Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2020;51(18):4809-4815
As an important Chinese medicinal material in China, Paridis Rhizoma has obvious curative effect and has analgesic, hemostasis, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor activities. At present, it is the main raw material of 262 kinds of Chinese patent medicines such as Yunnan Baiyao and Gongxuening Capsule, and has important economic and social value in the Chinese medicine industry. The author mainly systematically summarizes the medicinal history and origin changes of Paridis Rhizoma, the history of industrial development, the status quo of ethnic and folk applications, the status quo of development and application of proprietary Chinese medicines, and the study of resource ecology and breeding, and proposes the implementation of the process of industrialization of Paridis Rhizoma. Important issues and countermeasures need to be paid attention in order to provide reference for the sound development of Paridis Rhizoma.

BACKGROUND:Clinical work shows that there are a large proportion of patients suffering from osteoerthritis(OA)and osteoporosis(OP),therefore establishing OA+OP models to simulate the clinical disease in postmenopausal women addreasing the basic characteristics of lesions, will offer better prevention and treatment of OA+OP in clinical practice.OBJECTIVE:To attempt to create OA+OP animal model.DESlGN,TIME AND SETTING:Randomized controlled animal expedment in terms of call pathology was perforrned between August 2008 and January 2009 in the Scientific Research Center and Traditional Chinese MediciRe Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.MATERIALS:Forty 4-month-old female SD rats,weighing(210±10)g,were randomly divided into normal control group,OA group,OP group,OA+OP group.METHODS:In the OA+OP group, rats underwent abdominal incision 1.5 cm longitudinal on both sides of lumbar spine on back, followed by bilateral ovarian resection and ovarian artery ligation,to establish OP models. One month after the skin incision, left knee skin, subcutaneous tissue and fascia were cut, then joint capsule was given a vertical incision.Anterior cruciata ligament was cut off in orthophoria, meniscus was removed, followed by subcutaneous tissue and skin suture,OA model was prepared and placed under warm environment.antibiotic subcutaneous injection for 3 days, and the displacement of one month.OA group and OP group were produced in accordance with the above method of OA.OP model.Normal control rats received no treatment.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:When the rats were 6 months old,the left knee femoral condyle articular cartilage were examined by light microscopy and electron microscopy, left femur was used to measure proximal femoral bone mineral density.RESULTS:In three groups of model rats, articular cartilage become thinning and degeneration. In the OP model group and OA+OP model group, trabecular was sparse and arranged in disorder. In the OA model group and OA+OP model group, the incision layer was chiefly deleted, transferring layer was greatly injured, call hypertrophy and colony were observed,a large amount of blood capillary invaded into cartilage and calcification layer, even break through tidal line;in OP model group, incision layer of articular cartilage became thinning and appeared bilateral tidal line.In the OA model group and OA+OP model group, knee condylar number of special-shaped cartilage cells increased, manifested as irregular nuclei, reduced cell organelle, nuclear shnnkage, chromatin uneven distdbution, mitochondrial swelling, rough expansion of endoplasmic raticutum, accumutation of cytoplasmic microfilaments, showing lipid droplets and glycogen granules, gliel fibdllary fracture, disorder arrangement,a large number of cartilage calls were apoptotic.Three groups of model rats exhibited a dramatically decreased bone mineral density compared with control rats(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The animal modal of OA+OP was successfully established.

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of Supreme laryngeal mask airway used in lapa-roscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia .Methods 30 general anesthesia patients of ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅱscheduled for selective laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected .SBP,DBP,HR and SpO2 were recorded before and after the Supreme laryngeal mask intubation , the effect of ventilation and complication were alao recorded .Results There were no significant changes in HR ,SBP,DBP,SpO2 during Supreme laryngeal mask airway intubation and after intubation(all P>0.05).Conclusion Supreme laryngeal mask airway appears practical in laparoscopic eholecystec -tomy under general anesthesia for its fewer complications ,easy performance ,safety and efficacy .

Objective:To analyze the healing effect of paeoniflorin on the wound of rats and regulation of NGF/Akt/GSK3β pathway on rats with diabetic foot.Methods:60 rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, low, medium and high dose paeoniflorin groups, 12 rats in each group. Diabetic foot model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) and electrothermal scald. Paeoniflorin groups were injected intraperitoneally with 20 mg/kg, 40 mg/kg and 80 mg/kg paeoniflorin, once a day for 21 days. The wound healing rate of the rats was measured. The fasting blood glucose was measured by blood glucose meter, HbAlc, TC, LDL-C and TG were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. Serum CRP, IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α were measured by ELISA. The histopathological changes of the wound were examined by HE staining, the levels of NGF, Akt and GSK3 β mRNA in skin tissue were measured by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RTq-PCR), the protein and phosphorylation levels of NGF, Akt and GSK3 β were determined by Western blot. Results:Compared with the model group, the healing rate the rats' wounded surface in the low, medium and high dose groups of paeoniflorin was increased ( P<0.05). The levels of fasting blood glucose, HbAlc, TC, LDL-C, TG levels and serum CRP, IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α was decreased ( P<0.05). The expression of rat skin tissue NGF mRNA (0.83±0.12, 3.17±0.11, 4.54±0.25 vs. 0.31±0.06), Akt mRNA (1.71±0.14, 2.96±0.27, 4.10±0.34 vs. 0.97±0.20) increased ( P<0.05), expression of GSK3β mRNA (4.28±0.35, 2.82±0.14, 1.22±0.33 vs. 7.62±0.43) decreased ( P<0.05), expression of NGF (0.46±0.02, 0.70±0.04, 0.87±0.04 vs. 0.30±0.06), Akt (0.51±0.09, 0.63±0.03, 0.79±0.06 vs.0.41±0.05),p-NGF/NGF (0.47±0.06, 0.61±0.04, 0.83±0.07 vs. 0.25±0.03), p-Akt/Akt(0.54±0.08, 0.83±0.11,0.96±0.07 vs. 0.13±0.05) was increased( P<0.05), the expression of GSK3β (0.67±0.05, 0.54±0.04,0.45±0.03 vs. 0.86±0.05), and the ratio of p-GSK3β/GSK3β (0.78±0.09, 0.64±0.07, 0.42±0.07 vs. 0.97±0.05) was decreased ( P<0.05), and the changes of each index were dependent on the dose of paeoniflorin. Conclusion:Paeoniflorin can regulate the level of blood glucose and blood lipid, inhibit the level of serum inflammatory factors and promote the healing of the wound in diabetic foot rats, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of NGF/Akt/GSK3β pathway.
