To analyze the problems in teaching regulation of gene expression in biochemistry and investigate the teaching method which can improve the teaching of the contents.
3.Beers Criteria: a strong guarantee for improving medication safety in older adults
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2012;31(7):549-550
The use of five or more drugs (polypharmacy) is common problem in the elderly, and need to attach importance.Optimization of drug treatment is a major part of medication in older adults, and also is a challenge to clinical physician.Beers Criteria provided by American Geriatrics Society (AGS) is a strong guarantee for improving medication safety in older adults

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(02):-
AIM: To analyse the variety of the alkaloid and volatile oil from Herba Ephedrae after mix-fring with honey. METHODS: The volatile oil was analysed by GC-MS and the total alkaloids were determined by method of Chp. RESULTS: The volatile oil changed distinctly. The contents of Isolineole、p-Cymene、D-limonene、Evcalyptol、?-Terpinen increased evidently, but the contents of Benzaldehyde、Tetramethylpyrazine、p-Vinylanisole、?-Terpineol、?-Terpineol decreased and the contents of the total alkaloids decrease as well. CONCLUSION: The study provides a new experimental basis for the process theory of Herba Ephedrae.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(04):-
Objective To analyse the pathogeny of pregnancy with virus hepatitis, the change of index of hepatic function and the clinical pathogenetic characteristic, and to explore the relationship between pregnancy and hepatitis. Methods The clinical datas of 96 pregnant patients with virus hepatitis were retrospectively analyzed, and compared with non-pregnancy during the reprodective age in the corresponding period. The pathogeny, index of hepatic function and clinical pathogenetic characteristic were compared. Results Virus hepatitis in the pregnancy were mostly type B hepatits, the morbility of hepatitis increased gradually along with the progress of pregnant weeks, the prothrombin time(PT) significantly prolonged in pregnancy with virus hepatitis, and the albumin decreased significantly, the complications of hepatocerebral disease and hepatorenal syndrome were more than non-pregnancy with virus hepatits, the incidence rate of serious hepatiti was higher than non-pregnancy with virus hepatitis(P

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1996;0(04):-
Objective To explore the association between the number of teeth and the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods The severity of coronary artery disease in 156 patients with coronary heart disease or suspected coronary heart disease were determined by coronary angiography. All the patients were catagorized into the severe lesions group(n=74) and the mild lesions group(n=82) according to their coronary score. The number of teeth and other potential risk factors for coronary heart disease in each patient were investigated. Results There were significant differences in age(65.29?9.23 yrs vs 62.04?10.23 yrs,P=0.04),comorbidity of diabetes(32.79% vs 16.84%,P=0.021),serum levels of total cholesterol(4.95?0.94 mmol/L vs 4.65?0.90 mmol/L,P=0.042),low density lipoprotein(3.28?0.74 mmol/L vs 2.90?0.78 mmol/L,P=0.0020),high density lipoprotein(1.03?0.29 mmol/L vs 1.16?0.31 mmol/L,P=0.009) and C-reactive protein(12.66?14.64 mg/L vs 5.28?5.96 mg/L,P

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 1994;0(03):-
The oral glucose tolerance test, insulin release test and C peptide relea se test were carried out in 69 hypertensive patients and 55 normotensive subjects. It was found that, the concentrations of blood glucose, serum insulin and C peptide and the occurrence rates of glucose metabolic abnormality(diabetes mellitus and impaired glucose tolerance)of hypertensive group were higher than those of normotensive control group. The co-existence of hyperglycemia and hyperinsulinemia suggests the existence of insulin resistance.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1959;0(Z1):-
The writer observed the sural anastomotic nerve on 276 lower limbs from 138 corpses, including 11 adults and 127 new-borns (84 male, 54 females). It was found that sural anastomotic nerves are present in 219 cases (79.3%) and absent in 57 cases(20.7%). The ways of anastomosis of these nerves fall into the following four types: (1) Type A: The sural anastomotic and lateral sural cutaneous branches arise from peroneal nerve with a common trunk—108 cases (49.7%). (2) Type B: The sural anastomotic nerve is one of the terminal branches of thelateral sural cutaneous nerve—48 cases (21.9%). (3) Type C: The lateral sural cutaneous nerve arises from sural anastomoticnerve—35 cases (16%). (4) Type D: The lateral sural cutaneous and sural anastomotic branches arise separately from the common peroneal nerve—28 cases (12.8%).
