1.Experiment Study on the Quality Standard and Formulation Screening of Bergenin Tablets
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To screen the optimum formulation of bergenin tablet and to establish an analysis method for measuring the content of bergenin in the tablets METHODS:The L3(34) orthogonal table and the parameter of in vitro dissolubility(Td) was employed to select the optimum formulation by taking LS-HPC,tween-80-starch,and starch as the three main factors, and three levels were adopted for each-factor The dual-wavelength spectrophotography was employed to determine the content of bergenin in the tablets RESULTS:The experimental results indicated that LS-HPC and tween-80-starch were the chief factors of influencing dissolution of tablet(P0 05) The optimum formulation was composed of bergenin:0 125g,Ls-HPC:0 0 186g,tween 80-starch:0 0 248g,starch:0 1 354g,magnesium stearate:0 0 032g The dual-wavelength spectrophotography was convenient and accurate The average recovery rate of bergenin was (100 92?0 87)%(n=8) CONCLUSION:The formulation has merits of low price of supplementary materials, rapid release of effective component, simple manufacture technique, and stability in quality
2.Analysis of the Death Cause of Workers in Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation from 2001 to 2003
Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(01):-
Objective To analyze the death situation of workers in Anshan iron and steel group corporation, find the main death causes of them and provide scientific evidence for developing strategies for disease control and prevention and health education. Methods The data, came from the annual registration of dead workers of the Group, death registrations of insurance company and death database of Anshan city from 2001 to 2003, were collected and classified with ICD-9. Results Workers over 50 years old accounted for 37.42%, and retired workers over 60 years old nearly 50 000 people. The top five death caused were cerebral-vascular disease (CVD), malignant tumor, coronary heart disease (CHD), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), injury and poisoning. The mortality rate were 174.91 / 105, 110.56 / 105, 83.28 / 105, 33.27 / 105, and 29.30 / 105, respectively. The sequence of death cause in male workers was in accordance with that in overall population, and the first and second death cause in female workers was malignant tumor and CVD, others were in accordance with those in overall population. Conclusion Chronic diseases are the main diseases impacting the health and life of the workers.
3.Role and mechanism of XRCC4 in the genesis and development of tumor
International Journal of Surgery 2013;40(10):699-702
DNA double-strand breaks(DSBs) repair protein XRCC4,plays an important role in the genesis and development of tumor, there are many different aspects in the tumor genesis and development. This paper reviews the molecular mechanism of XRCC4 in repairing DSBs,several theories of tumor genesis and development, and the relationship between XRCC4 gene's single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) and tumor.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 1991;0(02):-
Objective To discuss the effective method for decreasing operative complications in acetabular fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis was done on 70 patients with acetabular fractures treated with open reduction and internal fixation from June 1998 to June 2003 so as, in combination of follow up data, to investigate cause, mechanism, and effective preventive and therapeutic methods. Results Open reduction and internal fixation were effective methods for acetabular fractures but had too many complications especially in traumatic arthritis and femoral head avascular necrosis, to which we must pay much more attention. Conclusions Operative injury lessening and anatomical reduction are keys to decrease of operative complications. Anterior screw fixation through inguinal approach may be an effective method of decreasing operative injury and complications.

Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(03):-
Objective To study variations of plasma sE-selectin and sICAM-1 level of type 2 diabetes(T2DM) patients complicated with lower limb vascular disease, and contribution of these molecules to the formation of the lower limb vascular disease. Methods Plasma sE-selectin and sICAM-1 of 51 type 2 diabetic patients and 20 age & sex matched non-diabetes people(control group) were determined with ELISA.16 T2DM patients without lower limb vascular disease and 17 age & sex matched T2DM complicated with lower limb vascular disease were selected from the patients group,as group 1 and group 2 respectively, and 17 age and sex matched non-diabetic individuals were selected from control group as group 3.sE-selectin and sICAM-1 level were contrasted among the three groups. Results Levels of FPG,2 h PG,HOMA-IR,sE-selectin and sICAM-1 of diabetic group were significantly elevated than those of the control group(P0.05).FPG and 2 h PG in group 1 and group 2 were markedly higher than that in group 3(P

[Summary] In this case report , a 44-year-old female patient complained of three years of tightness and chest pain , and was hospitalized in January 2016.The thymus and tumor were completely resected under video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS). Postoperative pathological examination presented a thymic mucoepidermoid carcinoma .The patient received 30 times of chemotherapy after operation and were followed up for 2 months.Postoperative recovery was smooth without symptoms .The CT scanning showed negative result .We consider that VATS was feasible and safe for the treatment of thymic carcinoma .

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(02):-
[Objective]To investigate the reasons of misdiagnosis of colon cancer complicated with appendicitis and to sum up the experience of diagnosis. [Methods] Between May 1995 and September 2005, 1060 cases with appendicitis were undergone appendectomy. However, of them, 9 cases complicated with colon cancer had confirmative diagnosis during the operation or after, performed successfully suitable operations. [Results] All of 9 cases were misdiagnosed as appendicitis and undertook appendectomy for similar clinical traits. According to the signs of exploration in the appendectomy and the analysis of patient history, clinic characteristic and some radiologic features, we acquired confirmative signs of carcinoma and put up reasonable surgical intervention. [Conclusion] There are some imperative measures to decrease misdiagnosis by analyzing clinical manifestations comprehensively, observation dynamically, exploration in the appendectomy, and effective examination. Among them, the key to reduce misdiagnosis rate is exploration during the period of appendectomy.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(11):-
AIM: To investigate the effect of mycophenolate acid(MPA) on hepatitis B virus(HBV) replication in vitro.METHODS: In the presence or absence of guanosine, the HepG2.2.15 cells were treated with different concentrations of MPA(1-20 mg/L) for 4 days.Hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) and hepatitis Be antigen(HBeAg) in supernatant were detected by ELISA.Intracellular HBV core mRNA and HBV DNA were analyzed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and slot blot hybridization, respectively.RESULTS: MPA suppressed the expression of HBsAg and HBeAg,and inhibited the replication of HBV DNA.The effect of MPA on HBV replication was reversed by addition of exogenous guanosine.CONCLUSION: MPA suppresses the expression of HBsAg,HBeAg and replication of HBV DNA in HepG2.2.15 cells.Reducing the synthesis of guanosine nucleotides may be involved in the mechanism of the inhibitory activity of MPA on HBV replication.
