Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):264-266
Objective To investigate the influence of Enalapril Maleate Tablets on serum micro inflammatory indexes and nutritional indexes in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic renal failure treated by maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 45casesin each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin, andthe observation group was treated with atorvastatin combined with enalaprilmaleate tablets. After treatment, the levels of the inflammatory markers of high sensitive C reactive protein (HS-CRP), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha), interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin 6 (IL-6) and the nutritional index of plasma albumin(ALB), prealbumin(PA) in two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the levels ofHS-CRP, TNF-alpha in the observation group were lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The levels of IL-6, IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The indexes of ALB and PA in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with maintenance hemodialysis treatment, the clinical effect of using conventional atorvastatin treatment combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets is good, high safety, with further clinical promotion and application significance.
2.The effect of a program of physical therapy on function of patients with total hip replacement
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 1999;5(3):117-120
To study the effect of a program of physical therapy,40 subjects with total hip replacement for femoral neck fracture were randomized into rehabilitation and control groups. The program included ROM exercises, low resistance exercises of hip abductors and ADL exercises.Muscle strength of hip abductors were measured by Kendall's Muscle Testing and Function, hip ROM,functional ability and pain were evaluated by Harris Hip score on the lst and 3rd month after surgery.Statistical analysis with t test was used for comparing Harris Hip scores. The result shows that muscle strength and hip function were improved significantly in rehabilitation group (p<0.05).That means the program is effective in long term after hip replacement.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(5):410-410
ObjectiveTo investigate the complication and nursing of intestines nutrition in critical patients after operation. MethodsThe clinical states of 40 patients after operation and being brought to ICU were analyzed.ResultsPatients accepting intestines nutrition presented high incidence of gastrointestinal complications. ConclusionIt is important to pay attention to prevent gastrointestinal complications in patients accepting intestines nutrition early postoperation.
4.Aquaporin-1 and Aquaporin-9 Expressed by Reactive Astrocytes after Traumatic Brain Injury in Rat
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(2):129-131
Objective To investigate the expression changes of aquaporin-1 (AQP1) and aquaporin-9 (AQP9) in rats after traumatic brain injury, and explore the roles of AQP1 and AQP9 in the development of brain edema. Methods In an impact-acceleration head injury model of rat, brain water content was measured by wet-dry weight method at 1 h, 6 h, 24 h, 48 h and 168 h after brain trauma. The expressions of AQP1 and AQP9 in brains were investigated by immunohistochemistry and Western blot. Results Brain water content increased in the injuried brain tissues after 1 h post-injury, reached peak at 24 h and returned at 168 h. Both expressions of AQP1 and AQP9 were induced in reactive astrocytes adjacent to injury sit at 6 h and 24 h after brain trauma. Staining of AQP1 in the endothelial cells was not present in normal rat brains but appeared strong after brain trauma. Conclusion A remarkable induction expression of AQP1 or AQP9 after brain trauma may participate in the development of brain edema.
5.New progresses of microRNAs researches in breast cancer and breast cancer stem cells
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(9):632-635
microRNAs play a critical role in breast tumorigenesis and progression, in which it might serve as oncogene, tumor suppressor gene, regulators of invasion, apoptosis and therapy resistance. Moreover, there has been a large body of evidences for the involvement of miRNAs in the self-renewal, differentiation and tumor formation of breast cancer stem cells. This review respectively summarizes the relations between microRNAs and breast cancer, breast cancer stem cell as well as the progresses of applying microRNAs to tumor therapy.
6.Discuss on the Influencing Factors of the Implementing Comprehensive Budget Management in Public Hospitals
Chinese Health Economics 2013;(11):95-96
Comprehensive budget management has important significances in controlling public hospital operating costs, refining strategic objectives and optimizing work performance appraisals. In the process of comprehensive budget management, implementation effects of some public hospitals are not ideal. The major reasons are unsound corporate governance structure, inadequate implementation and imperfect evaluation index. Through the analyzing these important influencing factors and proposing the corresponding measures, the comprehensive budget management was smoothly carried out in public hospitals, which finally improved the management level of hospital.
7.Influence of continuous nursing intervention on medication compliance and negative emotion of patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(8):1156-1160
Objective To explore the effects of post-discharge continuous nursing intervention on medication compliance and negative emotion of patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods 168 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected. All of them got emergency PCI after admitted. Then, they were simply randomized into observation group (84 cases) and control group (84 cases) using coin toss method combined with random comparison table. The observation group accepted continuous nursing intervention after discharged, including regular home visits, telephone feedback and clinical visits. The control group got a regular clinical follow-up.Their medication compliance and negative emotion were investigated after 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months from discharged, respectively. Results Relevant data with different periods of patients with repeated measurement data analysis of variance, discharge for 3 months,6 months and 1 year, compared with the control group, the medication compliance of the observation group increased obviously, the SAS and SDS scores decreased obviously, the differences were statistically significant (t =1.432,2.781,1.432,2.781,2.504,3.783,2.761,4.621,4.884,all P < 0.05).Further analysis of the data between inter group effect, time effect, inter action effect showed that with the extension of the discharge time, the medication compliance and SAS,SDS scores of the two groups were significantly different (F =30.258,P < 0.01;F =2.673,P < 0.05;F =2.024,P < 0.05).In hospital, there were no statistically significant differences in the quality of life of patients between the two groups(t =1.250,1.250,1.250,1.250,0.694,1.113,2.463,all P > 0.05).1 year after discharge, compared with the control group, the movement and exercise, interpersonal relationships, nutrition, health responsibility,self-actualization,stress management scores in the observation group significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant (t =2.463,3.146,2.463,3.146,2.633,2.115,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing interventions can effectively reduce acute myocardial infarction patients'anxiety and depression after PCI,improve their compliance and prevent recurrent cardiovascular events.
8.Molecular markers of autophagy.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2016;51(1):33-8
Autophagy is a physiological process which delivers the mutant cytoplasmic proteins and dysfunctional subcellular organs into lysosomes for degradation to generate fuel in the deficiency conditions. It is mainly classified into macroautophagy, microautophagy and chaperon-mediated autophagy (CMA), as well as the selective autophagy such as mitophagy and aggrephagy. This review mainly introduces the key molecular markers of macroautophagy, CMA and mitophagy.
