1.Heredity effect on cord blood Th1/Th2 cells
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(07):-
Objective:To explore the effect of heredity on functional states of Thl/Th2 in cord blood mononuclear cells(CBMC)of neonates, whether their parents have anaphylactic disease. Methods:Cord blood was taken from 40 normal full term neonatals, who were divided into 20 ones with their parents having anaphylactic disease(AD group),and 20 not(control group).Collect blood plasma and cord blood mononuclear cells(CBMC)of neonates were separated,Blood plasma was collected and after stimulation with PHA,cell proliferation was detected by MTT method. IL-2,IL-4,IFN-r,and GM-CSF in supernatant were assayed by ELASA after CBMCs were cultured in vitro for 48h. Results:In AD group,as compared with control group:(1)The expression of IL-2,IL-4 and GM-CSF in blood plasma were higher than those of control group(P
2.A trial of two-way referral system between community health service and medical center
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2009;8(3):179-181
The trial of two-way referral enrolled 26 patients with hypertension, including 20 cases of refractory hypertension, 3 new cases and 3 cases of secondary hypertension, the average length of follow-up was 22 d (10-35 d). The family physicians in Huaihaizhong Road Community Health Service Center communicated with specialists in the medical center (Ruijin hospital), appointments were made and medical information and other materials were sent in advance. When investigations and adjustment of medication were made, and the blood pressure was under control, patients were referred back to the community. This two-way referral system promoted the information exchanges between two side, doctors got prior knowledge about patients' condition and would spend more time with the patients; and patients' feeling of satisfaction and compliance of the treatment were increased. From our experiences, we suggest that the therapeutic regime made by the medical center should be feasible to the community, and more convenience should be given to the referred patients, so that the effectiveness and efficiency of the two-way referral can be further improved.
3.Optimization of Management Procedure for Nosocomial Infection Control in a Laminar Airflow Operating Theater
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE To establish an optimal management procedure in order to minimize the nosocomial infection in a laminar airflow(LAF) operating theater.METHODS A comprehensive control strategy was taken to make the work-flow sequentially and effectively in the LAF operating theater. This strategy included reasonable architectural layout required for the strict standard of an LAF operating theater, daily environmental management and idealistic traffic patterns that limited the movement of personnel and supplies.RESULTS This strategy greatly improved the nosocomial infection management and effectively reduced the rate of nosocomial infection.CONCLUSIONS The good design with standard of the LAF operating theater should be firstly emphasized.A series of feasible and manageable measures must be carried out to optimize the nosocomial infection control in the LAF operating theater.

Chongqing Medicine 2015;(30):4224-4226
Objective To confirm the most effectively screening conditions by comparing the ARR values of different posi‐tions after saline load test .Methods After exclusion the other secondary hypertension ,the completion of saline dressing test ,84 ca‐ses diagnosed hypertensive patients under saline load test results were divided into primary aldosteronism group (pH ,52 cases) and primary hypertension group (32 cases) .Analyzed plasma aldosterone (PAC) ,renin (PRA) values of upright and decumbent body positions ,their ARR values were calculated and the urine aldosterone was tested .Results Those whose upright position ARR rati‐os higher than 240(pg/mL)/(ng · mL -1 · h-1 ) were accounted for 80 .77% (42/52) and 43 .75% (14/32) ,respectively in the both PA group and PH group; Those whose upright position ARR ratios higher than 240(pg/mL)/(ng · mL -1 · h-1 ) and decumbent position PAC higher than 150 pg/mL were accounted for 65 .39% (34/52) and 3 .13% (1/32) ,respectively in the both PA group and ph group; The specificity of this method for PA was 96 .88% .Those whose upright position ARR ratios higher than 240(pg/mL)/(ng · mL -1 · h-1 ) and decumbent position PAC higher than 150 pg/mL and urine aldosterone higher than 10 μg/24 h ,The specificity of this method for PA was 100 .00% .Conclusion It is an effective screening method for primary aldosteronism when ARR values of upright position higher than 240(pg/mL)/(ng · mL -1 · h-1 ) ,PAC of decumbent position higher than 150 pg/mL and urine aldosterone higher than 10 μg/24 h .
5.Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the intervention of colorectal cancer stem cells
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2017;37(2):258-261
Colorectal cancer stem cells are a small part of cell population with features of stem cell in the colorectal cancer tissues. Tumor stem cells have the self-renewal capability and have been considered as the root of tumor recurrence. They play an important role in the development, progression, relapse, metastasis, and resistance to chemoradiotherapy of tumors. The long-term clinical practice has proved that traditional Chinese medicine has particular advantage on the aspect of resisting tumor recurrence and metastasis. In recent years, with the deep understanding of the theory of colorectal cancer stem cells, the clinical and basic researches of traditional Chinese medicine compound, single herb and active ingredient become hot spots.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2003;0(09):-
Objective To elucidate the therapeutic mechanism of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 and its analogues in psoriasis. Methods The modulating role of calcitriol, calcipotriol and tacalcitol on the expression and secretion of IL-10 in monocyte-derived dendritic cells (MDDCs) was investigated. Human monocytes were differentiated into MDDCs in vitro in the presence of GM-CSF and IL-4. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR and ELISA were used to analyze the mRNA expression and protein production of IL-10 in MDDCs. In each experi-ment, 24,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (a vitamin D3 metabolite with a low affinity to the vitamin D receptor) was used as a control. Results The mRNA expression and protein secretion of IL-10 in MDDCs was up-regulated by calcitriol, calcipotriol or tacalcitol with a similar potency, but not by 24,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3. The up-regulatory role of calcitriol on IL-10 protein secretion was dose dependent. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of calcitriol and its analogues in the treatment of psoriasis may be related to the induction of IL-10 production.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(11):-
Aim To determine the effects of sodium tashinoneⅡA sulfonate(TSN) on monophasic action potential(MAP) and tachycardia-induced electrical remodeling of rabbit atria in vivo. Methods Twenty-four rabbits were equally divided into two groups randomly: control group and TSN group.Electrical catheters were localized in the right atrium through right internal jugular vein.Right atrial MAP was recorded by multiple channel recording. ERP of right atrial(AERP) was assessed by programmed electrical stimulation before pacing and from 0~8 hours after the onset of the pacing. Results The AERP_(200 ms) of control group was shortened from (105.9?3.8) ms to(114.7?7.2) ms and the rate-dependent of control group's atrium was lost through the pacing process compared with TSN group before pacing(P
