To investigate the difference of CO_2 transport during continuous flow apneic ventilation (CFAV) between with 100% 0_2 and with 60%N_2O-40% O_2. Method: Twelve dogs were randomly divided into equally group N_2O and group O_2. A catheter was introduced into each main-stem bronchus using a fiberoptic bronchoscope and endotraeheal tube positioned in place for CFAV. With 60%N_2O-40% O_2 in group N_2O and 100% O_2 in group O_2 lungs were ventilated at flow rate of 1L?kg~(-1)?min~(-1) Blood gas analysis, HR, MAP and SaO_2 were recorded every 30min during period of 180min. Result: In group O_2, PaCO_2 increased from 4.88?0.63kPa to 8.73?1.11kPa. In Group N_2O, PaCO_2 were increased gradually from 5.51?0.94kPa to 6.18?0.67kPa. Objective To study the effect of fast tract surgery (FTS) used in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods For the experimental group, 341 inpatients with TKA in the Joint Surgery Department of Shandong Provincial Hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were treated with FTS nursing measures. For the control group, 355 inpatients with TKA of the same department from January 2013 to May 2014 were treated with conventional nursing measures. The effects of FTS nursing measures, the parameters of patients′ postoperative complications, average hospitalization days and the function recovery of knee joint were evaluated respectively. Results After implementing the FTS nursing measures , the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs reduced from 8.45%(30/355) to 2.35%(8/341) (χ2=2.340, P<0.05). The average hospitalization days treated without/with FTS nursing measures were:unilateral knee (14.49±3.62) days (without FTS) vs. (11.95±4.53) days (with FTS), bilateral knees (15.80± 3.01) days (without FTS) vs. (13.19±4.08) days (with FTS)(t=3.166, P<0.05). Two weeks after surgery, the HSS scores in the experimental group was 65.72 ± 5.54, while the HSS scores in the control group was 52.43 ± 7.32 (t=2.452, P < 0.05). Three months after surgery, the HSS scores in the experimental group was 88.72 ± 7.10, while the HSS scores in the control group was 72.14 ± 8.73 (t=2.528, P < 0.05). Conclusions FTS nursing measures could significantly reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, shorten the hospitalization days of inpatients, and promote the functional recovery of knees.

Objective To evaluate the effect of early exercise intervention on deep venous thrombosis (DVT) after joint replacement.Methods 100 patients with joint replacement were divided into observation group including 50 cases and control group including 50 cases by random number table method.Early exercise intervention was used in observation group and usual nursing was used in control group.The hemodynamic index (femoral vein blood flow peak velocity and average velocity) and DVT incidence were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention for 3 days,the femoral vein blood flow peak velocity and average velocity of observation group respectively were (43.5±4.1) cm/s and (27.3±3.2) cm/s,those of control group respectively were(36.6±3.7) cm/s and (20.2±2.8) cm/s.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=2.987,2.895,P ＜ 0.05).After the intervention for 7 days,the femoral vein blood flow peak velocity and average velocity of observation group respectively were (56.1±4.7) cm/s and (32.1±3.9) cm/s,those of control group respectively were (41.3±3.9) cm/s and (22.4±4.3) cm/s.The femoral vein blood flow peak velocity and average velocity of observation group significantly higher than control group(t=3.675,2.929,P ＜ 0.05).The DVT incidence of control group and observation group respectively were 40.0％(20/50) and 14.0％(7/50),showed significant differences between the two groups(x2=8.574,P=0.003).Conclusions Using the early exercise intervention on patients with joint replacement can effectively improve the lower limb venous blood flow velocity and prevent DVT.

OBJECTIVETo explore the auricular point specificity of the electric determination in stroke so as to provide the evidence for the objective study on the auricular point diagnosis in stroke.

METHODSThirty patients of stroke were selected in an observation group; 30 patients of non-stroke internal medicine disorder were in a control group A; 30 persons of healthy examination were in a control group B. In the observation group.and the control group A, beside the conventional treatment, acupuncture was applied to all the cases. In the observation group, Jianyu (LI 15), Quchi (LI 11), Shousanili (LI 10), Hegu (LI 4), Waiguan (TE 5), Liangqiu (ST 34), Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and Taichong (LR 3) were selected on the affected side. In the control group A, Yin-tang (GV 29), Baihui (GV 20), Sishencong (EX-HN 1), Fengfu (GV 16), Dazhui (GV 14), Fengchi (GB 20), Tianzhu (BL 10), Jiaji (EX-B 2) C4-C7 were selected. Acupuncture was given once a day in the two groups. The; treatment of one week made one session, and continuously 2 sessions were required. In the control group B, the convention physical examination was provided without any medication and acupuncture involved. The CLRH-A auricular point detector was used to detect the entire auricular point area in the subjects and the positive reaction sites of auricular points in the subjects of each group before and after treatment separately. The auricular point positive detecting score and positive point frequency were observed in the subjects.

RESULTSBefore treatment, the auricular points detecting score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group A and control group B (both P<0. 05). The difference in the score between the control groups was not significant in' comparison (P>0. 05). In two weeks of treatment, the auricular points detecting score in the observation group was reduced apparently (P<0. 05). The difference was not significant before and after treatment in either the control grolip A or the control group B (both P>0.05). In the observation group, the first 15 points with high frequencies of positive reaction were naogan (AT3,4i), pizhixia (AT4), e (AT1), xin (CO15), gan (CO12), nie (AT2), zhen (AT3), shen (CO10), jiaogan (AH6a), pi (CO13) shenmen (TF4), wei (CO4), neifenmi (CO18), shenshangxian (TG2p) and erjian (HX6,7i). The differences were significant in the frequencies of positive reaction at 9 auricular points as compared with the control group A and the control group B respectively, named naogan (AT3,4i), pizhixia (AT4), e (AT1), xin (CO15), gan (CO12), nie (AT2), zhen (AT3), shen (CO10) and jiaogan (AH6a) (all P <0. 05).

CONCLUSIONThe pathological degree of positive reaction about auricular points in stroke patients is higher than those in the patients of non-stroke internal medicine disease and the healthy people. It is verified that the auricular diagnostic method is specific in stroke. naogan (AT3,4i), pizhixia (AT4), e (AT1), xin (C15), gan (GO12), nie (AT2), zhen (AT3), shen (CO10) and jiaogan (AH6a) are correlative with stroke.

Objective To evaluate the image quality and obtained by the tube current modulation base on time bolus peak in low voltage in CTPA.Methods 30 consecutive patients suspected pulmonary embolism(PE)were prospectively enrolled,and satisfy the following conditions.The study was performed by 64-slice spiral CT system (lightspeed VCT-XT,GE healthcare),Tube voltage was set at 80 kV.Tube current settings related to the attenuation of ROIs by test bolus peak.The injection parameters were set up by injection flow rate (4 mL/s),contrast medium dose (28 mL),and saline flushing dose (40 mL).All images were evaluated by two observers blinded to pulmonary CTA protocol,including attenuation,noise,SNR and CNR.The image quality was evaluate by 4-score.To evaluate the relationship between influential factor and image quality using Pearson correlation analysis.A P-value <0.05 was considered to indicate a statistically significant difference.Results The time bolus peak was statistically significant influence on attenuation(r=0.398,P =0.029).There was no statistically significant influence on noise (r=0.104,P =0.583),signal-to-noise ra-tio (r=0.263,P =0.1 60)and contrast-to-noise ratio(r=0.299,P =0.109).The other factors(BM,BMI and BSA)was no statisti-cally significant influence on the image quality(P > 0.05 ).The mean attenuation,noise,SNR and CNR on pulmonary trunk was (628.63±146.46)HU,(53.92±14.07)HU,12.02±3.1 7 and 10.81±3.10,respectively.The percentage of assessable pulmonary arteries was 95.82%.Conclusion The tube current modulation base on time bolus peak in low voltage could offer assessable image quality and raise image stability.

To set up a new rapid method for the rapid determination of influenza virus H5N1 and H7N9 basing on the Multi-Analyte Suspension Array (MASA) technology. Sequence analysis and design of degenerate primers and specific probes were set in the comparison and analysis of H5, N1, H7 and N9 genes. In combination with MASA technology, these primers and probes were used for the determination of samples of H5N1 and H7N9 and other subtypes ( H1N1, PH1N1, H5N2, H3N2 and H9N2). We developed a rapid determination method. This method had high specificity and sensitivity that could detect H5N1 and H7N9 at one time, and could detect samples that containing 10 copies of H5N1 and H7N9. This determination method could be used for rapid determination of influenza virus H5N1 and H7N9 at one time.

We aimed to develop a real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) detection method for the Reston subtype of the Ebola virus. The NP gene of the Reston subtype of the Ebola virus was selected as the detection object. Sequences of different subtypes of Ebola viruses were aligned using Clustal W software. The most unique and conserved regions of the Reston subtype of the Ebola virus were recruited as candidate sequences for specific primers. Primer Express and Primer Premier 5. 0 software were used to filter the optimal pair of primers for detection. Real-time PCR was carried out using optimized parameters and positive DNA prepared by serial (tenfold) dilution of a recombinant plasmid and by plotting a standard curve. In addition, the reproducibility, accuracy, and specificity of the assay were tested. Results showed that the sensitivity of detection of the Reston subtype of the Ebola virus by real-time PCR could reached 10(2) copies/microL. The linear relationship (R2) reached 0.997, the slope of the standard curve was -0.3101, and amplification efficiency was 110.145%. A sharp and narrow melting peak appeared at 79.94 degrees C for all standards in different dilutions. In conclusion, a fast and sensitive real-time PCR detection system for the Reston subtype of the Ebola virus was developed. This system could be used as a supplementary diagnostic and monitoring approach for basic and clinical studies on the Reston subtype of the Ebola virus. The detection system does not require expensive technology or specialist operators.

Objective To observe the changes of blood lipid and intestinal short-chain fatty acids in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) induced by high-fat diet,and to explore the role of intestinal short-chain fatty acids in the pathogenesis of NAFLD.Methods Male SD rats (n =12) were randomly divided into control group and high-fat group according to the random number table.The control group was fed with normal diet,while the high-fat group was fed with high-fat diet.The rats were sacrificed at the end of eighth week after experiment.HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of the liver in the two groups,the changes in serum lipid profile were measured,and the changes of the contents of feces short-chain fatty acids in the two groups of rats were determined by gas chromatography.Results The levels of serum alanine transaminase [(139.6 ± 17.29) U/L vs.(37.67 ±5.28) U/L],aspartate transaminase [(367 ±49.36) U/Lvs.(97.67 ±13.92) U/L],triglyceride [(0.83±0.08) mmol/Lvs.(0.60± 0.04) mmol/L],totalcholesterol [(6.34±0.53) mmol/Lvs.(1.77±0.29) mmol/L],andvery-lowdensity lipoprotein [(0.31 ±0.03) mmol/L vs.(0.22 ±0.01) mmol/L] in the high-fat group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of acetic acid,propionic acid and total short-chain fatty acids in the high-fat group were significantly lower [(0.16 ± 0.03) ng/μlvs.(0.21±0.04) ng/μl;(0.05±0.01) ng/μlvs.(0.08±0.01) ng/μl;(0.25±0.05) ng/μl vs.(0.33 ± 0.05) ng/μl;all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The level of intestinal short-chain fatty acids is reduced in the NAFLD rats induced by high-fat diet.Monitoring of feces short-chain fatty acids may play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of NAFLD.
