In the perspective of new media , has carried on the review to the current situation of medical students′life consciousness , and puts forward the nationwide medical students life education of subjectivity , and open features , explore “four in one” mode of medical students′life education , namely:the use of new media inte-gration of curriculum resources , consolidate the first classroom; using new media to expand audience , strengthen education;using new media foil emotional rendering , rich campus culture;using new media development hot spec-ulative , vowed to cultural practice .
2.Therapeutic observation of chitosan gynecologic suppository for candidal vaginitis and mycotic vaginitis
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(02):-
0.05).CONCLUSION:Chitosan gynecologic suppository is safe, effective and more receptive for the patients, and the resistance is not easily produced for treatment of candidal vaginitis and bacteroidal vagina disease. Its advantage is that the patients can be treated without complete laboratory examination.
3.The Situation and Problems Research on Immediate Settlement on Ecdemic Medical Care at Different Locations for Floating Population
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(1):26-28
With the intensification of population floating in China, there has been a growing demand for ecdemic medical care. Because basic medical insurance in China conduct localized management, the differentiation between reimbursement policy and level in different areas result in the difficulty of immediate settlement. The great quantity of floating population are faced with rather heavy personal burden when need medical care at different locations, which to some extent restrict in-time healthcare for floating population. On the basis of analyzing the features of endemic medical care for floating population, it described three mode of typical immediate settlement on ecdemic medical care, discussed the main problems in restricting the flowing population get immediate settlement at different locations and put forward suggestions on improving the immediate settlement at different locations.
4.Improvement of the Optimum Temperature of Penicillium expansum Lipase by Site-directed Mutagenesis
Guo-Ren CHEN ; Lin LIN ;
Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
In order to improve the optimum temperature of lipases, The Penicillum expansum lipase (PEL) gene was mutated by site-directed mutagenesis using overlap extension PCR technique. The recombinant plasmid pPIC3.5K-lip-E83V containing matant gene was expressed in Pichia pastoris GS115. The comparison experiments of the mutant PEL-E83V-GS with the wild-type PEL-GS showed that: the optimum temperature of the mutant (45℃) was higher by 5℃ than that of the wild type. The thermostability of the mutant was similar to the wild type. The enzymatic activity of the mutant was 188 U/mL at 37 ℃, which was 80% that of the wild type at the same conditions. The hydrophobic interaction may be enhanced in the surface region by the hydrophilic amino acid, Glu substituted with the hydrophobic amino acid, Val, and be responsible for the improvement of optimum temperature.
5.Research on neuroprotective effects of mesenchymaI stem ceIIs in retinaI disease
International Eye Science 2015;(3):464-466
· Mesenchymal stem cells ( MSCs ) are a population of multipotent stem cells with various neurotrophins from bone marrow which are widely used in tissue, cell repair and alternative research.Recently, some researches have shown that MSCs could enhance the viability of neurons under a pathological circumstance by secreting some neurotrophins. So the neuroprotection of MSCs can provide a new method of the treatment on retinopathy that it possible to promote cells survial and functional recovery. Here we make a brief review on the secretory function of neurotrophin and neuroprotective effects of MSCs on retinal cells and its application in the treatment of retinal disease.
6.GLIA MATURATION FACTOR SUPPORTS THE SURVIVAL OF CEREBELLAR CORTICAL NEURONS IN PRIMARY CULTURE
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Glia maturation factor(GMF)detected in the adult brain is an acidic proteinthat has the ability to promote the morphological and chemical differentiation ofastroblasts, but this effect is reversible. In the present study we have establishedneuron-enriched dissociated primary cultures from 7-day-old rat cerebellar cortexin which about 97% of the cells are neurons especially granule cells using differential count of indirect immunofluorescence. The addition of purified GMF to the culturesmarkedly enhances neuronal survival, while control cultures grown in the absence ofGMF exhibit a significant decrease in neuronal number. These GMF effects aredose-dependent,with optimal stimulation occurring at a concentration of 250 ng/ml.Although the mechanism by which purified GMF influences cerebellar corticalneuronal survival is not known, these results suggest that GMF not only affectsglial cells, but also may function as a neurotrophic agent in the central nervousmetsys
8.Cognition and Practice on Community-based Rehabilitation for Disabled
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(7):609-612
International community-based rehabilitation(CBR) has adjusted the concept to meet the demands of disabled during30-years development. As the latest concept, 2010 CBR Guidelines guides CBR work in countries around the world. Chinese CBR work isfar away from the standards of international CBR concept, so Chinese CBR has to learn international CBR concept and consider Chinese situationto develop CBR with Chinese characteristics. The paper introduces the latest development and contents of international CBR, elaborateshow right and participation reflects in CBR for the disabled in China. On the basis, taking the example of Yuexi program of HandicapInternational, the paper introduces how to integrate resource, promote CBR and social inclusion of the disabled.
10.Activation of matrix metalloproteinase-13 in the osteoarthritis
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(1):19-22
Objective To investigate the activation mechanism of matrix metalloproteinase-13 zymogen (pro-MMP-13) induced by nitric oxide (NO). Methods Human chondrosarcoma cells (SW1353) were grouped and treated with the NO donor S-nitroso-N-acetyl-penicillamine (SNAP), SNAP + NO scavenger oxyhemoglobin (OxyHb), and SNAP + tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase material -2 (TIMP-2) respectively. After stimulation, matrix metalloproteinase -13 ( a-MMP-13 ) expression level was detected. Besides, the expression levels of MT1- MMP were detected after SW1353 cells stimulated with SNAP and SNAP + OxyHb, respectively. At last, the activities of the recombinant MMP-13 (r-MMP-13) were detected after r-MMP-13 stimulated with SNAP, recombinant MT1-MMP (r-MT1-MMP) and r-MT1-MMP + TIMP-2,respectively. Results SNAP increased human chondrocytes a-MMP-13 expression, OxyHb and TIMP-2 inhibited a- MMP- 13 expression. SNAP also increased the expression of MT1- MMP levels, OxyHb inhibited the expression of MT1-MMP. r-MT1-MMP activated the r-MMP-13, but SNAP did not, TIMP-2 inhibited the activity of r-MMP-13 induced by r-MT1-MMP. Conclusions NO can not directly activate pro-MMP13 by the role of S-nitroso-(S nitrosylation). MT1-MMP mediates the activiation of pro-MMP-13 induced by NO.
