Chinese Mental Health Journal 2010;24(2):144-148
Objective: To explore the characteristics of acculturation and its relationship to school life satisfac-tion for Hani junior and senior middle school students. Methods: The Acculturation Survey of Hani Middle School Students and School Life Satisfaction Rating Questionnaire for Adolescents were used to test 621 students in 3 senior middle schools and 2 junior middle schools from 3 different counties resided mainly by Hani people, in Honghe pre-fecture. Result: (1) The scores of acculturation and its dimensions had statistical significant difference in gender, family residence, and grade (F=3.46, 3.29, Ps<0.05). The total average scores of acculturation was more than median value for Hard students [(3.79±0.65) > median value 3] . The score of acculturation in female students was significantly higher than that in male students [(3.85±0.61)vs.(3.74±0.68), P<0.01] . The score of school educational identification in the students from rural areas was higher than that from town areas [(3.89±0.75)vs.(3.64±0.69), P<0.05]. Meanwhile, the score of Chinese familiarities in students from town was higher than that in ones from rural areas [(3.96±0.98)vs.(3.47±0.82), (3.53±0.90), P <0.05] . (2) As the graph of average data points were seen, with the transference of grades, the score of their ac-culturation appeared the winding changes. (3) The average scores of acculturation and its 3 dimensions were positively correlated with the school life satisfactions (r=0.52, 0.44, 0.51, 0.29, Ps<0.01). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that school life satisfaction was related to school educational identification and main-stream cultural identity. Conclusion: It indicates that female and ones lived in town have higher level of accultura-tion in Hani middle school students, and higher level of acculturation be correlated to higher level of school life sat-is faction.

Objective To investigate the neuroprotective effects of picrodideⅡ on cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Intraluminal thread methods were applied to establish the left middle cerebral artery occlusion reperfusion models (MCAO/R) in rats. PicrodideⅡ (10mg/kg) and salvianic acid A sodium (10mg/kg) were injected from tail vein for treatment. The neurological behavioral function was evaluated with Bederson's test. The cerebral infarction volume was observed with tetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining. The structure of cells was observed with histopathology. The apoptosis positive cells were counted by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase midiated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL). Results The neurological behavioral malfunction appeared in all rats with MCAO/R. The infarction focus showed in the ischemic hemisphere following cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. In the picrodideⅡ and salvianic acid A sodium treatment groups, the number of apoptosis positive cells decreased and the cerebral infarction volume reduced, while the neurological behavioral function was significantly improved than those in the model control group (P<0.05). The cerebral infarction volume in the picrodideⅡ group was smaller than that in the salvianic acid A sodium group (P<0.05).Conclusion PicrodideⅡ might reduce cerebral infarction volume and improve the neurological behavioral function through inhibiting the neuronal apoptosis induced by ischemia reperfusion injury.

Objective To investigate the application of intravascular ultrasonography in guiding the performance of interventional management for coronary true bifurcation lesions. Methods A total of 62 patients with coronary true bifurcation lesions, who were admitted to authors’ hospital during the period from April 2010 to Jan. 2014 to receive double stenting treatment, were included in this study. The patients were randomly divided into intravascular ultrasonography group (IVUS group, n=32) and coronary angiography group(CA group, n=30). The minimal lumen diameter(MLD), the minimal lumen area(MLA), the reference lumen diameter (RLD), the length of the lesion and the diameter and length of the implanted stent were determined, and the results were compared between the two groups. During the follow-up period lasting for 12 months after percutaneous coronary intervention, the incidence of in - stent thrombus, target lesion revascularization (TLR) and major adverse cardiac events were recorded. Results The MLD values of the main artery and branches in IVUS group were higher than those in CA group, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The MLA, RLD, the diameter and length of the implanted stent in IVUS group were significantly larger than those in CA group (P<0.05). The incidence of in-stent thrombus, TLR and major adverse cardiac events in IVUS group were lower than those in CA group (P>0.05). Conclusion Intravascular ultrasound- guided double stent implantation for coronary true bifurcation lesions can help optimize the performance of stenting and improve the long-term outcome of percutaneous coronary intervention.

The paper reports the systematic study on felodipine and its impurities in tablets, to improve its quality standards for the control of the related substances. HPLC-DAD, UPLC-MS, IR and NMR methods were used for the isolation of felodipine and its impurities in tablets, their identification and the zebrafish animal model was used for the analysis of the toxic impurities. In felodipine material and its tablets, three impurities are isolated and identified. They are impurity 1 [dimethyl 4-(2, 3-dichlorophenyl)-2, 6-dimethyl-1, 4-dihydropyridine-3, 5-dicarboxylate], impurity 2 [ethyl methyl 4-(2, 3-dichlorophenyl)-2, 6-dimethylpyridine-3, 5-dicarboxylate] and impurity 3 [diethyl 4-(2, 3-dichlorophenyl)-2, 6-dimethyl-1, 4-dihydropyridine-3, 5-dicarboxylate], separately. The result of zebrafish animal model analysis showed that the teratogenic effects of four compounds were: impurity 3 > or = felodipine > impurity 1 > impurity 2, lethal effects were as follows: impurity 2 = impurity 3 > felodipine > or = impurity 1. This study confirmed the toxicity of three impurities in felodipine. According to the results, the paper suggested the amendments to the standard of the medicine and provided the support to the control of impurities in the manufacturing process.

A new method for chiral separation and purity inspection of landiolol hydrochloride and its stereoisomers was developed by ultra-performance convergence chromatography ( UPC2 ) . The mobile phase was the mixture of supercritical CO2 and methanol/n-butyl alcohol/acetonitrile (1:1:1, V/V) plus 0. 5%NH3?H2O. The separation was carried out on the Daicel CHIRALPAK? IF column (150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 3 μm) with a flow rate of 2. 8 mL/min at 50℃ using 223 nm as detection wavelength. Under the optimized experimental conditions, for R,R-stereoisomer, R,S-stereoisomer and S,R-stereoisomer, the detection limits (LOD, S/N=3) were 0. 3, 0. 4 and 0. 3 mg/L, the linear ranges were 2-300 mg/L, 5-300 mg/L and 2-300 mg/L, the recoveries of spike samples were 103. 4%±2. 5%, 91. 8%±2. 5% and 101. 7%±1. 5%, and the injection repeatabilities were 0. 06%, 0. 09% and 0. 08% (n=6), respectively. The experimental results demonstrate that the UPC2-based method can be used for the analysis and determination of landiolol hydrochloride and its stereoisomers.

Objective To screen and identify the phage-display random 7 amino acid peptide specific to the systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and analyze its practical significance. Methods Using the phage random 7 peptide library screening, the SLE specific phage clones are obtained after binding with the mixture of sera from 30 SLE patients and 30 normal controls as ligand respectively. Then the Dot-ELISA is used to identify the SLE specific phage clones reactive to sera of the SLE patients and normal controls individually. Finally the identified phage-display random 7 amino acid peptides are sequenced and it's homology with the antigenic epitope of human being and other are also analyzed. Results Total 12 of the phage-display random 7 amino acid peptide are obtained by phage peptide library screening and the Dot-ELISA identification. Sequence analysis shows that the identified phage-display random 7 amino acid peptide epitope have homology with E. coli, Salmonella and human immunodeficiency virus, but not with that of human being. Conclusion SLE-specific peptides screened by phage random peptide library maybe used to diagnosis the SLE. Meanwhile, the antibodies in SLE patients which are combined with the Pathogen epitope, suggest that SLE maybe relate to pathogen infection.
