Objective To explore the term efficacy and the influence on the immune function and hemotology toxicity of Shenqi-Fuzheng injection to advanced gastric cancer patients combined with SP chemotherapy.Methods 53 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into an observation group (26 cases) and a control group (27 cases).All patients were treated in the oncology department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army 264th Hospital during 2010.1 ～2012.6.The observation group accepted SP chemotherapy plus Shenqi-Fuzheng injection and the control group was treated with SP chemotherapy.After 2 cycles of chemotherapy the term efficacy was evaluated,cellular immune function index and hemotology adverse reaction were observed.Results The objective response rate (RR) between the treatment group and the control group had no difference (x2=0.024,P＞0.05).After 2 cycles of treatment,CD3+ (64.09±7.59)％,CD4+ (44.17±6.09)％,CD8+ (27.60±7.64)％,CD4+/CD8+ (1.63±0.66) and NK(28.07±7.28)％ in the observation group were higher than the control group [accordingly (54.64 ± 6.39) ％,(35.01 ± 6.05) ％,(24.29 ±7.41) ％,(1.30 ± 0.72),(25.06 ± 7.24) ％,(P＜ 0.05)].The incidence of leukocyte decline in the observation group was 19.23％,and 44.44％ in the control group.There was significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Shenqi-Fuzheng injection plus SP chemotherapy can improve the cellular immune function and the tolerance to chemotherapy and reduce hemotology adverse of patients with advanced gastric cancer.

Objective: To search for the weighting the doctor’s service value and method to give the payment to doctors. Methods:From the hierarchy of medical service items, medical service items are classified, the weight of medical service item are calculated by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) , the Harvard University doctor workload measurement model is established. Results: According to the weight of medical service items, to calculate the workload of doctors integrated with practical work quantity. Conclusion:By applying the theoretical results into practices, the estimation system of doctor workload was smoothly operated in the organization.

AIM To observe the inhibitory effects of tricin on the airway inflammation in low concentration LPS induced asthma mice.METHODS The model of asthma mice with airway inflammation was induced by low concentration LPS plus OVA.There were four groups:blank control group,asthma model group,tricin treatment group and dexamethasone (positive drug) treatment group.The levels of inflammatory factors,including NO,TNF-α and IL-1β,in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were detected by ELISA;the pathology of lung tissue was observed by HE staining;the mRNA and protein expressions of TLR4,MyD88 and NF-κB p65 in alveolar macrophages were detected using real-time quantitative PCR (RT-PCR) and Western blot.RESULTS Tricin could significantly decrease the levels of NO,TNF-α and IL-1β in BALF of asthma mice and improve lung inflammation.It could also down-regulate the relative mRNA and protein expressions of TLR4,MyD88 and NF-κB p65.CONCLUSION Tricin has inhibitory effects on airway inflammation in asthma mice,whose mechanism may be related to the intervention of TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB pathway.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the application of micro-lecture in pharmacology teaching. METHODS:Based on a correct view of micro-lecture and the sample of positive inotropic effect and mechanism of cardiac glycosides,mi-cro-lecture design of pharmacology was explored from aspects of design objects,contents,technical support and application mode. RESULTS:As the main carrier of micro-lecture,video took the advantages of topic prominence,resource diversity,short and pithy and easy to use;the objects were five-year undergraduate medical students of the Jiangxi Univesity of Traditional Chinese Medicane;and the key and difficult points in pharmacology courses were selected for the complete teaching of these points in a short time as much as possible;record screen-based software model was conduced for video making and the course was uploaded to Kingsoft disk sharing. CONCLUSIONS:As a new teaching mode,course design is the basis and it is essential for the smooth de-velopment. A good micro-lecture design has positive improvement effect on improving the teaching efficacy of Pharmacolgy tradi-tional class.

Objective To explore the feasibility of single?incision laparoscopic sigmoid colon vaginoplasty in women with congenital absence of va?gina. Methods Clinical data of thirty?two patients with congenital absence of vagina admitted in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University be?tween January 2008 and June 2014 was retrospectively analyzed. Nineteen patients underwent laparoscopic assisted sigmoid colon vaginoplasty,and thirteen paitiens underwent single?incision laparoscopic sigmoid colon vaginoplasty. The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,evacuation time and follow up were compared between the two groups. Results In the group of single?incision laparoscopic sigmoid colon vaginoplasty,the opera?tion time was shorter and intraoperative blood loss was less. There was no difference between two groups in evacuation time. There was no infection or leakage of anastomotic stoma of sigmoid colon,and no postoperative stenosis of the neovagina and its length was satisfied. Patients were satisfied with the quality of sexual life after the surgery. Patients underwent single?incision laparoscopic sigmoid colon vaginoplasty were all satisfied with the ap?pearance of abdomen. Conclusion The single?incision laparoscopic sigmoid colon vaginoplasty can simplify the procedure of intestinal anastomo?sis,shorten the operation time,and reduce the intraoperative blood loss. Consequently,the single?incision laparoscopic sigmoid colon vaginoplasty is effective and safe.

Objective To study the effect of consciousness restoring needling method combined with Jingjin needling method for shoulder-joint semiluxation patients after stroke.Methods The 108 patients were divided randomly into the treated group(n=58) and the control group(n=50).The treated group was treated with consciousness restoring and Jingjin Needling while the control group treated with consciousness restoring only.The therapeutic effect,shoulder joint movement,and severity of nervous impairment of both groups were observed.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in total effective rate and improvement of joint movement and nervous function(P

Objective To investigate the correlation between the-1562 C/T polymorphism of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and the risk of ischemic stroke.Methods All the relevant literatures published were searched from PubMed,Embase,MEDLINE,Web of Science as well as CBMdisc and CNKI before May 2013.After extracting data,a meta-analysis of the studies meeting the requirements was conducted by using Review Manager Version 5.0 and Stata 11.0 software.The effect size was pooled and odds ratio (OR) and 95％ confidence interval (CI) were calculated.Results Six studies were enrolled,including 1115 patients and 979 controls.The ORs after pooled analysis (95％ CIs) were C/T vs.C/C:1.10 (0.71-1.71) and T/T vs.C/C:1.78 (0.89-3.57) of the codominant genetic model,respectively; C/T + T/T vs.C/C:1.13 (0.76-1.67) of the dominant genetic model; T/T vs.C/T + C/C:1.79 (0.90-3.57) of the recessive genetic model,which suggested that there was no significant correlation between the-1562 C/T polymorphism of MMP-9 gene and the risk of ischemic stroke.The analysis of 5 studies in Chinese populations showed that the ORs (95％ CIs) of the above 4 genetic models were 1.24 (0.76-2.04),1.43 (0.52-3.92),1.25 (0.80-1.97),and 1.33 (0.49-3.62),respectively.There were also no significant differences.Conclusions According to the analysis of the available literatures,there was no significant correlation between the-1562 C/T polymorphism of MMP-9 gene and the risk of ischemic stroke.

Objective To summarize the clinical features of pituitary carcinoma and discuss the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.Methods Clinical manifestations,imaging,pathologic features of one case of pituitary carcinoma were analyzed and literatures about diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of pituitary carcinoma were reviewed.Results The patient manifested polyuria onset,headache and anterior pituitary dysfunction and MRI showed pituitary lesions.He had been undergone two transsphenoidal surgery in our hospital,pathologic examinations were respectively non-functioning adenomas and atypical pituitary adenoma and tumor proliferation index (Ki-67) both were more than 30％.He was recommended radiation therapy but refused.Five months later,he was diagnosed as primary pituitary gland cancer due to the tumor widespread intracranial metastasis and no other malignant lesions in body.Conclusions Primary pituitary carcinoma is a very rare tumor,mostly transformed from the invasive pituitary adenoma.It helps predict tumor proliferation and prognosis to test the level of Ki-67 index.Primary pituitary adenocarcinoma needs comprehensive treatment and the prognosis is related to the treatment response.

Objective To explore the effects of estrogen and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor 1 inhibitor（saralasin）on cell proliferation,cell cycle and apoptosis in endometrial carcinoma cell line HEC-1A.Methods Immunocytochemical assay was applied to detect the expression of AT1-R,PI3K,p-Akt and ERK protein in HEC-1A cell.The effects of estrogen and saralasin on cell proliferation,cell cycle distribution and apoptosis of HEC-1A cell were detected by MTT assay and fluorescence activated cell sorting technique.The expression of ERK and p-Akt protein in HEC-1A cell treated with estrogen and saralasin were analyzed by Western blot.Results The expression of AT1-R,PI3K,pAkt,and ERK protein was found in HEC-1A cell.Estrogen stimulated the proliferation of HEC-1A cell,decreased G0~G1 phase proportion and increased S phase proportion significantly,minimized the number of apoptotic cells,and up-regulated the expression of ERK protein.Saralasin obviously inhibited the proliferation and induced apoptosis of estrogen induced HEC-1A cell,increased G0~G1 phase proportion and decreased S phase proportion,and down-regulated the expression of ERK protein.Conclusion Estrogen could promote the proliferation of HEC-1A cell through AT1-R.AT1-R inhibitor saralasin could inhibit the proliferation and induce the apoptosis of estrogen induced HEC-1A cell.The down-regulation of ERK protein expression by interrupting the mitogen-activated protein kinase（MAPK）signaling pathway might be involved in the possible mechanism.Thus saralasin could be a valid approach to treat ER-negative endometrial carcinoma.
