma.
3.An initial study on serum CA125 in diagnosis to lung cancer
China Oncology 2001;0(02):-
35u/ml as positive limit, the sensitivity of CA125 for diagnosis of lung cancer is 53.6%. There was no significant difference between stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ lung cancer and benign, healthy groups, but the level of serum CA125 of stageⅢ?Ⅳ was higher than control groups. Thirty eight of forty lung cancer patients with higher CA125 level dropped to normal after therapy. Conclusions:Serum CA125 has high diagnosis value in lung cancer. It can be a vital index in lung cancer staging and prognosis.

ObjectiveTo study the molecular genetic mechanism of para-bombay phenotype in two individuals.MethodsThe proband was a female. When the proband donated blood, because the forward blood group wasn't coincident with her reverse blood group, the blood and saliva specimen from proband and her family members were sent to Guangzhou Blood Center for further identification.Routine serological techniques were used to determine proband's and her family members' blood group and ABH antigen in saliva. The coding regions of FUT1 and FUT2 gene, exon 6 and exon 7 of ABO gene were amplified by polymerase chain reaction using proband's and her family members' genomic DNA.All amplified products were analyzed after being directly sequenced. The two-base deletion regions of FUT1 gene were certified by cloning and haplotype sequencing. Results Proband's and her little brother's blood group were identified as para-bombay while other family members' blood group were normal.Two-base deletion heterozygous mutations of FUT1 gene were found in proband and her brother,AG deletion at position 547-552 and TT deletion at position 880-882,which caused a reading frame shift and a premature stop eodon.Meanwhile,880-882del TT heterozygous mutation was found in proband's grandfather and her father and 547-552del AG heterozygous mutation was found in proband's mother and her little sister.ResultsOf cloning and haplotype sequencing certified that these two-base deletion mutations occurred at 547-548 and 881-882 position respectively.Three new mutations were found in FUT2 gene,390C > T,418A > T and 749G > A,which could cause the change of amino acid at position 140Ile > Phe and 250Arg > Gln.Conclusions Two-base deletion heterozygous mutations in different positions in FUT1 gene were found in 2 individuals, which maybe the molecular genetic mechanism of para-bombay phenotype.Heterozygous deletion mutation in one-strand DNA wouldn't change the ABO blood group.Three new mutations were also found in FUT2 gene.( Chin J Lab Med,2012,35:815-819)
