Background Amblyopia is a developmental disorder of spatial vision that results in both monocular and binocular deficits.Conventional therapy for amblyopia which focuses on monocular training can improve visual acuity.However,how to improve the binocular function,especially stereopsis is rarely studied.Objective This study was to evaluate the outcome of perceptual learning based on cloud services of improving stcreopsis and visual acuity for amblyopia.Methods A randomized-controlled clinical study was performed.One hundred and seven amblyopic patients (178 eyes) with the age of 5-18 years old were recruited in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from July 2013 to March 2014.The patients were randomized into the perceptual learning group and the conventional therapy group.A perceptual learning based on cloud services with computer under the best corrected visual acuity was carried out in the perceptual learning group with 30-day duration as a course for 5-6 cycles,and training feedback data was obtained after each cycle for the regulation of following treatment.The dominant eye was covered during the training process.In the conventional therapy group,a training regimen of health eye covering that combined with eyesight training of amblyopic eye was performed.The stereopsis and visual acuity of the patients were estimated after training.Written informed consent was obtained from the parents or custodians of the children before entering the cohort.Results The total effective rate of visual acuity improvement is significantly higher in the perceptual learning group than that in the conventional therapy group after training (Z =6.368,P=0.012).The mean stereopsis value of the amblyopic eyes in the perceptual learning group and the conventional therapy group was (127±53) and (174±67) after training,which was significantly higher than (273 ±95) and (311 ±103) before training,respectively,and the increasing range of the mean stereopsis was considerably larger in the perceptual learning group than that in the conventional therapy group(t=12.329,9.557,15.649;all at P＜0.05).In the perceptual learning group,the improving range of mean stereopsis was larger in the severe or moderate amblyopic eyes than that in the mild amblyopic eyes,and the improving range of mean stereopsis in ametropic amblyopia was larger than that in anisometropic amblyopia (all at P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Both perceptual learning based on cloud services and conventional therapy can improve stereopsis and visual acuity in amblyopic eyes.However,perceptual learning based on cloud services can improve the treating compliance of children.

Objective To investigate the expression of miR-451 and its clinical significance in gastric cancer. Meth?ods The miR-451 expression was detected in 92 samples of gastric cancer and 47 sapmles of normal stomach mucosa. The correlations of miR-451 expression with clinicopathologic characteristics, overall survival and disease-free survival were an?alyzed in patients with gastric cancer. Results The overexpression rate of miR-451 was 38.04%in gastric cancer, which was significantly lower than 76.60%in adjacent normal tissues (χ2=18.503,P<0.001). The overexpression rate of miR-451 was significantly lower inⅢ-Ⅳstages of gastric cancer than that inⅠ-Ⅱstages (27.3%vs 54.1%, P=0.009). The expres?sion of miR-451 was also lower in patients with lymph node metastasis than that in patients without lymph node metastasis (27.1%vs 57.6%, P=0.004). However, there were no significant differences in miR-451 expressions between different age, gender, histological grade and T stage groups (P>0.05). The overall survival rate was significantly higher in patients with high expression of miR-451 than that in patients with low expression of miR-451(69.2%vs 39.1%, P=0.003). Conclusion miR-451 is associated with the malignant transformation, progression, and prognosis of gastric cancer, and which can be used as a potential target of therapy and a biomarker of diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer in the future.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum TPSA, the ratio of free PSA(FPSA)and TPSA(F/T) and PSAD in prostate cancer(PCa).Methods The serum TPSA and PSAD levels and the ratio of F/T of 467 patients with BPH,116 patients with PCa and 50 healthy men as normal control were determined, analyzed and compared. Results Serum TPSA of PCa (53.26±33.10) were significantly higher than that of BPH (8.12±9.70) (P ＜0.01), and normal control (1.51 ±1.17) (P ＜0.01); Serum PSAD of PCa[(1.59±1.46) ng·ml-1·cm-3] were significantly higher than that of BPH [(0.14±0.17) ng·ml-1·cm-3] (P ＜0.01),and normal control [(0.08±0.07) ng·ml-1·cm-3] (P ＜0.01); F/T of PCa (0.22±0.16) was significantly lower than that of BPH (0.27±0.15) and normal control (0.36±0.14) (P ＜0.01). When TPSA was limited specificity at 4 ～10 ng/ml, F/T of PCa (0.18±0.13) were significantly lower than that of BPH (0.27±0.14), (P ＜0.05), PSAD of Pca [(0.21 ±0.07) ng· ml -1· cm -3] were significantly higher than that of BPH [(0.11 ±0.06) ng· ml-1· cm-3], (P ＜0.001). When F/T was 0.16, PSAD used 0.15 as the critical value, the sensitivity, specificity of diagnostic value and positive prediction value were 81.6 ％, 78.2 ％, 96.1％ and 53.8 ％, 76.9 ％, 97.9 ％, respectively;And the diagnostic efficiency was the highest. ConclusionF/T and PSAD have valuable role as the diagnose marker of PCa. When PSA level between 4 ng/ml and 10 ng/ml, F/T ratio and PSAD are of significant value to differentiate PCa from BPH patients.

Objective:To explore the effect of group painting art therapy on negative symptoms, the cognitive status and social function of patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation.Methods:A total of 114 patients with schizophrenia recovered from May 2018 to May 2019 in Zhangjiakou Shalingzi Hospital. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method with 57 case in each group, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group received group painting art therapy on the basis of routine nursing. The Positive And Negative Symptoms Scale (PANSS), MATRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery(MCCB), and Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS) were used to evaluate the symptoms, cognitive status, and social function improvement of the two groups before and after intervention.Results:There were no significant differences in the negative symptom scores and positive symptom scores of the PANSS between the two groups of patients before the intervention ( P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of negative symptoms and general psychopathology were (11.83 ± 3.19), (17.30 ± 4.93) points in the observation group and (13.57 ± 2.85), (20.34 ± 5.12) points in the control group, the differences were significant ( t values were 2.789, 2.932, P<0.05). After the intervention, the 7-dimensional MCCB scores of the two groups of patients decreased, and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( t values were 2.046-3.238, P<0.05). After the intervention, the score of SDSS was (11.63±2.71) points in the observation group and (13.84 ±3.14) points in the control group, the differences were significant( t value was 3.653, P<0.01). Conclusions:The use of group painting art therapy in patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation can promote the improvement of negative symptoms and improve the cognitive and social functions of patients.

Background Experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU) is a common animal model of uveitis.Natural killer (NK) cells have been confirmed to be a type of strong inflammation-causing cells,but its role in EAU is still studing.Objective This study was designed to explore the role and mechanism of NK cells in the pathogenesis of EAU.Methods Thirty-six SPF Lewis rats were randomly divided into expeimental control group and EAU 6-,9-,12-,16-,and 21-day groups (6 rats for each group).Rats in EAU group received subcutaneous injection interphotoreceptor retinoid binding protein (IRBP) combining 5 mg/ml tubercle bacillus with complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) emulsion in foot pads,and then 400 ng pertussis toxin was intraperitoneally injected to extablish EAU models in the EAU 6-,9-,12-,16-,and 21-day group,and normal saline solution combined with CFA and 400 ng pertussis toxin was used in the same way in the experimental control group.The inflammatory response was observed by slit lamp daily after modeling and scored based on Caspi criteria.The eyeballs were extracted in 6,9,12,16 and 21 days after modeling for retinal histopathological examination,Immunofluorescent double-staining was employed to detect and locate the expression of NK cells in the retina.In addition,25 model rats were divided into EAU 0-,3-,6-,9-and 12-day groups,with 5 rats for each group,and eyeballs were extracted to prepare tissue homogenate.The expression of CXCL10 mRNA,and CXCL12 mRNA NK cell chemokines,in the tissue homogenate was assayed by real-time quantitative PCR.The use and care of the rats followed Regulations for the Administration of Affair Concerning Experimental Animal by State Science and Technology Commission.Results No inflammatory sign in ocular anterior segment of the rats was seen in the experimental control group.The expansion of rat iris vessels was found in the EAU 6-day group,and exudes and hypopyon of the anterior chamber occurred in the EAU 9-day group and the inflammation peaked in the EAU 12-day gorup.The rat retinal structure was normal in the experimental control group,and the arrangement disorder of retinal structure,the cell separation in outer nuclear layer and damage of photoreceptors were found under the optical microscope in different degree in various EAU groups,with the most serious change in the EAU 12-day group.Immunofluorescent double staining showed normally arranged nucleus in the experimental control group,and a lot of NK infiltration was seen in the EAU 6-day group and peaked in the EAU 9-day group.The expression level of CXCL10 mRNA in the EAU 9-day group was 34.298 ± 16.689,which was significantly higher than that in the EAU 3-,6-and 12-day group,respectively (1.390 ± 0.660,3.359 ± 2.581,4.711 ±1.387) (all at P＜0.01).No significant differences were found in the relative expression of CXCL12 mRNA among different EAU groups (F=2.851,P＞0.05).Conclusions Retinal NK cell infiltration occurs in the early stage of EAU,and the severity of NK cell infiltration is consistent with the inflammatory process and CXCL10 expression,suggesting NK cells play an important role in the early stage of EAU,and CXCL10 is an important chemokine of NK cells in EAU rats.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical results under laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer.Methods Clinical data of 17 colorectal cancer patients with laparoscopic resection from October 2009 to September 2011 were analyzed.Results There were 16 cases of successful completion of laparoscopic surgery,conversion to open surgery in 1 case.Postoperative of incomplete intestinal obstruction and rectal vaginal fistula are each 1 case.Oncology did not occur metastasis through puncture holes in postoperative follow-up up to 2 years.Conclusion Laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer should be widely applied,and it had more advantages such as less trauma,safety,recover quickly,consistent with the effect of laparotomy.

Aim To study the effect of polysaccharides from Gastrodia elata Blume(GEP) on levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and nitric oxide(NO);and the retinal morphology after rat retina ischemia reperfusion injury.Method Retinal ischemia was induced in SD rats by increasing the intraocular pressure to 16 kPa for 60 min via cannulation into the anterior chamber.SD rats were divided into five groups randomly: Small dose GEP group,Middle dose GEP group,Large dose GEP group,Vitamin E group and Negative contral group.At 60 min,24 h and 72 h after ischemia reperfusion,levels of SOD,MDA and NO in rat retinas were measured,and histopathologic changes were observed.Results At 60 min,24 h and 72 h after ischemia reperfusion,levels of SOD in rat retinas in middle,large dose GEP groups were significantly higher than that in negative control group(P

Aim To investigate the cytotoxic activity of HDAC inhibitor Trichostatin A (TSA)combined with anticancer drugs targeting DNA on T24 bladder cancer cell line.Methods MTT assay was used to detect the inhibitory rate of TSA alone or combined with ADM, MMC and DDP respectively on T24 bladder cancer cell in cancer cell proliferation by administering TSA alone or combined with ADM, MMC and DDP respectively.Jin′s equation was used to evaluate the efficacy of drug combination. Results The growth inhibitory rate of TSA combined with ADM, MMC and DDP respectively was in a concentration-dependent manner. The synergism of TSA combined with MMC was most significant. When administered in lower or moderate concentration, TSA combined with ADM or DDP in lower or moderate concentration demonstrated synergic effect too.Conclusion HDAC inhibitor TSA enhances the cytotoxic activity of anticancer drugs targeting DNA on bladder cancer cells and is promising to be used in chemotherapeutic regimens for advanced bladder cancer.

Objective To observe the neuroprotective effect of atorvastatin and its influence to tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) and intedeukin-10(IL-10)in intraeerebral hemorrhage(ICH)rats,and to explore the possible mechanism of its neuroproteetive effect.Methods ICH WaS induced by stereotaxic infusion of collagenase into the right baSal ganglia,the expressions of TNF-α,IL-10 in the serum and brain tissue were analyzed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),HE staining was used to evaluate the number of activated microglia.Results (1)The numbers of activated mieroglia,TNF-α and IL-10 were have significant differences between group A and group B(all P＜0.05).(2)In comparision with group B,numbers of activated mieroglia in group C,D and E were significantly redueed(P＜0.05).Atorvastatin cause a dose-dependent regulation,which decreased the level of TNF-α and inereased the level of IL-10 significantly(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The down-regulation of TNF-α and up-regulation of IL-10 might partly attribute to the neuropmtection of atovastatin.
