Long non-coding RNAs ( LncRNAs) are a class of RNA transcripts greater than 200 nt in length without the func-tion of protein encoding.LncRNAs, which consist of a great variety of categories and structures, regulate the associated gene expression on multiple levels, including chromatin modification, transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation, and epigenetic modification. Moreover, LncRNAs are widely involved in the physiological and pathological processes.Recently, a large number of studies have found that the abnormal expression of LncRNAs is closely related to the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of tumor, and plays an essential role in pathogensis of colorectal cancer.In this paper, the function of LncRNAs in colorectal cancer is reviewed, which provides a theoretical evidence for its use in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer in clinical study.

Objective To discuss the practice effect about the waiting area in the hospital building of the daping hosptial ,the third military medical university to be reformed into digital subtraction angiography (DSA) composite operating room .Methods We reasonably choiced the form of purify conditioning ,medical C arm ,smallpox air supply ,and the efficient screening device layout at the end of smallpox air supply .Results The main parameters of the measured results met the national standards of indexes .The fan frequency was 48 Hz running at hundred grade ,and its operation energy consumption was about 25 kw/h ;the fan frequency was 35 Hz running at ten thousand grade ,and its operation energy consumption was about 12 kw/h;the conversion time was very short between hundred grade and ten thousand grade running ,about 10 minutes .Conclusion On the condition that the building environ-ment is not fit to install hanging medical C arm ,we can thorough choose floor type C arm ,adopt “leakage resistance type clean air supply smallpox” ,reasonably modify the form of purify air conditioning to design or modify a hundred grade operating room meet-ing requirement .

Objective To investigate the early change of the function of hemostasis and coagulation as well as clinical significance in the full-term newborns recoveried from stifle.Methods To detect the platelet count (PLT),prothrombin time,fibrinogen and D-dimer in early stage of 50 newborns with different degrees of asphyxia recovreied from stifle,and compared with the control group.Results Compared with the control group,there were not obvious change in PLT in asphyxiated full-term newborns(P>0.05),and the differences of prothrombin time,D-dimer and fibrinogen were statistically significant(P<0.01),the more serious degree of asphyxia,the lower of the fibrinogen and higer of the D-dimer.Conclusions The function of hemostasis and coagulation can be changed in early stage of newborns recoveried from stifle.The detection of fibrinogen and D-dimer in early stage of newborns recovefied from stifle has important clinica significance.

Objective:To analyze the perception and evaluation of rural patients with hypertension and diabetes on the health management services , thereby identifying the problems and proposing countermeasures .Methods:570 rural patients with hypertension and diabetes were investigated by the stratified random sampling method .Descriptive statistic method and logistic regression analysis were applied to analyze the rural patients'perception and evaluation on the health management services .Results: The majority of rural patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes were alerted of the health management service .The satisfaction rate on the disease control effect was 82.28%, and that among patients below the age of 60 years old was lower than that of the others ( P <0.05 ) . 77 .24%of patients deemed that some services such as on-site visit , physical examination and prevention of complica-tions were deficient (the selection rates among patients were 11.90%, 10.41% and 9.29% respectively).The health management services problems mainly included deficiency of on-site visits, incomplete medical equipments and service items ( the selection rates among patients were 16.36%, 9.29%and 8.92%respectively ) .Conclusions:In order to improve the quality and positive effect of health management for patients with hypertension and diabetes , the collaborative mechanism between township institutions should be developed , the government should increase invest-ment in rural public health , strengthen the rural heath personnel brainstorming , and on-site visits and debates on health should be reasonably arranged according to the needs of rural patients , and the quality and effectiveness of the management of hypertension and diabetes together with other chronic diseases should be improved .

Mixed saponin molecules in the extraction of Panax notoginseng(PNE) can be effectively desorpted into the molecular ionization for measurement and analysis by mass analyzer from matrix assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS). The saponin samples with chromatography purity were directly analyzed by MALDI-TOF MS, which indicated that the sensitivity of the method was higher than that of RP-HPLC. A technology of MALDI-TOF MS was directly employed to analyze the saponin kinds and their relative contents in Panax notoginseng(PN) while the saponins were perfectly extracted from the Chinese traditional medicine of PN. It was indicated that there were at least 20 saponins consisting of different molecular structure and that the content of both ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 in PNE was relative high. R1 saponin was extracted and identified to follow its metabolism pathway by both thin layer chromatography and MALDI-TOF MS, respectively. The saponin fingerprinting maps in PNE can be established to evaluate the quality of PE and to study both metabolism pathway and mechanism of extra minim saponins in vivo.

Objective To explore the relationship between serum levels of leptin and the physieal development and the infuences of diseases on the levels of leptin in prematurities.Methods To collect the clinical data as well as weights,lengths of 40 sick premature infants(sick group)and 30 premature infants without sick diseases(control group)and to test the serum levels of leptin using radioimmunoassay(RIA)at 1d,7d and 12d of life,and to analyze the differences of serum levels of leptin and weights,lengths and body mass index(BMI)between two groups.Results In both groups the BMI and the serum levels of leptin were decreased at d7 of life and reincreased at d12 of life(P＜0.01),and the serum leptin levels were corresponding to the changes of the physical development of premature infants at ld,7d and 12d of life(P＜0.01).The serum leptin levels were lower in sick group compared with control group at 7d and 12d of life(P＜0.05).Conclusion It suggested that there was positive correlation between serum leptin level and the physieal development in prematurities and diseases had negative influences to the leptin levels.

Aim To investigate the role of adrenomedullin on cell proliferation in renal interstitial fibrosis mice. Method Renal interstitial fibrosis model was induced with unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) and valsartan(10 mg?kg?d-1) was given by gavage. Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect expressions of PCNA, Col Ⅲ and TGF-?_1 in the kidney of wild type (WT) and adrenomedullin knockout (AMKO) +/-mice. Results The number of PCNA positive cells was increased in WT-UUO group compared with WT sham group and was partially reduced by Valsartan in WT-UUOV group. AMKO group showed higher expression of PCNA than WT group, and it increased more remarkably in AMKO-UUO mice but was reduced by Valsaltan in AMKO-UUOV group. Expressions of Col Ⅲ andTGF-?_1 were upregulated in AMKO-UUO mice, and this change was inhibited by Valsaltan.Conclusion Adrenomedullin play an important role in the process of cell proliferation in renal interstitial pathological changes by UUO.

Objective To study the risk factors of complications after hepatectomy for intrahepatic stone.Method Clinical data of 363 patients with hepatolithiasis receiving elected hepatic resection in past 4 years in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Postoperative complications were recorded.Possible risk factors pertaining to the development of complications were identified using univariate and multivariate analysis.Results the surgical mortality was 0.6%(2/363).Postoperative complications occurred in 110 of 363 patients(30.3%).The morbidity included wound infection/liquafication in 42 cases(11.6%),pleural effusion in 41(11.3%),subphrenic collection in 36 (9.9%),bile leakage in 21(5.8%),intra-abdominal collection/infection in 13(3.6%),gastrointestinal bleeding in 3(0.8%),biliary hemorrhage in 2(0.6%),hepatic function insufficiency in 1 (0.3%).The multivariate logistic regression analysis identified that previous history of biliary surgery (P=0.042,odds ratio[OR]=0.617,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.388 to 0.982)and operative time(P=0.0001,odds ratio[OR]=0.994,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.991 to 0.997)were the independent risk factors for development of complications after hepatoectomy for hepatolithiasis.Conclusion Previous history of biliary duct surgery and operative time are the independent risk factors for development of complications after hepatoectomy for intrahepatic stone.For patients with previous biliary surgery,adequate preoperative preparation,improving operative skills and shortening operative time are critical important to prevent occurrence of complications.

AIM: To investigate the expression level of transcriptional factor Elf-1 in mononuclear cells, CD4~+ and CD8~+ T cells from umbilical cord blood (UCB). METHODS: Real-time PCR with SYBR green I technique was used for detecting the Elf-1 expression in mononuclear cells, sorted CD4~+ and CD8~+ T cells from 12 cases of umbilical cord blood. The relative mRNA expression level of Elf-1 was analyzed by a formula of 2~(-△Ct)×100%. The expression level of β_2-microglobulin gene (β_2M) was used as an endogenous reference. The peripheral blood from 10 cases of healthy adults was served as control. RESULTS: Elf-1 mRNA expressed in all blood samples collected from both UCB and healthy adults. The expression level showed apparent diversity in different individuals. The relative mRNA expression of Elf-1 in both mononuclear cells (18.55%±2.48%) and CD8~+ T cells (3.52%±0.45%) from UCB were significantly higher than those from healthy adults (9.16%±1.92%, 2.02%±0.27%, respectively, P<0.01, P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The results of Elf-1 expression level from umbilical cord blood indicate that the over-expression of Elf-1 gene in mononuclear cells and CD8~+ T cells might be one of the features of T cell immune state in umbilical cord blood.

Objective To study biliary excretion of ceftriaxone sodium in humans. Methods Twelve biliary calculi patients were infused with a single dose of 2.0g ceftriaxone half an hour before operation and the common bile duct bile and gallbladder bile samples were coUected in the operations. The bile drug concentrations were assayed by HPLC. Results The results of clinical study on the bile drug showed that the concentrations (C) of ceftriaxone in common bile duct and gallbladder were (264.43±166.46) μg/ml and (85.39 ±48.16) μg/ml, respectively. Conclusion Ceftriaxone reaches high concentrations in humans' bile, and it could be chosen as a good antibiotics for the treament of biliary infection.
