1.Research on Standardization of English Majors' Native Language and Improving Strategies
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2013;(10):1250-1252
[Objective] To discuss how to improve the standardization of English majors' native language.[Method] Questionnaire survey and interviews are applied among English majors in three universities in Hangzhou. Basic Chinese language literacy, the Chinese expression ability of translation from English to Chinese, the written ability and literary background were investigated and analyzed. [Result] Three causes lead to the misuse of the native language:do not attach importance to the native language education, the crash of the English courses on native language and the impact of net language. To improve the standardization of English majors' native language, creating a healthy campus atmosphere, curriculum reform and promoting English major teachers ’ Chinese literacy can be adopted. [Conclusion] Language is the symbol of national identity. Thus protecting and improving the standardization use of the native language is of great importance to col eges and universities and even the whole society.

4.Protein transduction technique in differentiation of pancreatic stem cell
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(9):623-626
As a new biotechnology, protein transduction connects the target fragment with biology active and protein transduction domain, and transducer it in to cells, exert its biological effects. Protein transduc-tion domain is a small molecule peptide, not only the protein transduction domain can penetrate through cell membrane, but could maintain the activity of its fusion protein. Protein transduction is an emerging biology technology, it has been applied into all aspects of cell gene regulation since its invention. In this article, we take Tat, Pdx-1 and Beta/NeuroD for instance and review the application of transduction protein in the dif-ferentiation of pancreatic stem cell.

6.A clinical analysis of 53 cases of hypereosinophilia
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2000;0(11):-
Objective To comprehend the etiology and the clinical characteristics of hypereosinophilia. Methods The clinical data of 53 patients with hypereosinophilia admitted to Peking Union Medical College Hospital from November 1992 to February 2005 were analyzed. Results The causes of reactive hypereosinophilia included allergic diseases, infections, connective tissue diseases, malignant diseases, lung diseases, eosinophilic gastroenteritis.idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome had longer course of disease;more organ involved than reactive causes. The incidence of lymph node enlargement, spleen enlargement and thrombus was higher than the reactive.IHES had higher level of white blood cell count, absolute eosinophilic count,IgG and CRP.Conclusion The etiology and clinical characteristics of hypereosinophilia are various,so the differential diagnosis of hypereosinophilia is very important.
7.~(131)I in treatment of hyperthyroidism with periodic paralysis
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(02):-
Hyperthyroidism with periodic paralysis is common in clinic, the curative effect of peroral drugs on it is not satisfactory. In order to evaluate the treatment of 131 I for periodic paralysis in patients with hyperthyroidism, fouty two patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with periodic paralysis were put on p.o. 5.0 9.0 mCi 131 I Na treatment and the remission rate of periodic paralysis was observed. The total effective rate was over 95%. It can be concluded that 131 I could be used as a routine therapy for periodic paralysis in most patients with hyperthyroidism for its safety and efficiency.
8.Determination of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin in Jinmei-Qingshu granule by HPLC
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;(2):159-162
Objective To establish the HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in Jinmei-Qingshu granule. Methods The DIONEX C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile:0.4%H3PO4, gradient elution, the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detecting wavelength was at 330 nm. Results The cablibration curve was linear within a range of 14.10-282.00 μg and 0.60-12.00 μg, the average recovery of this method was 98.87%, 97.75% and the RSD were 1.44%, 1.52%, respectively. Conclusions The method was highly sensitivity, accurate, repeatable and with high specificity. It can be an important method to control the standard of Jinmei-Qingshu granule.
9.Clinical analysis of multiple myeloma in patients over 80 years old:A report of 11 cases
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(13):849-852
This study aimed to explore clinical features of multiple myeloma in patients over 80 years old. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 11 cases of multiple myeloma over 80 years old, which were diagnosed from 2000 to 2013 in our hospital. Results:The mean age was 83.5 years. All patients had more than two complicated diseases, and the performance status was poor in the majority of the patients. Ten cases received individualized treatments. The results showed that three patients had progressed, one patient achieved complete remission, three patients achieved partial remission, and four patients achieved minor remission. Median survival time was 28 months. The causes of death included six progressed myelomas, three pneumonias, and two acute myocardial infarctions. Conclusion: Patients aged 80 years old with myeloma are often at a late stage. Treatment should be individualized based on patient status. Survival time was evidently prolonged in very elderly patients with MM after individualized treatments, particularly in patients in stagesⅠandⅡ.
10.Clinical analysis on high coronary craniotomy for bilateral decompressive craniectomy in the patients with central brain herniation
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(23):18-20
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of the patients with central brain herniation, and the operation effect of high coronary craniotomy for bilateral decompressive craniectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 26 cases of central brain herniation. The effectiveness of high coronary craniotomy for bilateral decompressive craniectomy and the influential factor of prognosis in patients with central brain herniation were analyzed. Results According to the Glasgow outcome score (GOS) 6 months after operation,5 cases were recovered well,6 cases moderately disabled,4 cases severely disabled,3 cases vegetative survived and 8 cases died. Conclusions High coronary craniotomy and timely and effective bilateral decompressive craniectomy are the most important treatment in patients with central brain herniation. The prognosis is unfavourable prognosis in patients with central brain herniation within 1 h after injury and older than 75 years old.
