This paper describes the principle and circuit design of a new hemorrhoids therapy apparatus applied in anorectal surgery,Through clinical,practices in more than two years,it is proved to be an ideal instrument that can replace a variety of traditional hemorrhoids therapy methods.

Objective: To evaluate the outcomes of current studies regarding the beneficial effects of infant massage therapy. Method: Firstly, some common knowledge related to massage is provided. Subsequently, research-based evidence on massage effects in neonatal unit has been examined, particularly on premature babies and newborns with jaundice. Result and Conclusion: the practice of massage therapy promotes the development of preterm babies and the treatment of neonates with jaundice generally safe, however the methodology employed in reviewed studies is of certain limitations, such as a lack of RCT with large sample size, inadequate follow-up period.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum tumors CA72-4,CA242,CA19-9 and carcino-embryonic anti-gen (CEA)for patients with gastric cancer based on principle component analysis (PCA)-decision tree analysis.Methods Serum levels of CA72-4,CA242,CA19-9 and CEA in 193 patients with gastric cancer,106 patients with benign gastric disea-ses and 86 nornal controls were measured by electrochemiluminescence assay,and data were analyzed by the receiver operat-ing characteristic (ROC)curve,PCA and PCA-decision tree analysis.Results The area under the ROC curve of CA72-4, CA242,CA19-9 and CEA was 0.741[95% confidence interval (95%CI),0.692~0.791],0.863 (95%CI,0.827~0.898), 0.783 (95%CI,0.737~0.828)and 0.827 (95%CI,0.785~0.869),respectively.The combined four serum tumor markers in the PCA-AUC model was 0.935 (95%CI,0.912~0.958)at the cutoff value (PC score)of 44.13 with 78.2% of sensi-tivity and 94.8% of specificity.The accuracy of serum CA72-4,CA242,CA19-9 and CEA for the diagnosis of gastric cancer group and nongastric cancer group (benign gastric diseases and nornal controls)in the decision tree model were 76.2% and 94.8%,56.5% and 96.5% for prediction,respectively.The combined four serum tumors for the diagnosis of gastric cancer group and nongastric cancer group in PCA-decision tree model were 90.3% and 100%,72.4% and 92.2% for prediction,re-spectively.Conclusion The PCA-decision tree model based on serum CA72-4,CA242,CA19-9 and CEA were helpful for the diagnosis of gastric cancer.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and value of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in elderly patients .Methods 67 elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group 30 cases and treatment group 37 cases. All patients were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty, the control group was given calcium carbonate D3 conventional treatment, the treatment group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium anti osteoporosis treatment, the course of treatment was one month.Measurement of bone mineral density before and after the operation of different follow-up time points ( BMD ) and the changes of the oswestry disability index ( ODI ) evaluation activities and the visual analogue scale (VAS) to assess the degree of pain, and the changes of vertebral height before and after operation were analyzed. Results All patients were followed up for an average of 16.4 months (12 to 21 months).Compared with before vertebroplasty, the BMD of the patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at one month, three months and six months, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the low molecular weight heparin treatment after January, treatment group VAS and ODI scores were significantly lower than the control group, and the subsequent different follow-up time points ODI and VAS score can effectively maintain, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Compared with before vertebroplasty, postoperative anterior vertebral height, middle height better than preoperative vertebral height, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and after one months of treatment, the treatment group of anterior vertebral height, middle height were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion After treatment with low molecular weight heparin calcium, the healing process of vertebral body after vertebroplasty, to a certain extent, it can increase the bone mass and prevent bone destruction, increase bone strength, and further achieve the treatment of osteoporosis and prevention of osteoporotic fracture in elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.

Because of the lymphatic drainage of the neck area level-Ⅰb of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is particular,and skip metastasis in the cervical lymph node is rare,the involved region of level-Ⅰb lymph node metastasis rate is low in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.In the three-dimensional radiotherapy era of precision radiotherapy,there is no consensus on whether level-Ⅰb need to be prophylactic irradiated in the clinic.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of fetal holoprosencephaly complicated with face malformation by two-dimensional(2D) and three-dimensional(3D) ultrasonography.Methods Fetal faces and brains were examined regularly with 3D ultrasonography when they were suspected abnormal with 2D ultrasonography and compaired the diagnoses with postnatal or induced delivery results.Results 11 cases of holoprosencephaly complicated with face malformation were diagnosed using 2D and 3D ultrasonography.Among these cases,there were 4 with single median mostril,2 with proboscis,2 with cheiloschisis,2 with multipte face malformation,1 with arhinia.They were all comfirmed by postnatal or induced delivery.Conclusions 3D ultrasonography provides visualized,three-dimensional,more precise and clearly fetal structure imagine.It has important supplement to 2D ultrasonography.2D ultrasonography combined with 3D ultrasonography can greatly enhance the diagnosis rate to holoprosencephaly complicated with face malformation.

OBJECTIVE To study the diagnostic and therapeutic conditions in a general hospital,and try to find out the measures to decrease cross infection in hospital. METHODS From Dec 2003 to Nov 2004,2 037 cases of infectious diseases were diagnosed and treated in our hospital.All these cases were analyzed. RESULTS Among the 2037 cases,the most common diseases were viral hepatitis and pulmonary tuberculosis.And others were infectious diarrhea,gonorrhea,syphilis,typhoid,paratyphoid,epidemic parotitis,bacillary dysentery,epidemic encephalitis B,measles,tetanus of newborn and rabies. CONCLUSIONS To control cross infection in hospital effectively,we must pay more attention to standardized management of infections diseases,strengthen the isolation and protective conciousness of medical personnel for infectious diseases,and tighten up the management of sterilization and isolation.

Objective To investigate the effect of Naoxintong capsule on clinical efficacy and inflammatory factors in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 81 patients with ischemic stroke were divided into two groups according to random number table method.40 patients in the control group were treated with treatment guidelines,and the observation group was treated with another Naoxintong capsule.The serum interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α),high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) level,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the hs-CRP,TNF-α levels of the observation group were (12.36 ± 3.09) mg/L,(129.62 ± 29.27) mg/L,which were lower than those of the control group[(1 6.71 ± 4.29) mg/L,(186.52 ± 37.62) ng/L,t =8.189,5.287,all P ＜ 0.05).After treatment for 7d and 30d,the NIHSS scores of the observation group were (14.28 ± 3.24) points,(5.23 ± 1.47) points,which were lower than those of the control group[(18.76 ±4.53)points,(8.16 ±2.42)points,t =14.689,12.827,all P ＜0.05].IL-10 level of the observation group was (49.82 ± 6.59) pg/mL,which was higher than (42.57 ± 9.82) pg/mL of the control group (t =6.759,P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68％,which was higher than 77.50％ of the control group (x2 =4.897,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Naoxintong capsule has significant therapeutic effect on ischemic stroke,can effectively improve the inflammatory reaction after cerebral infarction,promote the recovery of neurological function and it is worthy of promotion.
