1.The update research advances on survivin
Cancer Research and Clinic 2006;0(11):-
Studies on survivin over the past several years have shown it has significant association with cancer, its encoding protein play a important role in control of mitosis and/or apoptosis and the activity of cellullar immunologic response in cancer patients. Survivin is the finding of its splice variants make it more valuble. The multi-subcellular localization of survivin is consistent with its multiple functions in cellular metabolisms and responses. The mechanisms and the subcellular localization by which these splice variants differentially affect cancer development are unclear. This review article will update the role of survivin, and its splice variants in the mitosis/cell cycle, apoptosis, tumorigenesis, chemoprevention, drug/radiation resistance, and cancer therapeutics.
2.Development and discussion about healthcare system for elderly
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(6):401-405
Increasing aged care requisite has become a serious challenge all over the world. Compared with developed countries, aged care in China still has some limitations, i.e., lack of qualified professionals, aged care system needs to be improved, and lack of aged long term care insurance. This article discussed these points and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.

Objective To investigate the harmonization of results of Prothrombin time(PT),International Normalized Ratio(INR),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)and thrombin time(TT)with different coagulation analyzers in different or sanle clinical laboratory. Methods PT,INR,Am,FIB and TT for the same quality control material were detected with 14 different coagulation analyzers, which are distributed in 12 clinical laboratories and classified into A,B and C group.MeaJlwhile,PT,INR,APTT,FIB of 139 samples were detected with two different coagulation aJlalyzers in the same laboratory. Results There was no significant difference for detection of level 3 of both INR and TT among the three group analyzers(P>0.05),but there was significant difference for other tests (P<0.05).The comparison between groups showed that there was high percentage(66.7%)of consistency for detection of INR,FIB-C and TT between group B and C.The results of two different coagulation analvzers ( ACL Futura and CA 510)in same laboratory showed that there was no significant difference(P>0.05)for detection of PT,INR,PT-FIB and FIB-C between them, and there was good eorrelation for them in detecting PT,INR,APTT,PT-FIB and FIB-C(r>0.975).Analysis of bias showed that the bias of PT,INR,PT-FIB and FIBC between the two different coagulation analyzers was acceptable according to CLIA'88.Conclusion There are good agreement for the results between different coagulation analyzers based upon the similar Drinciple in coagulation analysis.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(z1):4-6
Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogenic of nosocomial infections in intensive care unit (ICU) and the tendencies of its drug-resistances.Methods All of 130 patients of nosocomial infection from March 2009 to March 2013.Results Of all the nosocomial infection pathogens,gram-negative(G-) bacteria was the main(53.76%).The first five pathogens were E.coli(13.9%),E.faecalis (11.3%),A.baumannii (10.3%),S.aureus (9.8%) and K.pneumoniae (8.3%).The lower resistant to pseudomonas aeruginosa were amikacin (5.3%).A.baumannii increases rapidly and its resistances was severe. Two trains of E.faecalis were resistant to vancomycin. Conclusion G-bacteria is the main pathogens in ICU,fungal has upward tendency. The multidrug resistances of A.baumannii and E.faecalis were severe; Target monitoring is an effective surveillance method to reduce the prevalence of the nosocomial infection in ICU.

Chinese Journal of Disease Control & Prevention 2008;0(06):-
Low levels of hepatitis B virus(HBV) DNA,viral mutation leading to failure of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) detection and peripheral blood monouclear cells(PMBC) infected by HBV are the main reasons for occult hepatitis B virus infection(OBI).The host's immune state and HCV infection, schistosoma infection and long-time drinking also play parts in OBI.Until now, there were no uniform way to detect OBI and the standards to judge detection results varied in different studies.Formulating the uniform standards to detect OBI is very necessary to compare the different studies. And further studies were also needed to classify the molecular form about OBI and their relative frequency.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(01):-
An animal model of encephalitis B was successfully established with Jin Wei Yan I strain virus in mice, which made it possible to study the ultrastructural pathology as well as the morphogenesis and release of encephalitis B exerimentally. The ultrapathological changes occurring to the brain tissues especially in the neuron cells were described systematically.A preliminary hypothesis about the morphogenesis and release of encephalitis B virus (Jin Wei Yah I strain) was proposed on the basis of these changes.Replication of the virus was also found to occur in the oligodendroglia but not in the microglia, which maintained its phagocytic function. This fact evidently shows that the micrioglia is not controlled by the mRNA of the virus.According to the literature available to the authors,it seems that the ultrastructural pathological changes of encephalitis B with typical histological lesions in animals had not been reported previously.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2014;(5):529-530
Objective To investigate the application value of liquid-based thinprep cytologic test ( TCT) in diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesion. Methods The results of liquid-based thinprep cytologic test and TBS cytology subdivision from 9 012 patients were retrospectively analyzed, including 12 cases of ASC-US, 10 cases of ASC-H, 35 cases of LSIL, 72 cases of HSIL, 2 cases of SCC, and 6 ca-ses of gland cell abnormal. The abnormal results and the results of biopsy pathological diagnosis underwent colposcopy were compared. Results The liquid-based thinprepcytologic test showed that there were 285 cases of atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASC-US), the positive rate was 3. 2%. The accordance rate of liquid-based thinprep cytologic test and colposcope histopathological diagnosis was 91. 24%. Conclusion TCT and TBS system can accurately reflect cervical intraepithelial lesion. Early detection and treatment of precancer-ous lesions is the key point of preventing cervical cancer.

Objective: To study the effect of marrow mesenchymal stem cell(MSC) transplantation on earlier femoral head necrosis and its action mechanism. Methods: After establishment of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis models in 60 New Zealand white rabbits,we selected 36 of them with diagnosed femoral head necrosis and randomly divided them into Group A(untreated control),B(decompression only) and C(decompression + MSC transplantation).Four and 8 weeks after the operation,6 rabbits were taken from each group for MRI scanning, and then killed and their bilateral femoral heads harvested for H-E and CD34 immunohistological staining and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Results: Eight weeks after the treatment,MRI showed an obvious minification of the low signal region, and histopathology and SEM revealed a decrease of empty lacunae,an increase of osteoblasts and new bone formation in group C,with significant differences from the other two groups in the positive rate of empty lacunae and the density of microvessels(P
