1.Frost-like powder processing of Semen Euphorbiae
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(08):-
AIM: To optimize the best technique of making Semen Euphorbiae into frost-like powder. METHODS: Machine was developed equipped with temperature and pressure control. Pretreatment of Semen Euphorbiae, heating temperature and time were selected as factors, fat oil content, euphorbiasteroid and lathyrol diadetate benzozte as main levels,to evaluate the processing. RESULTS: The experiment showed that seeds of Semen Euphorbia were directly broken into powder and heated at 55 ?C for 30 min. The oil productivity ranged from 51% to 53% . CONCLUSION: The heating temperature has an influence on fat oil and laxative constitutents' content, whereas pretreatment of seed and heating time lack the relationship to.

Chinese Journal of Nephrology 2012;28(7):544-547
ObjectiveTo investigate the role of the anti-podocyte antibody in the pathogenesis of membranous nephropathy(MN).Methods Thirty-six frozen section slice from biopsies of normal kidney were randomly divided into 3 groups:A,B and C groups(n=12,respectively),then,serum of MN and IgA nephropothy patients, and normal saline were added by drops to frozen section respectively, then the changes were observed by fluorescence microscope.Twenty-one male New Zealand white rabbits were feed with standard diet for 1 week, then were randomly divided into 3 groups:D,E,F groups (n=7,respectively),and injected with the serum of MN and IgA nephropathy, and normal saline respectively through ear-border vein.24-h urinary protein, serumalbumin, serumcreatinineweredetected. Atweek8afterinjection, the histopathological changes in kidney tissue of rabbits were observed by light microscope, electron microscope and immunofluorescence staining. Results Immunofluorescenee staining displayed IgG deposition in glomerular podocytes in group A,and there was no positive expression in other two groups. The quantitative measurement of 24-h urinary protein increased significantly after injection of MN serum (P<0.01),meanwhile the serum albumin markedly decreased (P<0.01).The inmnunofluorescence staining showed that IgG deposited in the glomerulus capillaries wall, which presented spherical particles.Light microscope revealed the thickening of GBM without nailing process formation.Electron microscope showed the podocyte foot processes, subepithelial dense deposits.Such pathological changes were not found in E group and F group. Conclusion There is anti-podocyte antibody in blood of MN patients, which may play a role in the pathogenesis of MN.

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2010;8(5):401-5
With the progress and development of science and technology, biomedical technology has been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) research. However, TCM and Western medicine developed and came into being at different times and from different cultural backgrounds. Their targets are to study and explore the objective laws of human life activities from different angles and by different means. To study and evaluate TCM simply by the diagnosis and treatment standards of Western medicine cannot truly reflect the characteristics of TCM. Lots of clinical phenomena in the diagnosis and treatment in TCM cannot be revealed scientifically. It might be a significant pattern to combine the study of TCM with Western medicine, based on double-screening model of combining disease with syndrome types, following up evidence-based medical research steps, and making use of systematic review and data mining to analyze the inherent laws of TCM symptoms.

Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2001;9(1):38-39
Objective To obtain the normal ranges of different parameters in static posturography. Methods Different parameters' values of 117 normal persons (10~19 years old) were detected by static posturography while they were in opening and closing eyes situations. Results The mean values of different parameters in opening eyes situation are significantly lower that in closing eyes situation(P<0.01). The values from the male and the female demonstrate no significant difference, values from 10~19 years old group and 70~79 years old group are significantly higher than from 20~69 years old group(P<0.01). Conclusion The static posturography is a perfect measure to analyze and evaluate the balance ability of human body in exact quantification, and could be one of the routine clinic tests, supplying quantificational, intellective and facile method for diagnosis and evaluation of dizziness and balance ability.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2013;19(7):698-700
Objective To investigate the attitude of career in undergraduates of rehabilitation therapy. Methods 41 undergraduate students were investigated with questionnaire. Results 14.6% of the students preferred rehabilitative therapeutist, 53.7% knew little about the profession, 31.7% selected this profession for employment, 22.0% loved rehabilitation work, 41.4% would take rehabilitation work for life. Conclusion It is important for school to help the students understanding the profession of rehabilitative therapeutist correctly.

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(01):-
Objective:To observe clinical, therapeutic effect of Qiankun Capsule on lung cancer and to study on the mechanism.Methods:100 cases of lung cancer were randomly divided into Qiankun Capsule group(capsule group),chemotherapy group and chemotherapy plus capsule group(combination group).Their clinical symptoms, immune indexes, blood picture, life state(assessed with Karnofsky criteria),body weight, and expression of p53 protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)were compared. Results:The total effective rate of 94.12% in the capsule group and 90.91% in the combination group were significantly higher than 57.58% in the chemotherapy group(P

Objective To investigate the effects of P-selectin gene knockout on the biological characteristics of mice. Methods P?selectin knockout (PKO) mice and C57BL/6 mice were housed in SPF environment. To make sure that the mice were pure PKO mice by gene identification. To determine the general condition, the activity status, reproduction of P?selectin knockout mice were observed and tested. HE staining was used to observed the histological morphology and struc?tures of 6?week?old and 18?week?old P?selectin knockoutout mice. Results PKO mice and C57 mice have similar multiplica?tion, there was no significant difference in reproduction and blood routine test. The stuctures of liver, spleen, lung and kid?ney were normal. Conclusions P?selectin knockout has no significant effects on reproduction, blood routine test and major organs. This research provides animal model theoretical basis for further study on the effects of P?selection in diseases.

Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the protective effect of taurine on primary cultured neonatal rat myocardial cells and the inhibitory effect on cardiac fibroblast proliferation. Methods The myocardial cells were divided into six groups:control group,H_2O_2 damage group,H_2O_2 damage group treated with ligustrazine and H_2O_2 damage group treated with taurine with different doses(80,40 and 20 mmol?L~(-1)).Morpholoical changes of myocardial cells damaged for 6 h by 0.5 mmol?L ~(-1) H_2O_2 under the inverted microscope were observed.Meanwhile, cell survival ability and the contents of LDH,SOD and MDA were measured.Cardiac fibroblasts were randomly divided into(7 groups) and co-cultured for 72 h with taurine with doses of 0,10,20,40,80,160 and 320 mmol?L~(-1) and proliferation ability was assessed by MTT method. Results Absorption values in H_2O_2 damage groups treated with taurine(80,40 and 20 mmol?L~(-1)) were 0.479?0.055,0.437?0.052 and 0.421?0.062,respectively.They were higer than that in H_2O_2 damage group(0.304?0.050)(P
