Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):264-266
Objective To investigate the influence of Enalapril Maleate Tablets on serum micro inflammatory indexes and nutritional indexes in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic renal failure treated by maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 45casesin each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin, andthe observation group was treated with atorvastatin combined with enalaprilmaleate tablets. After treatment, the levels of the inflammatory markers of high sensitive C reactive protein (HS-CRP), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha), interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin 6 (IL-6) and the nutritional index of plasma albumin(ALB), prealbumin(PA) in two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the levels ofHS-CRP, TNF-alpha in the observation group were lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The levels of IL-6, IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The indexes of ALB and PA in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with maintenance hemodialysis treatment, the clinical effect of using conventional atorvastatin treatment combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets is good, high safety, with further clinical promotion and application significance.
2.New progresses of microRNAs researches in breast cancer and breast cancer stem cells
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(9):632-635
microRNAs play a critical role in breast tumorigenesis and progression, in which it might serve as oncogene, tumor suppressor gene, regulators of invasion, apoptosis and therapy resistance. Moreover, there has been a large body of evidences for the involvement of miRNAs in the self-renewal, differentiation and tumor formation of breast cancer stem cells. This review respectively summarizes the relations between microRNAs and breast cancer, breast cancer stem cell as well as the progresses of applying microRNAs to tumor therapy.
3.Aquaporin-1 and Aquaporin-9 Expressed by Reactive Astrocytes after Traumatic Brain Injury in Rat
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(2):129-131
Objective To investigate the expression changes of aquaporin-1 (AQP1) and aquaporin-9 (AQP9) in rats after traumatic brain injury, and explore the roles of AQP1 and AQP9 in the development of brain edema. Methods In an impact-acceleration head injury model of rat, brain water content was measured by wet-dry weight method at 1 h, 6 h, 24 h, 48 h and 168 h after brain trauma. The expressions of AQP1 and AQP9 in brains were investigated by immunohistochemistry and Western blot. Results Brain water content increased in the injuried brain tissues after 1 h post-injury, reached peak at 24 h and returned at 168 h. Both expressions of AQP1 and AQP9 were induced in reactive astrocytes adjacent to injury sit at 6 h and 24 h after brain trauma. Staining of AQP1 in the endothelial cells was not present in normal rat brains but appeared strong after brain trauma. Conclusion A remarkable induction expression of AQP1 or AQP9 after brain trauma may participate in the development of brain edema.
4.Nursing of early intestines nutrition for critical patients after operation
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(5):410-410
ObjectiveTo investigate the complication and nursing of intestines nutrition in critical patients after operation. MethodsThe clinical states of 40 patients after operation and being brought to ICU were analyzed.ResultsPatients accepting intestines nutrition presented high incidence of gastrointestinal complications. ConclusionIt is important to pay attention to prevent gastrointestinal complications in patients accepting intestines nutrition early postoperation.
5.Protein transduction technique in differentiation of pancreatic stem cell
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(9):623-626
As a new biotechnology, protein transduction connects the target fragment with biology active and protein transduction domain, and transducer it in to cells, exert its biological effects. Protein transduc-tion domain is a small molecule peptide, not only the protein transduction domain can penetrate through cell membrane, but could maintain the activity of its fusion protein. Protein transduction is an emerging biology technology, it has been applied into all aspects of cell gene regulation since its invention. In this article, we take Tat, Pdx-1 and Beta/NeuroD for instance and review the application of transduction protein in the dif-ferentiation of pancreatic stem cell.
6.The interventional treatment of arteriovenous fistula stenosis or occlusion in upper extremity in hemodialysis patients
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2010;19(2):130-131
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous balloon angioplasty for the treatment of arteriovenous fistula stenosis or occlusion in upper extremity in hemodialysis patients. Methods Percutaneous balloon angioplasty was performed in 14 hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula stenosis or occlusion in upper extremity. The preoperative and post operative clinical manifestations, the color Doppler ultrasonographic findings, the blood flow during hemodialysis and the angiographic demonstrations were recorded and compared. Results After balloon dilatation, the constricted segment was remarkably dilated and the occluded site was re-opened in all patients. Angiographic findings showed that the degree of stenosis was less than 30%. Conclusion As a simple, mini-mvasive and safe technique with remarkable short-term effectiveness, percutaneous balloon angioplasty is an valuable therapy for arteriovenous fistula stenosis or occlusion in upper extremity in hemodialysis patients.
7.NF-κB relative signal pathway and pancreatic cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(4):273-276
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant diseases. With the development of biology, its pathogenesis has become more and more clear. There are a lot of signal pathway aberrant in pancreatic cancer cell including Notch signal pathway,k-ras signal pathway, hedghog signal pathway,NF-κB signal pathway and so on.Because of the widespread of NF-κB signal pathway aberration in pancreatic cancer cell,we think that NF-κB play a key role in the various kinds of aberrant signal pathways. So the NF-κB relative sighal pathways in pancreatic cancer are reviewed in this atticle.
8.Molecular markers of autophagy.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2016;51(1):33-38
Autophagy is a physiological process which delivers the mutant cytoplasmic proteins and dysfunctional subcellular organs into lysosomes for degradation to generate fuel in the deficiency conditions. It is mainly classified into macroautophagy, microautophagy and chaperon-mediated autophagy (CMA), as well as the selective autophagy such as mitophagy and aggrephagy. This review mainly introduces the key molecular markers of macroautophagy, CMA and mitophagy.

10.Reliability and validity of Chinese version of Patient Dignity Inventory
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(1):26-29
Objective We aimed to translate the English version of Patient Dignity Inventory (PDI) into Chinese and test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of PDI in terminal stage patients. Methods Totally 285 patients in terminal stage was recruited and investigated by the Chinese version of PDI.Results The internal consistency coefficient of the Chinese version of PDI ranged from 0.728 to 0.953,which was >0.70; split half coefficient was 0.561; the test-retest reliability was 0.824,which showed that internal consistency of Chinese version of PDI was good. The content validity index was 0.912.Factor analysis got five factors, which explained 62.172% of the total variance; the factor loading of each item was >0.4.Conclusions The Chinese version of PDI has been proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used as a valid tool for the measurement of dignity in terminal stage patients.
