Objective To study the diagnostic value of transperineum color Doppler ultrasonography (TPCDU) and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography (TACDU) in pelvic varicosis (PV). Methods Thirty-eight patients with PV were detected by using TACDU and TPCDU separately, and the diagnostic value between the two ways was compared. Operational results was used as standard, and the degree of lesion in patients with PV was evaluated based on the results of surgery. Results The rate of diagnostic accuracy was high in both methods (TACDU 92% and TACDU 79%, separately). However, the rate of diagnostic accuracy and the site detectable were significantly higher by TPCDU than by TACDU (P

Objective Taking the total amino-acid, total flavones, chlorogenic acid, and volatile oil in Chrysanthemum morifolium as index to investigate the internal quality which relates to collection periods and processing methvods in order to compare the quality of species from oringinal habitats. Methods The contents of colorogenic acid in C. morifolium was analyzed by HPLC; the content of total flavones and amino-acid in C. morifolium were measured by spectrophotometery; and the volatile oil obtained by steam distilation extraction was weighted. Results The every indexes of viviparious chrysanthemum except chlorogenic acid was the best among various flowering periods so the viviparious chrysanthemum can be used as the first-class tea. The common tea produced by half-booming and full-booming flowers with higher yield and appropriate index. The machine processing is fast and suitable for the production to a large-scale. Conclusion The quality of C. morifolium planted in Ruicheng, Shanxi Province is equal to that in Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province, which depends on the collecting periods and processing methods, so does the volatile oil rather than the evironment of the habitat.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(3):249-252
The fluorescence characteristics of reaction products of sparfloxacin with halide (F, Cl, Br, I) have been studied. It was found that sparfloxacin was oxidized by nitrous acid then reacted with halide further to formstrong fluorescence substances in acid media. Their fluorescence intensitites enhanced with aggrandizing of atom radii of halides, which could emit the strong fluorescence 58~151 fold more than that of sparfloxacin itself. Thus a new sensitive method for the direct determination of sparfloxacin in human urine by derivative-synchronous fluorescence was presented. A plausible mchanism was proposed to explin this behavior.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2017;33(1):54-58
Objective:To evaluate the clinical sensitivity and specificity of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) for oral cancer. Methods:By searching Medline,CENTRAL,EMBSE,CBM,CNKI,WANFANG,etc,an studies about SLNB for the patients with oral cancer array for lymph node metastasis were retrieved. The quality of included studies was evaluated by QUADAS items. The data were analyzed by statistic software Meta-DiSc 1.4.Results:25 studies including 934 subjects were analyzed in the current systematic review. The pooled values of sensitivity, specificity were 91% (95% CI 88%-94%) and 100% (95 % CI 99%-100%) respectively. The area under summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve (AUC) of SLNB for cervical lymph node metastasis was 0.99.Conclusion:SLNB procedure has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis,it can be used as an useful method for cervical lymph node metastasis screening in patients with oral cancer.

[Objective] Posteroanterior weight-bearing radiographs, made with the knee in 45 degrees of flexion while the patient was standing on the homolateral foot, were compared with the weight-bearing anteroposterior radiographs with both knees in full extention,in order to find a more sensitive method to detect knee osteoarthritis.[Methods]Seventeen osteoarthritis knees were radiographed in the weight-bearing anteroposterior view with both knees in full extention and in the weight-bearing posteroanterior view with the knee in 45 degrees of flexion while standing on the homolateral foot. The minimum joint space width of all the radiograph were measured. The data were analysed statistically with SPSS 11.5.[Results]The mean minimum joint space width of the medial compart in extended knee view and standing on the homolateral foot were 4.65 mm?1.44 mm and 2.52 mm?1.69 mm,respectively(P

Objective To observe the effect of psychological intervention on the anxiety of middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 378 middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension accepted the intervention (health education and psychological intervention). They were assessed with the Zung Self-rating Anxiety of Scale (SAS) before and after the inertvention. Results The scores of the SAS in patients were higher than the Chinese normal. Female, younger, and higher eduction background were related to the anxiety symptom. The anxiety of the pateints were released after the intervention. Conclusion Health education and psychological intervention is effective on the anxiety of the middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension at outpatient.

Objective To explore the potential applications of a chamber for in vivo tissue engineering, and to establish a novel model for in vivo tissue-engineered cartilage. Methods Auricular chondrocytes were isolated, cultured and identified from the ears cartilages of New Zealand white rab bits; rabbit auricular chondrocytes(RACs) were seeded into the scaffolds:(1) RACs were seeded into collagen gel scaffold; (2) RACs were seeded into PLGA/collagen gel scaffold in vitro, and the compos ites were placed into the chambers and implanted in the donor rabbit. As control groups, the composites were implanted directly subcutaneously in the donor rabbit without using chambers, and the contents were harvested at 8 weeks after implantation.Gross examination, histologic and immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR test were performed to evaluate the harvested contents. Results Under the same conditions inside the chambers, the contents formed into new cartilage-like tissue by histo logical and immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR.In contrast,in the control groups without chambers displayed vascular invasion and inflammatory reaction in the subcutaneous layer of skin, which eventually led to fibrous tissue or absorption. Conclusions Cartilage is successfully constructed in an immunocompetent animal model using a bioinert perforated chamber. This method is effective in creating a relatively favorable environment for cartilage regeneration, which may provide a valuable reference for the clinical application of tissue regeneration.
