1.Clinical effect of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease in emergency tachyarrhythmia

Objective To investigate the effect of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease in emergency tachyarrhythmia .Methods 156 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with tachyarrhythmias were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group ,78 cases in each group .The treatment group was given amiodarone,the control group was given conventional therapy .The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate,incidence rate of side effects in treatment group were 88.4%,3.8%,those in the control group were 71.8%,14.1%.The differences between the two groups were significant (χ2 =18.33, 13.91,P<0.05).In the treatment group,36 cases had atrial fibrillation,cardioversion 34 patients,the cardioversion rate was 94.4%,followed by premature ventricular contractions (90.6%).Conclusion Amiodarone in the treatment of coronary artery disease emergency tachyarrhythmia is safe and effective ,has fewer adverse reactions ,the best results for atrial fibrillation and ventricular premature beats ,it is worthy of clinical use .
2.Protective effects of puerarin on rat primary cultured neurons damaged by glutamic acid

Aim To study the protective effects of puerarin on the neurons damaged by glutamic acid.Method The rat primary cultured neurons were damaged by glutamic acid,the membrane lipids fluidity was studied with fluorescence polarization(P) and mean microviscosity(?) with DPH as a probe;the protective effects of puerarin on this model were evaluated by lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) efflux assay and colormetric MTT assay.Results The fluorescence polarizating and mean microviscosity of puerarin were lower than glutamic acid model group in a dose-depended manner.Treatment of puerarin resulted in the decrease of LDH release from primary cultured neurons damaged by glutamic acid and increase in the optical density(A) at 540 nm tested by colorimetric MTT assay.No proliferating effects on normal primary cultured neurons were observed.Conclusion The results suggested that puerarin had a protective effect on rat primary cultured neurons damaged by glutamic acid,it might be relative to the improvement of membrane lipids fluidity
3.Effect of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine on acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease

Objective: To observe effect of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection on patients with acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD) complicated pulmonary artery hypertension. Methods: A total of 40 CPHD patients with pulmonary artery hypertension were randomly divided into routine treatment group (n=20, received routine treatment) and observation group (n=20, received salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine based on routine treatment). Another 20 healthy subjects were regard as healthy control group. The pulmonary artery pressure (PAP), partial pressure of oxygen in artery (PaO2) , left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) were examined and analyzed in all groups before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, compared with routine treatment group, there were significant increase in total effective rate (75% vs. 90%) and PaO2 [(83.87±14.53)mmHg vs.(92.95±13.54)mmHg], and significant decrease in mean PAP [mPAP, (55.43±9.65)mmHg vs.(45.52±8.89)mmHg], CRP [(6.37±2.12) mg/L vs. (3.29±0.84) mg/L] and ET-1 [(52.37±20.79) ng/L vs. (40.29±16.04) ng/L] in observation group (P<0.05~0.01). There was no significant difference in LVEF between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion: For patients with acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated pulmonary artery hypertension salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection can significantly improve clinical effects,right heart function, decrease mean pulmonary artery pressure, improve endothelial function and inhibit inflammatory reactions.
4.The model of experimental autoimmune uveoretinitis in rats

Objective:To induce experimental autoimmune uveoretinitis in Wistar for investigating the pathogenesis mechanism of uveitis.Methods:18 Wistar rats were immunized by different dosage of bovine soluble antigen(S Ag),and were detected the clinic changes dayly.The animals were anesthetized and killed when they had significant clinic EAU appearance or 3~4 weeks after immunized,the eyes were removed and followed by pathologic studies.Results:The incidence of EAU in the 3 different dosage S Ag immunized rats were 2/12 in 100 ?g S Ag group(6 rats,12 eyes),6/12 in 200 ?g S Ag group(6 rats,12 eyes) and 8/12 in 300 ?g S Ag group(6 rats,12 eyes) separately and the pathology scores were 0?16 76?11.02?17 56?9 96 separately in 3 group of rats.Conclusion:The middling sensitive Wistar rats can be used to induce EAU successly with middling purified S Ag.
5.Expression of β-catenin,ki-67 and Her-2/Neuin in gastric carcinoma and their influence on infiltration and metastasis of gastrie carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression differences of β‐catenin ,Her‐2/Neu and ki‐67 in different pathological features of gastric cancer and their role in the occurrence ,progression ,invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer invasion and metas‐tasis .Methods The expression of β‐catenin ,ki‐67 and Her‐2/Neu in 150 gastric cancer tissue samples(observation group) and 70 normal gastric mucosal samples were detected by adopting the immunohistochemistry method ,and the relationship between the ex‐pression of β‐catenin ,ki‐67 and Her‐2/Neu with the pathological features of gastric cancer was analyzed .Results Theβ‐catenin ,ki‐67 and Her‐2/Neu positive rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 =30 .51 ,63 .74 , 11 .38 ,P<0 .01);the differentiation degree affected the expression of β‐catenin ,ki‐67 and Her‐2/Neu expression (χ2 =15 .82 ,8 .61 , 8 .11 ,P<0 .01);the lymph node metastasis affected the expression of ki‐67 and β‐catenin (χ2 = 6 .26 ,P< 0 .05;χ2 = 7 .36 ,P<0 .01);the invasion depth affected the expression of β‐catenin and ki‐67(χ2 =11 .34 ,P<0 .01);TMN affected the expression of ki‐67 and Her‐2/Neu(χ2 = 10 .85 ,14 .24 ,P< 0 .01);the β‐catenin and ki‐67 expression showed positive correlation .Conclusion β‐catenin ,ki‐67 and Her‐2/Neu may reflect the proliferation ,invasion and metastasis situation of tumor cells and their detection con‐duces to the judgment of prognosis .

目的探讨盐酸米托蒽醌(MTZ)膀胱内灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发的临床疗效。方法对63例浅表性膀胱癌患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术或膀胱部份切除术,术后用米托蒽醌12mg进行膀胱灌注,随访6—30月。 结果63例患者均未见全身性药物不良反应,复发6例(9.2%)。结论米托蒽醌膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发疗效满意,安全性好。
7.Clinical effects of oxytocin induced labor route

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effects of different oxytocin induced labor routes. Methods From March 2015 to September 2016, 100 pregnant women who needed induced labor or induced oxytocin were selected in our hospital. They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group with traditional infusion method, given intravenous indwelling needle puncture method in patients with the study group, select the vein elastic and straight, thick, pay attention to the reasonable sealing, adjust the dropping speed according to the patients with uterine contraction. The infusion speed, safety and accuracy of the patients in the study group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding administration route, there were 0 patients with drop velocity errors in the study group, and 12 patients in the control group. In the control group, the rate of drop error was 24%, which was significantly higher than that of the study group (0%), with statistical difference (P<0.05). Among the patients in the study group, the number of blocked tubes was 1, the probability was 2%, the rate of subcutaneous infiltration was 4%, and the incidence of needle prolapse was 0%. In the control group, the rate of subcutaneous exudate was 10%, the probability of blockage was 8%, and the incidence of needle prolapse was 6%. The average time spent by the study group on regulation of drip speed was (8.09 ±2.10) s, significantly shorter than that of the control group (78.90 ± 9.20) s, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous catheter infusion of oxytocin administered with traditional delivery mode, simple operation, can significantly reduce the drop speed error probability, the clinical effect is ideal, has the meaning of promotion.

Objective To explore the clinical effects of ropivacaine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSEA) in the aged patients undergoing lower limb surgery. Methods Sixty patients, aged 65 and over, in American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status Ⅱ-Ⅲ, and undergoing internal fixation surgery for lower limb bone fracture, were randomly assigned to three groups in equal number: group R1 (hypobaric ropivacaine for lumbar anesthesia), group R2 (hyperbaric ropivacaine for lumbar anesthesia) and group B (bupivacaine for lumbar anesthesia). The observed variables included the changes in blood pressure and heart rate, sensory block level and motor block status. The drug consumption in epidural anesthesia and the peri-operative side effects were noted. Results The anesthetic efficacy was satisfactory in all patients.
