Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2016;36(11):183-185
Objective To study cervical human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and genotype distribution characteristics in patients with vaginal disease. Methods The PCR dot blot was used to carry out HPV detection of cervical exfoliated cells in 816 women with cervical lesions in the hospital, and 23 kinds of HPV genotypes were identified. Results Among the 816 cases receiving HPV type detection, HPV of 532 cases (65.20%) was positive, including 371 cases (69.74%) with low-risk HPV (HR-HPV) infection, 161 cases (30.26%) with low-risk HPV infection (LR-HPV) (P<0.05).The HPV infection rate below 45 years old was relatively higher. The HPV infection rate in patients with cervical cancer (97.10%) was higher than that in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) II -III (80.54%), patients with CIN Ⅰ(41.55%) and patients with cervicitis (17.20%) (P<0.05).The top five types of HPV infection were HPV16, 58, 18, 11 and 56 type, respectively. The single infection rate (79.70%) was higher than multiple infection rate (20.30%) (P<0.05); HR-HPV infection was the main infection in single infection, and double infection was the main infection in multiple infection. Conclusion Below 45 years old women are the high-risk groups of HPV infection.16, 58, 18, 11 and 56 are the main types of HPV infection. The infection rates of patients with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions are relatively higher.Paying attention to the screening of HPV infection has positive significance in the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.

Objective To discusse the effect of edaravone for brain tissue oxidative damage after cerebral hemorrhage through observing the hemorrhage rats back edema and the change of lipid peroxidation. Methods 150 healthy and clean male SD rats, were randomly divided to sham operation group, control group, treatment group,50 cases in each group, each group choose five time points, post operative 0.5 day,1 day,2 days,3 days, 4 days, observed different 10 rats at each time point. The intracerebral hemorrhage model was made by using the method of stereotactic autologous blood injection. The changes of water content, the content of MDA and the activity of superoxide dismutase were monitored in three groups at different time points. Results Surrounding the hematoma in the brain tissue around the hematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage in sham operation group, treatment group of postoperative day 1-4 days each time hematoma surrounding brain tissue water content was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);Control group after 2 days of cerebral edema and reached the highest value;Sham operation group and treatment group of postoperative half of the day to 4 days each time the content of MDA were significantly lower than in control group ( P <0.05 );Sham operation group and treatment group postoperative half of the day to 4 days each time the brain tissue SOD activity was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect is obvious that edaravone for cerebral hemorrhage rats brain tissue around hematoma edema, reduce cerebral hemorrhage rat tissue oxidative damage.
6.Metronomic chemotherapy and breast cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(7):524-527
Angiogenesis plays a very important role in the development and metastasis of breast cancer. Low-dose metronomic chemotherapy based on the traditional chemotherapy drugs has antiangiogenic effect. As far as its mechanism, low toxicity or low incidence of drug resistance is concerned, it is feasible for breast cancer therapy. It displayed the validity and feasibility in the pre-clinical studies and clinical trials, which provided a new treatment strategy for the breast cancer.

Objective To observe the expression of P2X receptors in the hippocampus of telomerase gene knockout mice after acupuncturing the bilateral ST36 acupoints. Methods Eighteen telomerase gene knockout homozygous mice were randomly divided into a blank control group (group A),a manual acupuncture group (group B) and an electric acupuncture group (group C),each of 6.Group A was not given any intervention, while groups B and C were provided with manual or electric acupuncture at point ST36 for 7 days. The expression of P2X receptors and cAMP response element bound protein (CREB) in the hippocampus were observed and compared among the 3 groups. Results The expression of P2X4 in the hippocampus was not significantly different among the 3 groups in groups B and C decreased significantly compared with group A,but there were no significant differences between group Bs and C.The expression of CREB in group C decreased significantly compared with groups A and B.Conclusion EA inhibits the expression of P2X4 receptor and CREB the hippocampus. The signaling pathway may play an important role in the mechanism of action of acupuncture in neurodegenerative diseases.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(01):-
Objective:To find the influence of the immuno-suppressive drug on the incidence and genotype of oral Candida albicans.Methods:51 patients using immuno-suppressive drug for 1 to 3 months were enrolled, the controls were 26 health subjects.Oral rinse samples from the patients and the controls were assessed for the growth of yeast. The liquid samples were plated on CHROMagar Candida. The isolates were defined to the species level and the genotypic subgroups by PCR method.PCR results were proved by sequencing. Results:The incidence of Candida albican in the patients and controls was 20% and 7.69% respectively. The genotype of the Candida albican in the controls is A subgroup, that in the patients included A,B and C subgroups. Conclusion:Long term of immuno-suppressive drug use can influence the genotype and incidence of oral Candida albican.
9.Evaluation of dose delivery stability of a new linear accelerator TrueBeam
China Medical Equipment 2014;(6):34-36,37
Objective:To study the long-term stability of 6MV photon beam on TrueBeam, which is a new linear accelerator introduced by Varian Medical System. Methods:QA BeamChecker Plus (QABC+, Standard Imaging Inc., Middleton, USA) was used to measure 6MV X-ray on TrueBeam linac as daily quality assurance (Daily QA). Dosimetric parameter, including output Constancy, flatness and symmetry, were employed to evaluate the dose delivery stability of TrueBeam linac. Results: Daily QA results of 18 months showed the dose output delta was (0.0%±0.7%), only once out of tolerance of 2%. The constancy of Flatness was excellent with the delta of (0.1%±0.1%). The symmetric of axial and transverse varied within 1%. Conclusion:The output constancy of TrueBeam with 6MV is very stable, as well as flatness and symmetry. It’s stable and reliable to implement Truebeam linear accelerator in clinical.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2021;20(4):485-488
Objective:To explore whether the professional commitment of nursing undergraduates was affected and changed during the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods:Three surveys were conducted on all nursing undergraduates in the school of nursing of a comprehensive university at different stages before and during the epidemic. Three surveys all adopted "College Students' Professional Commitment Survey Scale". SPSS 23.0 was used for descriptive statistics and ANOVA analysis. Results:The overall scores of professional commitment in the three surveys were (3.54±0.55), (3.42± 0.57) and (3.57±0.68), all of which were above the average level, with little change. There was no statistically significant difference in the mean scores of professional commitment among the three surveys ( F = 2.803, P = 0.062). In all dimensions, except ideal commitment ( F = 0.966, P = 0.381), affective commitment ( F = 3.502, P = 0.031), normative commitment ( F = 34.791, P < 0.001) and continuance commitment ( F = 7.632, P = 0.001) all had significant statistical significance. Conclusion:The change of professional commitment of nursing undergraduates during the epidemic was not significant, but it was affected positively. During the epidemic, the value of nursing was highlighted and the professional identity of nursing undergraduates was enhanced. We should vigorously carry forward the great anti-epidemic spirit, and make good use of anti-epidemic materials to carry out students' professional ideological education. At the same time, vocational spirit, knowledge of professional prevention and protection and specialized nursing education should be strengthened.
