2.Therapeutic observation of chitosan gynecologic suppository for candidal vaginitis and mycotic vaginitis
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(02):-
0.05).CONCLUSION:Chitosan gynecologic suppository is safe, effective and more receptive for the patients, and the resistance is not easily produced for treatment of candidal vaginitis and bacteroidal vagina disease. Its advantage is that the patients can be treated without complete laboratory examination.
3.The Situation and Problems Research on Immediate Settlement on Ecdemic Medical Care at Different Locations for Floating Population
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(1):26-28
With the intensification of population floating in China, there has been a growing demand for ecdemic medical care. Because basic medical insurance in China conduct localized management, the differentiation between reimbursement policy and level in different areas result in the difficulty of immediate settlement. The great quantity of floating population are faced with rather heavy personal burden when need medical care at different locations, which to some extent restrict in-time healthcare for floating population. On the basis of analyzing the features of endemic medical care for floating population, it described three mode of typical immediate settlement on ecdemic medical care, discussed the main problems in restricting the flowing population get immediate settlement at different locations and put forward suggestions on improving the immediate settlement at different locations.
4.Research on neuroprotective effects of mesenchymaI stem ceIIs in retinaI disease
International Eye Science 2015;(3):464-466
· Mesenchymal stem cells ( MSCs ) are a population of multipotent stem cells with various neurotrophins from bone marrow which are widely used in tissue, cell repair and alternative research.Recently, some researches have shown that MSCs could enhance the viability of neurons under a pathological circumstance by secreting some neurotrophins. So the neuroprotection of MSCs can provide a new method of the treatment on retinopathy that it possible to promote cells survial and functional recovery. Here we make a brief review on the secretory function of neurotrophin and neuroprotective effects of MSCs on retinal cells and its application in the treatment of retinal disease.
5.Improvement of the Optimum Temperature of Penicillium expansum Lipase by Site-directed Mutagenesis

Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
In order to improve the optimum temperature of lipases, The Penicillum expansum lipase (PEL) gene was mutated by site-directed mutagenesis using overlap extension PCR technique. The recombinant plasmid pPIC3.5K-lip-E83V containing matant gene was expressed in Pichia pastoris GS115. The comparison experiments of the mutant PEL-E83V-GS with the wild-type PEL-GS showed that: the optimum temperature of the mutant (45℃) was higher by 5℃ than that of the wild type. The thermostability of the mutant was similar to the wild type. The enzymatic activity of the mutant was 188 U/mL at 37 ℃, which was 80% that of the wild type at the same conditions. The hydrophobic interaction may be enhanced in the surface region by the hydrophilic amino acid, Glu substituted with the hydrophobic amino acid, Val, and be responsible for the improvement of optimum temperature.
7.Effect of psychological contract on innovative behavior in nurses
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2013;22(12):1122-1123
Objective To explore the effect of psychological contract on innovation behavior in nurses. Methods 266 nurses were questionnaired with Psychological Contract Scale and Innovative Behavior Scale. And then, explored the relationship between the psychological contract and innovative behavior. Results ①The average score of nurse innovative behavior was (4.58 ± 0.73),which was in the middle level. There were significant differences between the scores of innovative behavior of nurses in the different age,or work experience,or professional titles.②Pearson correlation analysis showed that nurse innovative behavior score was significantly negatively correlated with each dimension of psychological contract(r=-0.542-0.441,P<0.05).③The multiple hnear regression analysis showed that the scores of development responsibility of hospital, realistic responsibility of hospital, personal development responsibility and personal realistic responsibility were the independent influencing factors of nurse innovative behavior. Conclusions Psychological contract is the important influencing factor of nurse innovative behavior.
8.Analysis of risk factors of hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with hepatic encephalopathy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;21(1):65-67
Objective To investigate the hepatitis B liver cirrhosis complicated with hepatic encephalopathy (HE),relevant risk factors in the development of strategies for the prevention and treatment of the disease, and make for the clinical experience accumulation. Methods A retrospective analysis of 64 cases of liver cirrhosis patients complicated with HE,for the observation group. In addition,53 patients of hepatitis B cirrhosis without HE patients were selected as control group. The two groups of patients with objective physiological indicators were recorded and compared. Results (1) Compared with the control group, blood ammonia, serum total bilirubin, blood urea nitrogen level and infection, incidence of digestive tract hemorrhage of the study group increased, blood sodium, alanine amin otrans ferase, decrease the serum albumin level, the differences were statistically significant (t =3.0 8 5,5.5 2 8,x2 =9.174,7.126,t =4.102,4.337,8.675,5.323,all P <0.05).(2) For the patients in the study group, age, more than 3 kinds of incentives and C grade of liver function were the high risk factors of death.(3) In the cause of deaths in the study group, the infection was the most common, the incidence rate was 75.9%,the second above digestive rare tract hemorrhage, the incidence rate was 65.5%.Conclusion The elderly, the number of risk factors and severity of liver function are the occurrence and development of related risk factors of hepatitis B related cirrhosis with hepatic encephalopathy,to remove the incentive is the key of HE with prevention and treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.
9.Three-dimensional gait analysis before and after total knee arthroplasty
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(13):-
AIM: To analyze gait of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty by three-dimensional (3D) biomechanical approach. METHODS: Fifty-three patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty were selected from Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University between November 2005 and November 2006, with average age of 59.2 years (range, 42-82 years). The subjects consisted of 33 males with average height of (172?13) cm and body mass of (64?11) kg, and 20 females with average height of (155?11) cm and body mass of (45?1l) kg. All patients were evaluated by 3D gait analysis motion analysis system (DVMC-8801), of which three step lengths at constant gait speed were measured. Sixteen points were set up around hip, knee and ankle and connected to build up 3D dynamic image. RESULTS: Gait speed, gait frequency, step length and affected limb standing phase were all significantly improved postoperatively (P
10.Quantitative detection of Rabies virus antibody by chemiluminescent immunoassay
Chinese Journal of Clinical Laboratory Science 2006;0(02):-
Objective To establish chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA) for quantitative detection of Rabies virus antibody in human serum.Method The purified antigen was coated on the microplate, pairing with alkaline phosphatase(ALP)-labeled antigen and luminescence substrate CSPD,then the double antigen sandwich CLIA was established. Results The sensitivity of the assay was 0.2IU/ml.The linear range was from 0 IU/ml to 200 IU/ml.The precision was less than 10%.The analytical recovery rate was from 90% to 110%.Conclusion The CLIA is a simple, sensitive, special and repeatable method for detection of Rabies virus antibody. It was suitable for clinical application.
