Objective Through the investigations of university students’and middle school students’ grasping situation of wetland elementary knowledge and their attitude toward wetland protection, the situation in propaganda and education of wetland protection and the congnition of wetland function,to identify some problems and to adopt the corresponding measures. Methods Using the stratified cluster sampling method, a questionnaire survey was carried out among 480 students of two urban and rural middle school and two universities. Results There were significant differences on the farmiliar degree to basic concepts of wetland protection, the methods of acquiring wetland knowledge and the understanding of wetland function among the urban and rural middle school students, arts and science university students. Conclusions The study subjects have many shortages in the consciousness and knowledge of wetland protection, and the special propaganda and education of the wetland protection should be carried out.

Objective To study the inhibitory effects of δ-opioid receptor activation in serumdeprivation induced apoptosis of human liver cells and the proposed protein kinase C(PKC)pathway mechanism. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the survival rate of human liver cells in vitro and Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining was used to detect the cell apoptosis rate.Flow cytometry was used to analyze cell cycle,RT PCR used to analyze the PKC mRNA and Western Blot analysis was used for detecting the protein expression of PKC and Caspase-3.Results After serum-deprivation for 48h of cultured human liver cells in vitro, significant liver cell apoptosis occurred. The apoptosis was suppressed by δ-opioid receptor activation, which manifested as a slower rate of apoptosis, decreased expression of Caspase-3and increased expression of PKC.After GF109203X was added, the inhibitory effects of DADLE decreased markedly. Conclusion Activation of δ-opioid receptor on the membrane of human liver cells has inhibitory effects on serum-deprivation induced apoptosis of liver cells. The underlying mechanism may be associated with PKC pathway activation.

Objective To discuss MRI and pathological features of intracranial hemangioblastoma. Methods MRIdata of 26 cases of hemangioblastoma confirmed with operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 22 cases with single lesion and multiple lesions in 4 eases. And a total of 31 lesions located in the posterior cranial fossa, including 14 lesions in right cerebellar hemispheres,9 lesions in left cerebellar hemispheres,2 lesions in cerebellar inferior vermis,4 lesions in medulla oblongata, and 2 lesions in fourth ventricle.Ninteen lesions showed cystic nodular type,1 lesion was cystic type,11 lesions showed parenchymal type or partial parenchyma type.Cystic lesions showed long T1 and long T2 signal,T1WI of solid area showed slightly long T1 and slightly long T2 signal,of which 12 lesions were slightly shorter T1 signal.Solid areas significantly enhanced, cystic area had no enhancement, but cystic wall of 3 cystic nodular lesions were slightly enhanced.DWI of solid areas showed low signal.MRS showed the peak of Cho obviously increased, and the peaks of Cr and NAA obviously decreased or nearly disappeared, and the high peak of lipids and lactate were observed. Conclusion The conventional and functional MRI of intracranial hemangioblastoma have some characteristics,MRI has a great value in the diagnosis and localization of intracranial hemangioblastoma.

Aspergillus niger, as an important industrial fermentation strain, is widely applied in the production of organic acids and industrial enzymes. With the development of diverse omics technologies, the data of genome, transcriptome, proteome and metabolome of A. niger are increasing continuously, which declared the coming era of big data for the research in fermentation process of A. niger. The data analysis from single omics and the comparison of multi-omics, to the integrations of multi-omics based on the genome-scale metabolic network model largely extends the intensive and systematic understanding of the efficient production mechanism of A. niger. It also provides possibilities for the reasonable global optimization of strain performance by genetic modification and process regulation. We reviewed and summarized progress in omics research of A. niger, and proposed the development direction of omics research on this cell factory.
