Objective To provide the reference for Chinese nurses who work in the multidisciplinary team of the breast cancer.Methods By introducing the multidisciplinary team of the breast cancer in America,particularly briefing the nursing important roles on the situation of the team.Results The multidisciplinary team of the breast cancer in America could not only make patients know the therapeutic schedule before treatment but also line up the whole treatment.Conclusions On the basis of combining the current situation of nursing in China,and developing the multidisciplinary team of the breast cancer,the effect of the specialty nurses is exerted to promote the establishment of nursing clinic and the nursing information construction.

Objective To design an interface system for HIS and the new rural cooperative medical information system,so as to raise the working efficiency,facility the patient to write off the medical costs in time.Methods The interface system was realized by visiting the middle database.Results The system achieved the standard management and improved work efficiency.Conclusion The system runs well in HIS with desirable results.

Objective:To explore the significance measuring serum levels of high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP),ho-mocysteine (Hcy)and carotid atherosclerosis lesion in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD)complicated atrial fibril-lation (AF).Methods:A total of 84 CHD + AF patients (CHD + AF group),42 CHD patients with sinus rhythm (sinus rhythm CHD group)and 40 healthy subjects (healthy control group)were selected.CHD + AF group was further divided into paroxysmal AF group (n=31),persistent AF group (n=27)and permanent AF group (n=26).Serum levels of hsCRP and Hcy and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT)were measured in all groups,and Crouse integral of atheroscle-rotic plaques was calculated.Results:Compared with healthy control group,there were significant rise in serum levels of hsCRP [(4.97±2.14)mg/L vs.(8.96±3.75)mg/L vs.(6.83±2.91)mg/L],Hcy [(15.48±4.36)μmol/L vs.(23.64 ±7.06)μmol/L vs.(17.76±4.83)μmol/L],IMT [(1.21±0.15)mm vs.(1.71±0.19)mm vs.(1.36±0.17)mm]and plaque Crouse integral [(4.13±1.06)scores vs.(7.89±1.35)scores vs.(4.96±1.21)scores]in CHD + AF group and sinus rhythm CHD group,P <0.05 or <0.01;and those of CHD + AF group were significantly higher than those of sinus rhythm CHD group,P <0.01 all,compared with paroxysmal AF group,there were significant rise in serum levels of hsCRP,Hcy,IMT and plaque Crouse integral in permanent AF group and persistent AF group (P <0.05 or <0.01),and those of permanent AF group were significantly higher than those of persistent AF group (P <0.05 or <0.01);Pearson correlation analysis indicated that in CHD + AF group,serum levels of hsCRP and Hcy were positively correlated with AF duration (r =0.619,0.527,P<0.05 both),and positively correlated with Crouse integral of carotid plaque (r =0.438, 0.561,P<0.05 both),and Crouse integral of carotid plaque was positively correlated with AF duration (r =0.624,P <0.05).Conclusion:Inflammatory reaction,oxidative stress and carotid atherosclerosis are more severe in CHD + AF pa-tients,and they aggravate along with AF duration prolongs.

Objective To provide an evidence to type 2 diabetes with PCOS patients,the study compared the clinical features between T2DM,AGT,IR and Non-IR patients.Methods A analysis on 30 T2DM,69 impaired glucose tolerance,87 IR and 31 Non-IR patients of PCOS was performed.Results WHR of the former three groups was significantly higher than the non-IR group(P ＜ 0.05).The systolic pressure and progress of T2DM patients were significantly higher than IR and Non-IR groups(P ＜ 0.05).In T2DM,AGT and IR groups,SHBG level was significantly lower than Non-IR group.In PCOS + T2DM group,FPG,2h blood glucose,HOMA-IR and LDL were significantly higher than the three latter groups(P ＜ 0.05).In PCOS + T2DM group,LN (HOMA-β) was significantly lower than AGT and IR groups,2h blood insulin was significantly lower than AGT group (P ＜ 0.05).PCOS A GT group,FPG,2h blood glucose,2h blood insulin were significantly higher than IR and non-IR.In PCOS + T2DM and AGT groups,TG,TC/HDL,TG/HDL,LDL/HDL,APOB/APOA was significantly higher than IR group and non-IR group (P ＜ 0.05),whlile TG/HDL,LDL/HDL,APOB/APOA of IR group was significantly higher than non-IR group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion T2DM patients with PCOS have long progress,with β-cell sensitivity decreased and had higher lipid level than AGT,IR patients.

Objective To increase the sensitivity of quantitative PCR using DNA polymerase in combination with aptamer 6-10.Methods The quantitative PCR was performed using DNA polymerase mixed with aptamer 6-10 or specific antibody.The low detection limit of each modified method was compared with that of the conventional method.Results The quantitative PCR using aptamer 6-10(200 nmol/L) or specific antibody increased the low detection limit of human death receptor 5(DR5) plasmid from 105 copies/?l to 103 copies/?l.Melting curves showed that each method had minimal nonspecific amplification when the concentration of DR5 plasmid was 105 copies/?l;however,when the concentration of DR5 plasmid was 103 copies/?l,the conventional method had nonspecific amplification,whereas the method using aptamer 6-10 had minimal nonspecific amplification.Conclusions Aptamer 6-10 of DNA polymerase can increase the sensitivity of quantitative PCR.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigatc the effects of the HAB/DBP composite in the restoration of restoring bone defects. Methods: The HAB/DBP composiite, HAB or DMB samples were grafted into the defects of rabbit's radii respectively and the samples were examined 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after operation with general, radiological and histological observations respectively.Results: In the group of HAB/DBP composssite implanted area , mesenchymal cells and new bone stromas were observed assembling 2 weeks after the operation. New bone formation and bone trabeculation were found 4 weeks after transplantation. A lot of bone trabeculation and composite degrad ation were observed 8 weeks after operation. The defects were completely restored 12 weeks after the surgery.Conclusion: The HAB/DBP composite has the properties of osteoconduction and osteoinduction, and its osteogenic ability is similar to that of DMB.

Objective To investigate the changes of serum inflammatory mediators in septic rats. Methods Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group(10 rats)and sepsis group (20 rats). The model of sepsis was made by cecal ligation and puncture. Carotid artery blood samples were taken from the sham operation group,and from sepsis group at 0,24,48,72 h after model establishment. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was applied to detect the content of serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF α), interleukin 1(IL-1),interleukin element 6(IL-6). Results Serum TNF-α content in the sham operation group was(9. 27 ± 3. 12)ng/ L,and(9. 26 ± 8. 01),(32. 01 ± 4. 52),(55. 22 ± 7. 61),(83. 31 ± 8. 57)ng/ L respectively at 0,24,48,72 h after model establishment in sepsis group. There were significant difference between sham operation group and sepsis group at different time points(P < 0. 01). Serum IL-1in sham operation group was(8. 93 ± 1. 26)ng/ L,lower than that in sepsis group model at 0,24,48,72 h after model establishment ((20. 01 ± 3. 51),(25. 51 ± 2. 79),(59. 67 ± 3. 26),(87. 86 ± 11. 51)ng/ L respectively),and the differences were significant(P < 0. 01). The serum IL-6 level in sepsis group at 0,24,48,72 h after model establishment were(11. 52 ± 2. 32),(31. 59 ± 12. 12),(57. 27 ± 13. 53),(71. 59 ± 12. 67)ng/ L,respectively,different from that of sham operation group((12. 36 ± 3. 25)ng/ L,(P < 0. 01)). Conclusion The serum transmitter levels in septic rats significantly increase,which suggest that a lot of inflammatory mediators are released,and it may be one of the factors for the occurrence of sepsis.

Objective To investigate the effect of Hedan tablet combined with fluvastatin on serum LDL and heart rate variability in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD).Methods 110 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated from March 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with Hedan tablet combined with fluvastatin, and the control group was treated with fluvastatin.The changes of heart rate variability, blood lipids and inflammatory factors were compared before and after treatment, and the clinical curative effect was observed.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.4%, significantly higher than the control group 85.5%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The SDNN of the observation group was (85.42 ±9.11) ms and the SDANN was (49.11 ±5.13) ms, was significantly higher than those in the control group (76.87 ±8.12) ms, (44.16 ±4.76) ms.In the observation group, TC was (4.14 ±0.45) mmol/L, TG was (1.26 ±0.16) mmol/L, LDL was (2.08 ±0.31) mmol/L, significantly lower than the control group (4.78 ±0.51) mmol/L, (1.42 ±0.18) mmol/L, (2.43 ± 0.27) mmol/L, and HDL levels was (1.51 ±0.18) mmol/L, significantly higher than those in the control group (1.35 ±0.15) mmol/L, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Hedan tablets combined with fluvastatin in treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease can effectively reduce serum LDL levels, improve heart rate variability, significantly improve the treatment effect.

A model of vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation was estabolished by balloon angioplas-ty in rat's aorta. We found that treatment with batroxobin decreased plasma fibrinogen level after angio-plasty, and inhibited the increase in smooth muscle cell count of injured vascular wall and incorporation rate of H-TdR into vascular tissues effectively. The results suggest that batroxobin may have clinically prospective significance in prevention and therapy of angioplasty-induced restenosis.

Objective To explore the prevalence and relationship of urinary incontinence and depression among elderly female patients.Methods A total of 118 female patients older than 60 years old were interviewed face to face.The prevalence of urinary incontinence and depression were estimated using the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Urinary Incontinence Short Form-Chinese (ICIQ-SF-Chinese) and Geriatric Depression Scale-15 (GDS-15).Linear regression and Spearman correlation were used to identify the relationship between urinary incontinence and depression.Results Urinary incontinence was found in 27.1％ (32/118),and depression was in 39.0％ (46/118) of the survey population.Urinary incontinence with depression was found in 13.6％ (16/118) of the overall population.Urinary incontinence was positively correlated with depression,r=0.211,P＜0.05.The frequency of entertainment and urinary incontinence were significantly related to depression symptoms,P＜0.05.Conclusions Urinary incontinence appears to possess an additive effect on incidence of depression,which seriously affects both physical and mental health of patients.Clinicians should give patients health education and intervention measures at early stage.
