Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(6):465-468
Frailty is an important problem influencing the health of elderly.Frailty syndrome assessment is helpful to identify the frailty status and to enhance the targeted intervention. This paper mainly reviewed the research progress of frailty syndrome tools for the elderly abroad,so as to provide evidence for developing specific frailty syndrome assessment tool for Chinese elderly people.

Objective To explore the prevalence and relationship of urinary incontinence and depression among elderly female patients. Methods A total of 118 female patients older than 60 years old were interviewed face to face. The prevalence of urinary incontinence and depression were estimated using the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Urinary Incontinence Short Form-Chinese (ICIQ-SF-Chinese) and Geriatric Depression Scale-15 (GDS-15).Linear regression and Spearman correlation were used to identify the relationship between urinary incontinence and depression. Results Urinary incontinence was found in 27.1% (32/118),and depression was in 39.0% (46/118) of the survey population.Urinary incontinence with depression was found in 13.6% (16/118) of the overall population.Urinary incontinence was positively correlated with depression,r=0.211,P<0.05.The frequency of entertainment and urinary incontinence were significantly related to depression symptoms,P<0.05.Conclusions Urinary incontinence appears to possess an additive effect on incidence of depression, which seriously affects both physical and mental health of patients.Clinicians should give patients health education and intervention measures at early stage.

Objective To investigate the distribution of the mini mental status examination in the elderly Methods Totally 3 776 residents aged 55 years or over serving as samples in the urban and rural areas of Lhasa city, from August to December in 2001 were studied A residential area and a door to door general sampling procedures were used in this study, respectively Mini mental status examination (MMSE) and a activity of daily living scale (ADL) were used as screening methods for dementia Results The distribution of lower scores in such examination in middle elderly people, in Lhasa city was 7 2%, in which, males were 9 3% and femals, 6 3% Conclusion The results of lower scores in the mini mental status examination were similar to those reporting from inland cities, but there appear some what differences in distributions of ages, educational levels and sexes from Tibetan, which may be due to their special location and living habits

Objective To retrospectively analyze the efficacy of a pediatric treatment protocol,BFM90,in adult patients with acute lymphobiastic leukemia (ALL) up to the age of 60 years. Methods From August 2004 to October 2007,60 adult patients (median age,40 years; range,18 to 60 years) with Philadelphia chromosome-negative ALL were treated with the BFM90 protocol. Clinical effect were historically compared with that of the 35 patients (median age,42 years; range,18 to 56 years) who were treated with Hyper-CVAD protocol. Results At 42 months, complete remission (CR) rate,event-free survival (EFS) and overall survival (OS) rates were 93 % (56 patients),60 % (36 patients) and 65 % (39 patients),respectively.Age is an important prognostic factor, with 45 years of age as best cutoff. CR (P=0.02),OS (P <0.001),and EFS (P <0.001) of BFM90 were compared superiorly with that of the previous Hyper-CVAD experience. Conclusion These results suggest that pediatric protocol superior to the outcome of adult patients with Philadelphia chromosome-negative ALL.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(34):-
OBJECTIVE:To provide references for the evaluation of drug suppliers in hospital so as to promote the suppliers to enhance their service level. METHODS: The drug suppliers were evaluated comprehensively with on-time delivery percentage, drug price and post-sale service as evaluation criteria. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The evaluation of drug suppliers can not only raise the service level of the suppliers, but also facilitate a scientific and standardized management of drug supply. However, great importance should be attached to the impartiality and fairness in the evaluation.

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2009;36(1):33-41
Dynamic fucosylation of glycoprotein especially 80 ku which bound to UEA and LCA during the course of rat hepatocarcinogenesis was investigated. In patient hepatocellular carcinoma, more UEA- and LCA-bound proteins were also observed in patients with high metastatic potential than those with low metastatic potential. Fueosylated glycans constitute important adhesion molecules such as Lewis antigens. A differential expression pattern of Lewis antigens was further conf'Lrmed on various metastasis potential hepatocellular carcinoma cells (HCC). High metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma cell line (HMCC97H) expressed much more Lewis x and b than low metastasis HMCC97L cells. Moreover, surface Lewis x, or b expression level declined significantly after the cells were treated by retinoie acid. Not only in experimental metastasis foei, but in HCC as well, both α1,3/1,2 and α1,6 fucosyltransferase activities were quite high. After retinoie acid treatment, α1,3/1,2 fueosyltransferase activities were significantly inhibited, Lewis x on epidermal growth factor receptor reduced, and the EGFR was less phosphorylated. These results suggested that fucosylated glycans such as Lewis x played an important role in HCC development and metastasis.

The hydroa vacciniforme -like lymphoma is clinically manifested by rash ,fever,hepatospleno-megaly and lymphadenectasis .Pathological character showed that lymphocytes infiltrated into dermis and there were some heterocysts.Immunohistochemistory showed that Bcl -6,Bcl -2,CD3,CD8,TIA,CD4,granzyme, EBER were positive,CD56,CD20 all tested negative. The rearrangement of TCR of bone marrow cell was positive . The hydroa vacciniforme-like lymphoma is uncommon clinically ,and it is easy to misdiagnosed .The effect of tra-ditional therapy is poor ,while the allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation followed by lymphocyte and donor-derived EBV-specific cytotoxic T -lymphocyte immunotherapy is effective ,which may offer an curable therapy for HVLL.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(7):1034-8
Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) technology combined with cluster analysis method was used to classify 75 batches of crystalline ceftriaxone sodium into subtypes, the crystalline characteristics of each subtype were measured with scanning electron microscope (SEM). By comparing some parameters of these subtypes correlated to crystallization process of ceftriaxone sodium, such as salification rate, water content in different subtypes, as well as by studying different lattice stabilities, different compatibilities with rubber closures during accelerated stability tests, the key point to improve the quality of domestic ceftriaxone sodium was disclosed. The results of this paper indicated that the fine structure of the products could be controlled well by improving the salification and crystallization process. As a result, the subtype II of ceftriaxone sodium with high stability can be produced.
