Objective Taking the total amino-acid, total flavones, chlorogenic acid, and volatile oil in Chrysanthemum morifolium as index to investigate the internal quality which relates to collection periods and processing methvods in order to compare the quality of species from oringinal habitats. Methods The contents of colorogenic acid in C. morifolium was analyzed by HPLC; the content of total flavones and amino-acid in C. morifolium were measured by spectrophotometery; and the volatile oil obtained by steam distilation extraction was weighted. Results The every indexes of viviparious chrysanthemum except chlorogenic acid was the best among various flowering periods so the viviparious chrysanthemum can be used as the first-class tea. The common tea produced by half-booming and full-booming flowers with higher yield and appropriate index. The machine processing is fast and suitable for the production to a large-scale. Conclusion The quality of C. morifolium planted in Ruicheng, Shanxi Province is equal to that in Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province, which depends on the collecting periods and processing methods, so does the volatile oil rather than the evironment of the habitat.

Objective To study the diagnostic value of transperineum color Doppler ultrasonography (TPCDU) and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography (TACDU) in pelvic varicosis (PV). Methods Thirty-eight patients with PV were detected by using TACDU and TPCDU separately, and the diagnostic value between the two ways was compared. Operational results was used as standard, and the degree of lesion in patients with PV was evaluated based on the results of surgery. Objective:To evaluate the clinical sensitivity and specificity of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) for oral cancer.Methods:By searching Medline,CENTRAL,EMBSE,CBM,CNKI,WANFANG,etc,an studies about SLNB for the patients with oral cancer array for lymph node metastasis were retrieved.The quality of included studies was evaluated by QUADAS items.The data were analyzed by statistic software Meta-DiSc 1.4.Results:25 studies including 934 subjects were analyzed in the current systematic review.The pooled values of sensitivity,specificity were 91％ (95％ CI 88％-94％) and 100％ (95 ％ CI 99％-100％) respectively.The area under summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve (AUC) of SLNB for cervical lymph node metastasis was 0.99.Conclusion:SLNB procedure has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis,it can be used as an useful method for cervical lymph node metastasis screening in patients with oral cancer.

In the past few years, many techniques were used to study brain perfusion imaging;each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages. The principle, specification, clinical application, contradistinction and the current research situation of these techniques were reviewed in this article.

The fluorescence characteristics of reaction products of sparfloxacin with halide (F, Cl, Br, I) have been studied. It was found that sparfloxacin was oxidized by nitrous acid then reacted with halide further to formstrong fluorescence substances in acid media. Their fluorescence intensitites enhanced with aggrandizing of atom radii of halides, which could emit the strong fluorescence 58～151 fold more than that of sparfloxacin itself. Thus a new sensitive method for the direct determination of sparfloxacin in human urine by derivative-synchronous fluorescence was presented. A plausible mchanism was proposed to explin this behavior.

BACKGROUND:MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are widely involved in regulation of physiological processes, such as human development, cel proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, angiogenesis and lipid metabolism. MiRNAs also play an important regulating role in the pathological process of femoral head necrosis. At present, the research about the effect of icarin on miRNA expression in glucocorticoid- induced avascular necrosis is stil in the exploratory stage, and the specific targets, possible regulation mechanism and signaling pathway remain unclear.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of icarin on miRNA expression of bone microvascular endothelial cels in steroids-induced human femoral head lesionsin vitro.
METHODS: Bone microvascular endothelial cels in cancelous bone of the femoral head were isolated and harvested in vitro. Icarin preconditioning preceded establishment of models of glucocorticoid-induced bone microvascular endothelial cel injury. Differential expression profiles and transcriptomes in glucocorticoid and normal groups were tested by miRNA microarrays. The most differentialy expressed miR-23b and miR-339 in microarray analysis were further confirmed by real-time quantitative PCR, Meanwhile the effects of icarin on the expression of miR-23b-5p and miR-339-5p were detected.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:According to the microarray analysis, one miRNA was up-regulated and four mi RNAs were down-regulated in the glucocorticoid group (fold > 2,P < 0.05). Results of RT-qPCR revealed that miR-23b was down-regulated and miR-339 up-regulated in the glucocorticoid group, which were in agreement with the microarray analysis (P < 0.05). Icarin pretreatment effectively prevented the imbalances of miR-23b expression induced by glucocorticoid (P < 0.01). These findings indicate that Icarin may participate in the pathological process of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis through regulating the expression of miR-23b.

Objective To investigate the association of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) rs13333226 in uromodulin (UMOD) gene with diabetic kidney diseases (DKD) in Han population in Tianjin,China.Methods A total of 210 type 2 diabetes (T2DM),90 normal controls (NC) and 280 DKD patients were recruited.According to the level of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR),the DKD subjects were further subdivided into three groups:GFR≥90 ml/min group (n=105),60 ml/mim≤GFR ＜ 90 ml/min group (n=84) and GFR ＜ 60 ml/min group (n=91).Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used for UMOD rs13333226C genotyping.Results The frequencies of AA,GA,GG genotype were 27.8％,58.9％,13.3％ in NC group and 41.0％,48.6％,10.5％ in T2DM group and 54.3％,36.1％,9.6％ in DKD group.The frequency of G allele was 42.8％ in NC group,34.8％ in T2DM group and 27.7％ in DKD group.The genotype distribution of UMOD was statistically significant between NC group and DKD group,and between T2DM group and DKD group (P ＜ 0.05).G allele of UMOD was an independent protective gene polymorphism of DKD in Logistic regression (B=-0.248,Wald=8.012,P=0.021,OR=0.780,95％ CI 0.612-0.968).Conclusion The G allele of UMOD gene may be an independent protective factor of DKD in Han population in Tianjin,China.

OBJECTIVE To observe bacterial changing-pattern and drug-resistant pattern for reasonable application of antibiotics.METHODS We reviewed the data of 2002-2005 pathogens tests.RESULTS Of 6041 isolated pathogens,2765(45.8%) were Gram-negative bacilli,1350(22.3%) were Gram-positive cocci and 1926(31.9%) were fungi.Fungi increased almost twice,from 18.4% in 2002 to 36.4% in 2005.The most common Gram-negative bacilli were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.While the most common Gram-positive cocci were Staphylococcus epidermidis,S.aureus and Enterococcus faecium.Compared with that in 2002,MRSA,MRSE,ESBLs-producing and AmpC-producing bacilli were significantly increased.Neither strains of S.epidermidis nor strains of S.aureus were found resistant to vancomycin.Carbapenems were the most active antibiotics tested against Gram-negative organisms.CONCLUSIONS We should recognize drug sensitive test as well as restrict the indication of antibiotics application,in order to reduce the occurrence of bacterial resistance.
