The risk factors of nosocomial infection in ICU were female sex, high age, invasive mechanical ventilation, long hospitalization in ICU, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS), etc.
5.The relationship between electrocardiogram and infarction-related artery in 69 cases of acute inferior myocardial infarction
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2009;8(1):56-57
The results of electrocardiogram and coronary angiography were compared in 69 patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction(right ventricle, later wall). The sensitivity and specificity of ST segment elevation Ⅲ> Ⅱ in diagnosis of right coronary artery (RCA) as the infarction related artery (IRA) were 92.00% and 84. 21% respectively;those for ST segment depression avL > Ⅰ were 90. 00% and 89. 5% respectively. Therefore if ST-elevation Ⅲ > Ⅱ , ST-depression avL > Ⅰ and no depression on STV1 and V2 in acute inferior myocardial infarction may highly indicate that RAC be the IRA;on the contrary, the LCX be the IRA.
6.Bernese periacetabular osteotomy for the treatment of acetabular dysplasia
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(30):5518-5524
BACKGROUND:Changing the acetabular orientation is the best method for the treatment of acetabular dysplasia, and Bernese periacetabular osteotomy is one of the most commonly used and successful treatment methods. OBJECTIVE:To review and analyze the operation indication, surgical technique and influencing factors of Bernese periacetabular osteotomy for better clinical application. METHODS:The PubMed database, Elsevier database and Springer database were retrieved for related articles published before December 2012 with the key words of“Bernese osteotomy, Ganz osteotomy, periacetabular ostetomy”. The articles that related to the clinical application of Bernese periacetabular osteotomy in patients with acetabular dysplasia were enrol ed in this study. Repetitive studies and Meta analysis were excluded. And the analysis emphasis was put on the operation indication, surgery technique and influencing factors of Bernese periacetabular osteotomy. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:A total of 483 articles were screened out after primary computer-based online research. And according to the exclusion criteria, 43 articles were selected for review. Bernese periacetubular osteotomy was performed through polygonous osteotomy around the acetabula by modified Smith-Peterson approach. The surgical technology was improved gradual y, but the major osteotomy procedures never changed, only the soft tissue release method was modified. The direct factors that influence the surgical effect of Bernese periacetabular osteotomy are the degree of radiographic hip degeneration and dysplasia. In the future, with the in-depth understanding of hip deformity, the operation indication and technique of Bernese periacetabular osteotomy wil also developed.
7.Study on the method of electric power detection for ultrasonic harmonic scalpel
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(05):-
Objectives:To establish a method of electric power detection and to evaluate its performance for ultrasonic harmonic scalpel(UHS).Methods:We defined maximum electric power(Pmax),static electric power(Pg) and spare power index(Pi) at first and worked-out reasonable procedure, then we designed available detecting-tools and determined the Pmax,Pg and Pi.Results:We detected 3 sets of UHS from domestic or overseas makers and acquired Pmax,Pg and Pi successfully. The results were stable, reproducible and positively correlated to ultrasonic power. Conclusions:The ultrasonic power of UHS is difficult to detect.By the experiment in this paper, detecting ultrasonic power can be replaced by detecting electric power.
8.Stem cell transplantation protects the kidney in diabetic rat models
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(28):4176-4181
BACKGROUND:So far numerous theoretical studies have shown the treatment effect of stem cel transplantation for chronic complications of diabetes, while its treatment effects on diabetic nephropathy have not yet been confirmed in animal models. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the protective effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel transplantation on the kidney in rat models of diabetes. METHODS:Rats were fed with high-sugar and high-fat diet for 4 weeks, and then were given injection of streptozotocin to establish type 2 diabetic rat models. At 2 days after modeling, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were injected via the tail vein (stem cel transplantation group). In the meanwhile, control and diabetes groups were established. At 21 days after cel transplantation, levels of glucose, triglyceride and insulin in the tail vein were detected. Additional y, morphological observations of kidney and pancreatic tissues were performed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The levels of blood sugar, insulin and triglycerides in the diabetes group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Blood glucose and insulin levels in the stem cel transplantation group were significantly lower than those of the diabetes group (P<0.05). In addition, mesangial area and glomerular volume in the stem cel transplantation group were significantly lower compared with the diabetes group (P<0.05). These results confirm that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel transplantation can reduce levels of blood glucose and serum insulin, contributing to the repair of damaged pancreas and kidney.

10.Mapping of antigenic determinants of THF protein with monocional antibodies
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(02):-
Using 22 monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) as probe to analyse the antigenic determinants of crystallized Tian Hua Fen (THF) or Trichosanthin protein in ELISA additivity test was reported. The 22 McAbs were come from five fusions, each from different fusion well. The isotype of 22 McAbs were identified by immunodiffusioo test, 20 McAbs belong to IgG_1 subclass, 1 IgG_(2a) subclass and 1 IgM class. Based on the results obtained from ELISA additivity test, 22 McAbs could be clustered into six distinct groups. It indicates that there are six different antigenic determinants in crystallized THF, each can be recognized by some McAbs. The results coincide with the calculation of B cell recognized antigenic determinants obtained by prediction from amino acid sequences of THF protein, The work has laid a foundation for further exploring the structure-function relationship of THF protein on molecular level .
