OBJECTIVE:To discuss the effect of tanshinone Ⅱ A on the apoptosis of HeLa cell line and its mechanism.METHODS:MTT was used to measure the levels of the proliferation of HeLa cells cultured with tanshinone Ⅱ A in different concentrations.The apoptosis was measured by Hoechst33258 staining,and the level of mRNA of Bcl-2 and bax in HeLa cells was tested by semi-fix quantify RT-PCR method.RESULTS:Tanshinone Ⅱ A could inhibit the proliferation of HeLa cells in a dose dependent manner,induce cell apoptosis,and markedly decrease the expression of Bcl-2 on mRNA level after treatment for 48h,while it had no obvious change in bax mRNA level.CONCLUSION:Tanshinone Ⅱ A can inhibit the proliferation of HeLa cells and induce the apoptosis of the cells.

Objective To study the X-ray imaging characteristics of gouty arthritis. Methods The X-ray plates from gouty arthritis were analyzed. Results The gouty arthritis usually occurred in the first metatarsophalangeal joint. The X-ray findings were dissymmetric swellings of soft tissue,bony erosion defect with sharp and hard edge,narrowed joint space and irregular articular surface,emergence of fiber stiffness,even joint malformations and sublimation or dislocation, associated with hyperosteogeny and nearby osteoporosis. Conclusion Diversification was presented in X-ray findings of gouty arthritis, which could be easily confused with other single or multiple bone joint diseases. As a result, accurate diagnosis should be based on careful analysis about X-ray findings.

Objective To analyze the clinical value of gastric bacterial cultivation in the early diagnosis of bacterial infection in preterm infants.Methods 174 preterm with risk perinatal factors of infection in NICU of Chang’an Hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were collected,they were given the gastric juice cultivation checking in 1 hour after birth before eat-ing,watering and giving medicine.According to the clinical symptoms and laboratory test results,they were divided into the infected group and non-infected group.Their Gastric cultivation inspection was compared and analyzed in two groups.Results The positive rate of bacterial culture of gastric fluid was 40.8% (71/174),and located in the top four is Escherichia coli 30.99% (22/71),coagulase-negative staphylococci 21.13%(15/71),Staphylococcus aureus 14.08%(10/71)and group B streptococcus 8.45% (6/71).There was relation between premature infants with bacterial culture positive and meconium stained amniotic fluid,maternal infection during pregnancy,premature rupture of membranes,but not with gestational hyper-tension,fever unrelated to the mother giving birth.Conclusion There was high positive rate of gastric juice bacterial culture with a significant correlation of early onset infection.

Objective To study the effect of three kinds of reagent: ethrel, Aspirin, tryptophan on the accumulation of medicinal component in Catharanthus roseus leaves. Methods To treat these potplants of C. roseus in green house with the three reagents in different concentrations, respectively. Then, two days later, the contents of catharanthine and vinblastine in leaves were determined by RP-HPLC. Results The three reagents can obviously improve the accumulation of indole alkaloids, including catharanthine and vinblastine in C. roseus leaves. Their optimum treatment concentration was finally comfirmed. Conclusion These three kinds of reagent apparently promote the accumulation of total indole alkoloids in the leaves of C. roseus.

Objective To investigate the association of Galectin-3 ( lectin, galactoside-binding soluble , LGALS3)gene-191(rs4644)polymorphism and breast cancer in Chinese female population .Methods Galectin-3 gene rs4644 polymorphisms was genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymor-phism(PCR-RFLP)in 172 breast cancer patients and 17 controls.The experimental results of PCR-RFLP were verified and sample of 10 cases were sequenced randomly .Results The frequency of CC ,CA and AA genotype in breast cancer group and normal control group was 72.7%, 25.0%, 2.3% and 52.9%, 41.2%, 5.9%, respectively .The frequency of C and A allele in breast cancer group and normal control group was 85.2%, 14.8%and 73.5%, 26.5% respectively .The genotype and frequency of allele had no statistical difference between breast cancer patients and the control group .rs4644C allele was more likely to occur in breast cancer patients with T>2 cm (χ2 =8.295,P=0.004) and Ki67<14%(χ2 =3.917,P=0.048).Conclusions There is no significant association between Galectin-3 gene 191 polymorphism rs4644 and susceptibility of breast cancer in Chinese female population .It is closely associated with the size of tumor and Ki 67.

Object The mineralogical and chemical compositions of the natural pharmaceutical montmorillonite clay were analysed with the aim of approaching the material base of its action Methods The means of X ray diffraction (SRD) and X ray fluorescence (SRF) were used for the quantitative analysis of the mineralogical and chemical compositions of the montmorillonite clay samples Results The essential mineralogical and chemical compositions of the six samples were obtained Conclusion Though there is some difference in mineralogical composition of the montmorillonite clay samples from different deposits, the average percentage of montmorillonite content in samples is 86%, and the chemical compositions of six samples are nearly similar

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of mitochondrial motility-related gene mirol and mitochondrial energy metabolism during an acute bout of prolonged exercise. Methods CS7 BL/6 mice underwent a moderate intensity treadmill running with the slope of 0° and at the speed of 13m/min, and they were randomly divided into 5 groups:resting group(R),exercise groups running for 30min(E30),60min(E60),90min (E90) and 120min(E120),respectively. Respiratory control index and ATP synthesis activity in isolated mitochondria were detected. Skeletal muscle H_2O_2 concentration,mirol mRNA expressions were also measured. Results (1)mirol mRNA contents were significantly increased in groups E30 to E120,as compared with the group R;and mirol mRNA expression increased 32.8%, 107.6%,63.8% and 44.8% respectively in groups E30 to E120. (2)H_2O_2 contents of skeletal muscle were clearly increased in group s E30 to E120. (3)ATP synthesis activity elevated at 30 min of exercise and returned to the baseline thereafter,whereas respiratory control index without remarkable change in groups E30 to E120. Conclusion Muscular mirol mRNA expression significantly increased during 120min of exercise as compared with the resting status and thus facilitated the mitochondrial respiratory and ATP synthesis for matching the energy demand during exercise.

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects and side effects of concurrent radiotherapy combined with interventional artery infusion chemotherapy in advanced cervical carcinoma.Methods 48 patients with advanced cervical carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups including concurrent radiotherapy combied with interventional artery.infusion ehemotherapy group (25 patients) and radiotherapy group (23 patients).Each patient in the concurrent radiotherapy combined with interventional artery infusion chemotherapy group was given THP,DDP and 5-Fu,repeatedly every 28 days,total 3-4 cycles.Radiotherapy was given at the same time.Results The effective rates of the concurrent radiotherapy combined with interventional artery infusion chemotherapy group and radiotherapy group were 92.0 ％ (23/25)and 69.6 ％ (16/23),respectively.The overall 3 year survival rates for the patients in concurrent radiotherapy eombined with interventional artery infusion chemotherapy group and radiotherapy group were 80.0 ％ (20/25)and 52.2 ％ (12/23),respectively,and there was statistically significant between the 2 groups (all P ＜ 0.05).No more side effects were found in the concurrent radiotherapy combined interventional artery infusion chemotherapy group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Concurrent radiotherapy combined with interventional artery infusion chemotherapy in advanced cervical carcinoma can increase short term therapeutic effect and improve the survival rate of the patients without more side effects.

Objective To investigate the prognostic value of lymph node status evaluated by computed tomography (CT) in cervical carcinoma treated with radical chemoradiation therapy.Methods 209 patients with FIGO stage Ⅰ B-ⅣA uterine cervical carcinoma treated with radical chemo radiation therapy were enrolled.Lymph node status was evaluated based on site,number and size respectively by CT.Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the impact of lymph node status as well as other pathoclinical factors on overall survival (OS).Cox regression model was used to explore the relationship between independent prognostic factors and OS.Results Lymph node metastasis rates for stage Ⅰ B,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and ⅣA patients were 16.7 ％ (1/6),48.2 ％ (68/141),57.4 ％ (31/54) and 87.5 ％ (7/8),respectively.Variate analysis showed that FIGO stage,anemia before treatment,para-aortic lymph node metastasis,and the number (≥3) and size (maximum diameter ≥ 2.0 cm) of CT positive lymph node were significant unfavorable prognostic factors for OS (P ＜ 0.05).FIGO stage,the number of lymph nodes metastasis,pathologic diagnosis and treatment regimen were identified to be independent prognostic factors in multivariate analysis.Conclusion Under current therapeutic strategy of concomitant chemoradiotherapy,lymph node metastatic status evaluated by pretreatment CT is still a significant and independent prognostic factor for cervical cancer.

Objective:The response surface methodology (RSM) and Box-Behnken design were adopted to optimize the preparation for citrus oils β-cyclodextrin microspheres inclusion compound. And the physical characterization and heat stability were evaluated.Methods:The best preparation technology included inverse emulsion polymerization and saturated water solution method, with volatile oil weight ratio and microspheres, microspheres and water feeding ratio, inclusion temperature as impact factors, inclusion rate as the response value, establish regression model,. We explored the orange peel naphtha beta ring paste by microscopy, infrared spectroscopy (IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and heat stability test.Results:The best preparation technology included the essential oil with beta ring paste microspheres ( V: m), the ratio of 1:10, beta ring paste small ball and the ratio of water (m: V) for 1:15, and inclusion temperature for 41 ℃. The average encapsulation efficiency and the average rate of yield under optimized conditions were 62.21% and 85.24%, respectively. The physical characterization and thermal stability tests demonstrated that the β-cyclodextrin microsphere inclusion complex of volatile oil from Citrus was successfully prepared and the physical properties were stable. Conclusion:The preparation method of citrus oils β-cyclodextrin microspheres inclusion compound by using the response surface methodology.
