1.Research progress of fecal and urinary biomarkers for early diagnosis of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(11):1089-1092
Necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is the most common severe gastrointestinal emergency in neonatal period. Searching biomarkers to identify infants at greatest risk of developing NEC might be of importance for early diagnosis, effective treatment and better prognosis of NEC. Biomarkers from stool and urine attract great attention due to non-invasiveness and easy availability of fecal and urinary sampling. This article reviews the latest research progress of non-invasive biomarkers including intestinal fatty acid binding protein, serum amyloid A, complement C3a and C5a in urine;fecal lactoferrin, intestinal bacteria spectrum, fecal calprotectin, S100A12 and high mobility group box-1 protein.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(3):24-26
Objective To study the effect of post-hospital nursing intervention on blood pressure and medication compliance of hypertensive patients. Methods One hundred hypertensive patients were divided into the observation group and the control group in equal number by the random digits table. Those in the control returned regularly for consultations and took medicine under doctor’s supervision and those in the observation group received out-of-hospital nursing intervention apart from the nursing done to the controls. The blood pressure and medicine-taking compliance were assessed in 6 months.Result The observation group was significantly better than the control one in terms of blood pressure and medicine-taking compliance(both P<0.05).Conclusion The post-hospital systematic nursing intervention may help to control the blood pressure of hypertensive patients and enhance their medicine-taking compliance so as to improve the curative effect.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and nursing methods of bilevel positive air-way pressure(BiPAP)ventilation in patients with neurogenic pulmonary edema(NPE).Methods Totally 11 NPE patients from January 2004 to December 2007 were enrolled.Ventilation support adopted specific invasive BiPAP mode of Puritan-Bennett840.Aiway pressure release ventilation(APRV)tactics was ap- plied in this mode. The blood oxygen saturation rote(SpO2),acidity-alkalinity(pH),arterial oxygen pres-sure(PaO2),arterial carbon dioxide pressure(PaCO2)were analyzed and compared between synchronized intemittent mandatory ventilation(SIMV)mede2 h and 24 h after BiPAP ventilation. Results Among, arterial blood gas analysis of 11 patients,SpO2 and PaO2 were obviously ameliorated after BiPAP ventilation compared with SIMV ventilation. No side-effect occurred. Conclusions The application of invasive Bi- PAP ventilation support in NPE patients proved to be a fast and effective method.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(4):437-441
OBJECTIVE:To provide references for perfecting the drug safety supervision mechanisms in China. METHODS:Based on the theory of“market failure”“contract failure”and“government failure”,representative drug safety supervision mecha-nisms were selected from USA for analysis and evaluation. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:USA has made some achievements in the implementation and application of drug safety supervision mechanisms. The representative drug safety supervision mechanisms included prescription drug applicant payment mechanism, drug safety information communication mechanism, punishment and in-centive mechanism, public-private partnership mechanism, passive monitoring and active monitoring combination mechanism. These mechanisms relieved“government failure”of FDA,and solved the problems of“market failure”and“contract failure”to cer-tain extent. In China, drug safety supervision mechanisms should be perfected from refining the legal guarantee, mobilizing exter-nal forces completely, absorbing and applying modern information technology, focusing on both prevention and disposal, paying at-tention to the coordination of different mechanism, striving for open procedure and transparent result.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Alyxia sinensis.METHODS:The characteristic study, microscopic identification and TLC identification of Alyxia sinensis were performed, and the content of Ursolic acid in which was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The chief characteristics of Alyxia sinensis have been summarized. The linear range of Ursolic acid was 0.053~10.600 ?g(r=0.999 9) with its average recovery at 101.45%(RSD=1.72,n=9).CONCLUSION:The established standard can be used for the quality control of Alyxia sinensis.

Objective:To determine the CD 30 expression in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS).Methods:The double immunofluorescence technique and flow cytometry were used. Results:There is no significant difference among the three groups of HFRS patients on the CD + 4CD - 30 T lymphocyte subset. While the CD + 4CD + 30 T cells increase and the difference between severe group and mild-moderate group is very significant(P

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpiqinghua Particles and Wentong Powder on early stage of diabetic feet adding to basal treatment, and to establish a standardized clinical diabetic foot prevention program of integrated traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:Take a randomized blind placebo-controlled add-on trial:The treatment group of 20 was given with Jianpiqinghua Particle(oral),Wentong Powder(foot washing),the control group of 20 was given placebo by same methods. The course in both groups was16 weeks. The change of total effect body and foot feeling(VAS scale),electro-neurophysiological examination and ankle/brachial ratio were evaluated. Results:The TCM group was superior to the control group in improving the body and feet clinical symptoms, nerve conduction velocity, evoked potential amplitude and the ABI index(P

AIM To establish a UV spectrophotometry for the determination of arsenic in Jiuji Xingjun Capsules. METHODS Arsenic was transformed into hydrogen arsenide, then silver diethyldithiocarbamate was reduced for colloid silver by hydrogen arsenide, its absorbance was determined at the wavelength of 507 nm. RESULTS The linearity range of curve was 0.5-4.5 ?g?mL -1 ( r =0.999 5, n =7),The average recovery was 100.11 % ( RSD =1.64 T《B》 % , n =15). CONCLUSION This method is rapid and accurate.

Homoacetogens are a group of microorganisms with application potential to produce chemicals and biofuels by the bioconversion of synthesis gas. In this study, we collected waste activated sludge samples to screen homoacetogens by Hungate anaerobic technique, and studied the effect of pH on acetate and alcohol production from H2/CO2 gas. The mixed culture contained Clostridium ljungdahlii, Lysinibacillus fusiformis and Bacillus cereus. Acetate concentration achieved 31.69 mmol/L when the initial pH was 7. The mixed culture containing homoacetogen could converting H2/CO2 to acetate, which provides an efficient microbial resource for the bioconversion of synthesis gas.
