2.Therapeutic observation of chitosan gynecologic suppository for candidal vaginitis and mycotic vaginitis
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(02):-
0.05).CONCLUSION:Chitosan gynecologic suppository is safe,effective and more receptive for the patients,and the resistance is not easily produced for treatment of candidal vaginitis and bacteroidal vagina disease.Its advantage is that the patients can be treated without complete laboratory examination.
3.The Situation and Problems Research on Immediate Settlement on Ecdemic Medical Care at Different Locations for Floating Population
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(1):26-28
With the intensification of population floating in China, there has been a growing demand for ecdemic medical care. Because basic medical insurance in China conduct localized management, the differentiation between reimbursement policy and level in different areas result in the difficulty of immediate settlement. The great quantity of floating population are faced with rather heavy personal burden when need medical care at different locations, which to some extent restrict in-time healthcare for floating population. On the basis of analyzing the features of endemic medical care for floating population, it described three mode of typical immediate settlement on ecdemic medical care, discussed the main problems in restricting the flowing population get immediate settlement at different locations and put forward suggestions on improving the immediate settlement at different locations.
4.Research on neuroprotective effects of mesenchymaI stem ceIIs in retinaI disease
International Eye Science 2015;(3):464-466
· Mesenchymal stem cells ( MSCs ) are a population of multipotent stem cells with various neurotrophins from bone marrow which are widely used in tissue, cell repair and alternative research.Recently, some researches have shown that MSCs could enhance the viability of neurons under a pathological circumstance by secreting some neurotrophins. So the neuroprotection of MSCs can provide a new method of the treatment on retinopathy that it possible to promote cells survial and functional recovery.Here we make a brief review on the secretory function of neurotrophin and neuroprotective effects of MSCs on retinal cells and its application in the treatment of retinal disease.
5.Improvement of the Optimum Temperature of Penicillium expansum Lipase by Site-directed Mutagenesis
Guo-Ren CHEN ; Lin LIN ;
Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
In order to improve the optimum temperature of lipases, The Penicillum expansum lipase (PEL) gene was mutated by site-directed mutagenesis using overlap extension PCR technique. The recombinant plasmid pPIC3.5K-lip-E83V containing matant gene was expressed in Pichia pastoris GS115. The comparison experiments of the mutant PEL-E83V-GS with the wild-type PEL-GS showed that: the optimum temperature of the mutant (45℃) was higher by 5℃ than that of the wild type. The thermostability of the mutant was similar to the wild type. The enzymatic activity of the mutant was 188 U/mL at 37 ℃, which was 80% that of the wild type at the same conditions. The hydrophobic interaction may be enhanced in the surface region by the hydrophilic amino acid, Glu substituted with the hydrophobic amino acid, Val, and be responsible for the improvement of optimum temperature.
8.Expression and significance of CD_(34),AC133,C KIT,STRO 1 in pterygium
Chinese Ophthalmic Research 2010;28(2):157-161
Background Many researches have reported the high proliferation ability of pterygium tissue.However,the origin of cells in pterygium tissue and their role in pathogenesis and recurrence of pterygium are below understand up to now.Objective This study is to explore the role of bone marrow derived stem cells and progenitor cells in the pathogenesis of pterygium.Methods Informed consent was obtained from 12 patients with the pterygium stretching the edge of the pupil prior to this trail.Pterygium specimen was obtained from 8 patients with primary pterygium and 4 patients with recurrent pterygium during the operation.The normal conjunctival tissue was obtained from the location of 10 mm from the pterygium in the operation eye.The expression levels of marker of the primitive haematopoietic progenitors(AC133),marker of the haematopoietic progenitor cells and endothelium (CD_(34)),marker of haematopoietic and stromal progenitor cells (C KIT ),and differentiation antigen of bone marrow fibroblast cells and nonhaematopoietic progenitor cells 1 (STRO 1) were detected by using immunohistochemistry.Results Various progenitor cell markers originated from bone marrow,including CD_(34),AC133,C KIT,STRO 1,were positively expressed in pterygium specimen rather than normal conjunctival specimen mainly in the basal epithelium or stroma of pterygia tissue.Majority of the positive cells were seen in the head of pterygium.C KIT positive cells were observed mainly in the basal epithelium and stroma of pterygium.The morphology of positive cells varied upon different distribution.Fibroblast like and spindle shaped positive cells were seen in the stroma layer of pterygium,and round or ovoid shaped cells were in basal epithelial layer.The distribution and shape of positive cells for AC133 and CD_(34) were similar to ones of C KIT but numbers of cells were varied between them.C KIT,AC133 and CD_(34) positive cells were coexpressed in basal epithelium and vascular endothelium.Expression of STRO 1 was found in the stroma layer not in the basal epithelium of pterygium.Similar distribution,numbers and shape of positive cells were seen between recurrent and primary pterygium.Conclusion The cells with stem cells markers and progenitor cells markers originated from bone marrow may play a role in the pathogenesis of pterygium.

10.Three-dimensional gait analysis before and after total knee arthroplasty
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(13):-
AIM: To analyze gait of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty by three-dimensional (3D) biomechanical approach. METHODS: Fifty-three patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty were selected from Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University between November 2005 and November 2006, with average age of 59.2 years (range, 42-82 years). The subjects consisted of 33 males with average height of (172?13) cm and body mass of (64?11) kg, and 20 females with average height of (155?11) cm and body mass of (45?1l) kg. All patients were evaluated by 3D gait analysis motion analysis system (DVMC-8801), of which three step lengths at constant gait speed were measured. Sixteen points were set up around hip, knee and ankle and connected to build up 3D dynamic image. RESULTS: Gait speed, gait frequency, step length and affected limb standing phase were all significantly improved postoperatively (P
